Despite several follow ups with them, they only promise you with a time that never met. My secretary called them at 11:50 am and they said they need 40 minutes to reach but after more than 2.5 hours they call you from a place that’s 40 minutes away from my house !. So if they promise you with a time they will reach you not less than 2.5 hours from their promise. Unprofessional company to deal with

Seriously great service. They were extremely busy and I requested them to prioritise my job due to young children in the house and they stayed till 9pm and got the job done. Absolutely fantastic team. Always a call away. Totally reliable

They came to check they AC and evaluate the parts to be replaced.
They took 100AED for the evaluation and run away. They dont even pick up the phone now.

They came to fix my Air conditioning and I paid them in full, They simply washed the AC filter and ran away.
None of my units are operational and their manager told me they are not worried if we complain to Ded.

My experience in re installation of New Airconditioning. The manager contacted on the same day, after searching multiple Aircondirtioning service providers. They promise to come at 6 PM unforetunately as usual 1 1/2 hrs delay which was still acceptable. The team come with 4 person with uniform and minibus.the work was done within 2 hrs for removal old AC and installation of new AC. Minor observation, slight mounting support was not 90 degrees vertical, I hope will do good for next 2-3 yrs. I recommend to use this providers.

Not at all professional to deal with. They checked the chilled water units in the shop and then said that this cannot be fixed as the AC units are not powerful enough to cool the room. Just washed the filters are escaped from the site. Had to approach another maintenance team and get it done. Now the AC is working perfectly.
