The Building is nice and all the staffs are very nice However, when you enter the 4th floor early morning the smell of cigarette will welcome you and whole day always smells cigarette smoke.also some cigarette butts on the floor.we reported it on their reception but until now no action taken. Hope they will take action soon.

I am working In an office, since 5 years and they have kept the building clean. But their common areas are not well maintained like floor 1 or ground floor. They have repair lot of their toilet equipment like drier, soap dispenser, etc. Their facility management services. The support staff is nice but they are handicapped due to management policy. Parking team are more focused on making money. We cannot ask our customer to pay parking and come up. This is not fair. Other buildings and management support on this aspect.
