The reception guy must be remove from in that possition.he is too much rude even you explain followup check up he must be aware because some of patient not eat for 8-10 hours because that is the doctor ask to do.also they need to to remove this guy because he think he is too much high from that chair.he need to go down also and school for being nice

I would not recommend anyone to visit this clinic this is the worst! Clinic i visit from the past 15years I'm in Dubai
It is not busy but me and my wife waiting for more than 1 hour they will tell you go here go there wait to be called i come first before the first patient but that patient go inside first and my wife take a token first before me but i go inside the room 3 first and my wife has a serious problem on here neck and arm mybe required for surgery now we have no choice but to leave that clinic and go to other hospital WORST EVER CLINIC!

I would not recommend anyone to visit this clinic.

Despite the fact that it was approved from my insurance to do the test, the Al Noor Insurance Team advised me to go to another clinic, as they cannot bill to my insurance. During my conversation with my insurance company, they advised me not to pay the test since it was approved. However, the Al Noor insurance team cannot do anything.
The manner in which they handle patient in this Clinic was excessively poor.

This clinic doesn’t deserve a star.

Not proffessional at all. The blood test guy doesnt even know how to treat a patient. They dont answer calls tried calling and connecting with doctor arhie however they transffered the call and doctor doesnt seem to answer. Reallt dont recommend not at all upto mark

Somebody recommended me to this clinic and I was suggested by reception desk to Dr. Mir Talpur, I think more than giving medicine he advised me and convincing made me very comfortable, also very technical oriented, However in 30 days, my sugar was normal which was 335 and suddenly I relazed that I am normal and stopped all medicine and felt super. He was impressed and asked me how it happened perfectly. Actually his advice made me right choice to stop 100% sugar.and then must tell that the whole set of staff is good as when I needed the report by email at 5pm as promised it was there. I am continues client to them and Dr. MIR is my Doctor in Dubai. Thumbs up. Thanks

I went to this clinic few minutes ago and before going i called and asked if they are accepting my insurance even told her what category i have for that insurance, she said yes then.i go there, but when i gave my emirates id in the reception.and showed her my insurance she told me we dont accept this insurance for this is the lowest category from that insurance.i called many times to speak to the lady assigned in the insurance dpartment but waiting on the line longtime.next time check and verify before you answer yes!

I took my blood test n this clinic and requested them to send it to my email. I called them everyday to ask them to send the results to my email. Until now I haven't got it. I don't have time to come there for my results because I have work. I am thankful I'm not a regular patient there. I would never recommend anyone to come to that clinic, no one is willing to assist their patient. Especially the one in the reception, he is very rude. The nurse doesn't care about the patient, she just wanted her working time to finish and leave.

I would like to thanks Dr. Mir Talpur when i was suffering for my eyes problem he gave me a nice medicine and just a couple of days i feel good and dont need to go for eyes specialists

This is worst clinic ever.i want yesterday 8.30 but no one care to do treatment their Harry to go home even doctor is worst he is not checking me he just checking the timing that i came late the clinic charge from me 111 diram but they dont give any treatment they don't about penitent. I give star because witout star wouldn't write comments

The worst clinic ever from receptionist to doctor are very rude. Dr. ARCHIE SAMSON was shouting at me by pointing finger in my face. He treating to all patients like a dog! I heard he was shouting one of the Filipina patients also. VERY VERY BAD they don’t even deserve to have a Star. This is the first and last I go this Clinic.

I went there for check up.from the reception specially Mr. Zeeshan is very well accomodating and well trained he help u to make ur visit there easy.to the doctor highly recommended he will explain well and clearly about ur health issue.thanks

Went to have my blood test done today. I told the person in-charge that the armrest had blood and he cleaned it but did not changed his gloves unless you asked him to. Totally disgusting! Very poor infection control. Seems like he's using one gloves for the whole day. I always went to this clinic because of Dr. Archie Samson, whom I'd trust my life with. He explained everything and ensured I am properly informed about my health.

My husband suffered from severe Pheumonia almost same cases of covid 19. We went to this clinic for his medical treatment. We are thankful to Dr. Mir Awais Talpur for treating my husband so well. He is the best doctor we've found in this clinic. He will be carefully treated you well and advised carefully about your condition. We been in a long process of treatment and in Gods grace my husband is already out of danger. May the Almighty God and Allah blessed you more Dr. Talpur for your dedication and profesionalism for your job. You are one of the best Doctor in Town. Thank you so much!

The clinic provides great services. The guy at reception was very helpful and kind and other colleagues as well, answering all my queries and doing all administrative works. I am very grateful for your high standard of care. Would definitely recommend this clinic for both medical and dental services.

Poor service, very poor in terms of communication, useless front desk man, he can't even check the temperatures of the people before entering the clinic, he don't know also where is the doctors, if you ask him he will tell you "I don't know, you need to check inside"‍️

Disappointing!

I call them today 13. Oct. 2020 around 10: 40 am to check for available ENT doc. And the man who answered the phone was just so disappointing! Please educate him! He said, I can come because there’s available doc. I drove from jebel ali to satwa clinic reach 11: 20am just to find out that there’s NO AVAILABLE ONE and come back at 5pm! You make life difficult for the patient to drive there expecting this kind of respond!? Why can’t you just tell it on the phone before patient come all the way from jebel ali to satwa? !

Tough life nowadays at least be helpful! Educate the one who answering the phone make sure there’s a proper communication with the doctors about timings!

I was forced to put 1star just to post this! FYI!

Arrived here at 6: 15pm and it's 9: 30pm now, still not seen the doctor.

My husband came for there said very good service.i would like to know is there any gynaecologist from Kerala.

The clinic is conveniently located and easily accessible with ample parking outside. Has well qualified and experienced doctors and paramedics. We deal with patients of almost every nationality.

Just now 9am in the morning, i went there for check.up due of severe pain and vomiting, i was not expecting this kind of services they have, its very poor and not be recomemded i dont know how they can handle they patient ive been waiting for 2hrs and im wasting my money as well my time, my laboraties was rejected but how it will happen that last month ago i had my laboraties in one clinic, when the nurse keep.saying wait wait, all i need the medicine should i intake, if i could ask for refund what is 16aed? For that kind of services! A very poor services hope you will.improve and organize your patient well!

Dr Rashmi is my gynaec and i am very satisfied with her. Her nurse miss Suchitra is also pleasant and always smiling

I have visited this clinic an diagnosed as a diabetic patient I consulted Dr Mir Talpur, he is the best doctor ive ever met, hes very professional an know how to deal an calm the patient he explained me very well about my disease (diabetes) that How to control diabetes and what are the consequences due to diabetes even he refered me to eye doctor to check the eyes condition. I’m really impressed from his professionalism And now I’m feeling very satisfied an my diabetes is also controlled with his prescribed medicines me and my family were very worried about my health. Dr Mir Talpur counselled us and he is young very potential and with full of knowledge would highly recommend him to others!

If there was a rating exceeding 5 stars I would definitely give it to Al Noor Polyclinic Satwa. Excellent costumer care service and treatment.

I just wanna share my experience in this Clinic and their Doctor named Mir Talpur. When we entered his room I was expecting he will assist me or atleast have some concern but he just poke the stethoscope on my back like he didn't even hear or check whatever it is that is needed to be checked. He just tell me to go to the lab and do some test. The next day after knowing the results it's like it's just nothing to him. I was expecting professionalism since he was a Doctor he need to do his responsibility and job to help the patients to atleast ease the pain. To put into words, he was one of the worst you ever had. I hope you take actions from that.

I’m regular patient of Al Noor Polyclinic Satwa our family doctor is Dr Mir Talpur he is very cooperative and professional who always explain us which disease you have and how to cure.always giving best medicines very limited tablets only according to the disease treatment, not like others fully heavy medicine like 6,8 tabs. If you want he will suggest for labs otherwise he never do unnecessary things.usually which other doctors and medical centers do. Dr Mir is very professional young doctor.

I have visited Dr. Archie Samson- GP in Al Noor Satwa. He is helpful and treated me well. Staff is also friend. Keep it up. Job well done.

I still didn’t went but when I call on the phone for inquiries the receptionist was nice and she forwarded my call in other department for clarification if my insurance was accepted despite the fact the she was busy that time attending other patient but still she spend time for me to talk and explained properly my inquiries thank you.

Very slow service and always full.waiting for how many hours just to speak with one doctor. I think the main problem here is the part in the reception area thats why the area's becoming loaded and it takes years just to get one patient number.
