Al Nahda DHA Medical Fitness Center & Al nahda Occupational Health Screening Center

I recently visited (12-01-2024)the Al Nahda DHA Medical Fitness Center, and my overall experience was quite positive. The facility, while a little crowded, managed to maintain a well-coordinated atmosphere. The standout feature for me was the top-notch customer service.

Whether in Europe or Asia, this is the most convenient and efficient state agency I have encountered! ! And the management system is very modern. There are different colored lines on the ground to guide you to your destination, which is very good! The staff are enthusiastic and patient. The Arab staff at the front desk always helped me with a smile and made me feel great! If you are at the immigration office in Europe or Turkey, you will never get this kind of treatment. I love Dubai and a big thank you to everyone here for helping me! It's a shame there are only five stars, I wish I had ten stars and I would have given it here.

The area is busy with a big number of people but the staffs are very welcoming with warm smile Many staffs to orient you your next step which is very nice

Wrong timings are displayed on the site. It shows it opens at 7 am BUT it opens only at 7.30 am and people are forced to wait outside the building in the heat till it opens.

Quick service, For finger print please go with appropriate dress, one lady was asked to comeback by the official.

Waste of money I have typed vip medical applications as per there commitment they will give result in 6 hours but u will not get result before 24 hours so it’s totally waste of money not advisable

My appointment was 7: 30am……I stand in the line until 9am? And no body cares about me except ladies….

Absolutely disappointed. No adequate assistance by the salem security and no hierarchy and lack of staffs the security guard who gives the token is rude and doesn't follow up.

It is really professional coordination from everyone, the procedures are organised and fast, employees are kind and polite, especially Mr. Jinu (medical reports collection office) who is professional, helpful, and give perfect coordination.

Jan 2023, Blood drawing male nurse not at all experienced, bruused the nerves badly, very sad to say that.

The worst experience which i ever had! First no proper lining, females mix with males! We are in UAE! Waiting area is the worst! No tokins for the line, security standing and deciding who is next! Disappointed and disgusted by the service!

I completed my medical with in 10min. Very fast and clean environment too. Really happy with the service. Again really thankful for UAE government for supporting us to live in this safest and beautiful place on earth to live.

So, I went to al nahda medical center and after blood test they clearly told me no Xray because visa change but in my status it is showing no x- ray done I want to know what kind of service this is. I had to get my visa process done and leave for my home country because serious medical issue my ticket is also booked but because of the mistakes of your employees I have to suffer why you guys are not writing the instruction clearly on the piece of paper rather telling it verbally because there is so much of chaos inside the center no proper management.
Because of your employees negligence my ticket will get cancel and my surgery which was due on friday is going to get delayed.

When it is closed on Saturday why it is not updated here. I walked for good 30 minutes in this scorching heat to find it is closed

Medical test charges are reasonable

All staffs are friendly and guide to finish all test quickly

Particularly deepthi sister is very friendly and guide to finish Bahrain Pre employment test on time

Excellent place with systematic & discipline approach. Have completed medical within 20 minutes during day working hours rush time. Recommended for all age groups. Suggest to do typing & later to visit to center to save more on time.

I came here to do medical test for Visa. It's been more than 1.5hrs I am standing in the queue having no person being called inside. Are they sleeping inside?

So disappointing, it says that they are open on Sunday but I went there today and it was close! So why published that you are open but then it was close? ! Not 1 star even

I had very good experience for me n my family medical, every thing is easy crystal clear managed properly all staff are good from security, typing, blood test, everything is easy and simple

Do i need to book ahead of time or should i just get up there to do my medical test and type my EID for a new employment visa

Best service ever plenty of free parking and no long queue. Free wifi.

I suggested already there to provide pink chair for female area as green color looks for male and i have double checked its not clear that area for female as i thought it was inside. To avoid inconvenience color is and sign sticker on chair is very recommended.

I had a terrible experience when I went here for my medical health check up for saudi visa.
I waited for 4 hours because they couldn’t operate the system properly.
This is how they conduct blood test. I suffered at the hands of inexperienced staff who tried taking my blood sample. Never have I ever had pain. Ridiculous.
Only when the (Indian) nurse supervisor came, who was very kind and helpful, it was manageable.

I visited this center today 1st time. Its also gives drive through RT PCR facilities. If you have car u can avail it in ur car i went for walk in and it was gud with no waiting time. But toilet was not clean they should monitor this rest all ok prices was also ok urgent 130 dhs and normal 110 dhs

I can’t believe the whole ID process took less than 10 minutes. More interestingly, the result came out right after the process. Fantastic staff, very polite and friendly, and I like how they’re obsessed with PCR result tests since this kind of places are usually crowded. Credits to the staff

I came here to do my saudi medical for my visa. I found everything to be very efficient, staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Facility clean and modern I was very impressed!

All the services are available in one umbrella.
Excellent service. Particularly person in charge Mr. Niyas and Typist Mr. Noor are proper responding all the queries which we have asked to them.

Smooth approach and kind manner support service has been given by the staffs of the Al Nahda Center.

Currently this place is new, mostly people used to visit old places.

This centre is like perfect for people don't want to pay urgent fee. Pay regular fee with service of fast track (means no crowd so patient will feel that I had an appointment for medical test) if somebody needs report on urgent basis like 4 hours 24 hours 48 hours then must pay fee more than regular service fee.

Reporting time is as per government policy but no que to all type of applicants. Many counters but lesser applicants.

Neat and clean place just new. So Families can also visit there. Ladies and Gents have separate options available and separate waiting area.

No sanitizers and no gloves available at the counters for public. Better to bring your Own. Sanitizers available at the reception desk (entrance hall).

3 stars due to above objection and also there is no place of waiting for Kids or Infants. Neither Allowed but There Should be Some suitable place for Kids. They will allow to sit in gents area. If vacant
