I had bought 3 medicines and later wanted to return 1 of them. They denied the return saying that all 3 items have to be returned, not just 1. Strange and shady policy!

This is the third or fourth time I'm visiting this pharmacy. Negative attitude of the pharmacist is drawing me back for another visit. Try to provide some basic customer care training, definitely they will improve. Especially, for those who are working in the medical field should know that the patients are visiting them.
