Dr. Athira is one of the amazing Dr. I visit Noor clinic only because of her. Because of her I am giving 5 star.

Very good service at the clinic. Especially Dr. Athira. She is very friendly and good to patients. Even though she is keralite, she speaks Hindi really well. She takes care of her patients well.highly recommended. Overall a very good experience.

Multidisciplinary and experienced doctors with Pharmacy. Spacious waiting area outside but not recommended during summer even though its shaded.clinic timings are 24 hours

I came 2 time with my wife to Clinic rashidiya i booked apoiment but its was not working by mismnaget i will not recomend for any treetmint pls

1) This is 1 hell of a clinic that 1 should never go to if u have any kind of illness.

2) I had consulted Dr. Shamna Jeseef on the first day for uric acid issue. My blood sample was taken. There is a basic courtesy of briefing about do's and dont's. Nothing was done.

3) BP was taken by nurse and I forgot to ask her the BP level, so after going to reception irealised I forgot & I went back wherein when I asked what was my BP level she was like I need to go downstairs and check it in room 20/40.4) Coming to the second day after getting my uric acid test results where I had to reconsult doctor, since my uric acid levels were high, Dr. Shamna was like I can start loric tablets without the pain subsiding.

5) Since I Hav had uric acid issue before also, I Have never in my life have heard that loric tablets can be started without the pain subsides. We again asked Dr. Shamna and she reconfirmed saying Yes it needs to be started ASAP. She gave me medicines of loric 100 and loflam 100 tablets.

6) went to pharmacy and another drama. Since I am using next care app, the person there said it's not approved since by insurance is under waiting period. Since I was checking the app to check status, it was approved partly for 1 medicine and loflam was not in stock. So what I did was to call customer care of next care. The insurance cust care said that both medicines prescribed by Dr. Shamna was approved by them.

7) the pharmacist was not telling me that he was giving me another medicine in place of loflam. Here he was not taking any approval from the insurance, instead he was trying to make me buy the medicines for 30 dirhams.

8) the pharmacists was a very honest LIAR and I don't understand as to what he was trying to prove over there. I blasted him there since at the same time when I was talking to next care customer care, I made him talk and he was like it's under waiting period to the next care as if the next care cust care executive doesn't knw about it.

9) I took my mobile from him since I didn't want him to talk further with them and I told him that to take back the medicines kept and nothing would be bought from him again.

10) I went to pharmacy in muhaisnah 4 named med7 and bought both loric and loflam 100 under next care approval. Thanks to them.

11) Please never visit this clinic or pharmacy and I would like to give a big ZERO star for their wonderful effort in attending patients.

I'm getting hired by dnata so I came here In AL Noor Polyclinic Rashidiya Branch for Pre Employment medical Formalities it was amazing experience to be in here, all the staff members especially (Miss Aliyah) was very humble, polite and helpful, their facilities, their stuff and everything else was amazing. Good job Everyone!

Receptionist is a BIG liar, we’re waiting for the approval of the insurance of my wife and as per him his waiting from insurance to approve but when we called the insurance they didn't see any pending approval. Then when i approach the receptionist and inform that there is no pending approval from the insurance that’s the only time we know that it is not applied. I know that they are busy but make sure to inform us what is happening, instead of apologizing he insist that it is filed and bring the paper and give to the person who is encoding. My wife is sick and still in pain and to wait longer is getting her more sick. Even the staff nurse who is extracting test they will tell you to wait for the result then after i checked where they released the result i get to know that we will just received the report after 3 days. No proper information to patient and they want you to wait for nothing. Then after 3 days we didn’t received the report and we call them and thats the time they will send the report after that when we arrived to check with the doctor the report is not yet put in the patient profile and they will ask again where is the report. Need something to adjust with their service. Sorry but hopefully you will improve your service to your patient.

Very bad experience. The front desk employees are always discussing about their personal matters and they are talking very loudly. Feel like we are in the middle of a market. They don’t know how to talk nicely, they are rude and arrogant and not professionals…!

Dr. Jasmin is an excellent dentist. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing.she was very supportive and thorough when explaining the process. They don’t know what’s advance booking every time you need to wait to see doctor minimum 40 minutes. Even you have booking.

Minimum 2.30 hrs need to wait and consult the Dr.

If have more than 20 persons in line, and should inform waiting hours.

I went to visit Dr. Faizah Ahmed last year for the first time to get my routine check up done. She proactively fixed my recurring issue that no dentist could solve earlier (gap between molar teeth). She has been our family dentist since then.

This time around, she fixed my gum inflammation overnight (severe pain since 3 days). She always provides a permanent solution instead of a quick fix.

Very sincere and meticulous in her work. She greets her patients with her ever smiling face and explains the problem placidly. Very lucky to have found her. My son wouldn’t even visit any other dentist when she is not around. We recommend her for her great and friendly service.

We consulted Dr. Soumya Harikumar for my wife’s maternity journey, she was amazing and very friendly to us.

She always ask about the conditions even after we transferred to Aster Hospital for delivery.

About the clinic, the best part is they are working on Friday also and not much waiting in the clinic.

I was visiting clinic for my son who fallen down and had blue eye. I was running in quite late to the clinic and almost all the employees were about to leave for the day and also the clinic was busy. Seeing the seriousness of my sons condition the staff had all cooperated with me and there was Vijesh who assisted me throughout to see a GP doctor as soon as I can explaining to all the people waiting.and then assisted me through with the ophthalmology too.without the assistance of Mr Vijesh I would have definitely had no chance of meeting the Doctor that day.thanks to him and the wonderful team of Abeer Al Noor Rashidiya.
Dr Prajeesh too was confident about my sons condition and we were happy with his affirmation.

ENT - Dr. Muhammad Faisal is one of the the very few doctors who takes his time to investigate his patients. Not sure about the reliability of the their medical report. I went to Al noor clinic al qusais and asked for the Beta hcg (quantitative test) but they did a wrong test.they gave me report for pregnancy tst serum (serum) and result was in positive/negative only.however to get my beta hcg done i went to rashidiya clinic and there they did this test again.i had to pay extra to do the test again.now i am just worried about the reliability of their report.

Edit: Got a call from Clinic branch manager and he cleared the whole confusion. Thanks for clearing the whole thing. I think I can now rely on their report:)

Dr. Noushad did a great job with my first vist. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great especially customer support staff Sushmitha because she was very helpful to patients and very friendly with customers

If you have atleast 3 hrs to spend then welcome to al noor! When a sick patient comes you have to run back and forth for many times until you get your prescription from doc.

I have pleasure to inform you all that, during my Dubai last visit, I faced a slip and fall and had fracture scaphoid RT and on short arm cast. My relatives took me to Al rashidiya Alnoor Polyclinic. Even though, the clinic was very rush, I have been provided attractive services and sufficient treatment. Timely performance and empathetic care of Dr. Anandan, orthopedic specialist and his colleagues can not be forgotten.

Management is really good and kind too quick service they are giving and doctor also very understanding thank you so much

The clinic is is an example for compassionate treatment. My experience with the clinic and gynaec dept really worth commenting. Dr. Geetha (gynaecology dept) is very empathetic, attentive and her treatment is exemplary. Open and responsive manner of the doctor and the clinic makes a long lasting impression.

Good experience with services. Only need to improve insurance service. No coordination regarding approval updates.

Worst Service by Dr Bichu and Dr Akbar Ali, They are not aware of what must be done. The reception service does not read the insurance card and hospital Insurance team does not send attachment for approval. Dr Bichu told me to go to another clinic, Like she was there to warm chair. Spoke to Mr Mohamed the Manger over telephone, Who seemed to be in a rush, however has asked to send details on wast app and will wait to know what action is taken, if you wish to meet Doctors who are a disgrace to Society, Not empathetic to Emotions and Pains and Moreover you have no Life- Its the best place to waste time.

Dr. Naushad Ali is a good dentist for kids and adults. Staffs were very supportive. Had a good experience.

Al Noor polyclinc Rashidiya doctors are very good, but need to improve Token and registration service. A lot of time is wasted waiting for registration.
1. Either increase the staff (or)
2. Simplify process. Provide an online facility, so the patient can register and book appointment. (time is not wasted for registration).

I am suggesting Dr. Ambika (Dermatologist) if anyone suffering from chronic skin diseases. She is highly skilled and experienced in identifying/diagnosing skin diseases instantly and providing apt medicines for patients. For me it was a fast relief from my skin diseases which I had been suffering. She is soft-spoken, friendly, lovely, skilled, and respectful to patients concern.
Very friendly staffs. Specially assistant nurse Ms. Simi and reception staffs are very polite and helpful.

This clinic has been recommended to me by a friend, specifically Dr. Ambika - dermatologist - who is such a wonderful doctor clever honest and well experienced.
She is the best.
On the other hand I had a very bad experience with a lady dentist who was sweet but not clever.
It was a good experience though and establish the connection with dentists after long time of fear. Almost phobic
Anyhow, it was all about the money, many sessions and x rays, eventually I had a tooth extract.
The most important advice I would give based on that experience is:
If you are diabetic, give extra care for your dental health and must see a dentist whenever you experience long time going on pain, bleeding or difficulty chewing or just pain unkown reasons.
In general, DONT proceed with root canal if you are going back after every cleaning session with the same pain, maximun three times for a diabetic otherwise once or twice and then you are either ready for it, or the tooth root has gone bad and rotten so you have no choice but to take it out, say bye bye.
Second openion is highly recommended before any major dental procedure.
Be careful
Dont go with the flow, most of them are behind money.
Back to the clinic, its averege in all.
