Don’t waste time to find parking
It is better to take right opposite to bus stop to get parking at RTA multistory car park building
However I paid 10 dhs for parking 55min and 10 min extra spent on exit traffic queue

In this tower the 4 th floor, office 402 is a fake company which email people for interview and then asked to give money. Its all type of company hr consultant everyone which asked gave money, never gave money to any person. These all are fake. Very very bad People.

One of the best Tower, location wise.maintenance wise.layout of the offices, friendly reception and many more positives. Draw back is parking for tenants as well as visitors other wise perfect location for business establishments.

In the hearth of old business district of dubai. Close to Sabkha bus station. In front of Abra boat station. Very easy to access.

It's the corner building, very easy to find out. Abra (the boat station) is just in front of this business Tower only have to cross the road.
