Amazing service everyone was so helpful and doing their duties with fassion. I finished my whole process in just 5 mins

The entire experience was very well structured with really friendly staff who make you feel at ease during the entire process

Everything is perfect here from how the place looks to how employees coordinate the customer to get them to right direction.

I'm the regular customer for every 2 years, they are very up to date, I feel something new when I'm visiting

Credit where it's due. I went at 11am on a Wednesday and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very efficient, friendly receptionist staff, just make sure to carry the right paperwork and your passport.

Getting to the parking can get difficult because of the traffic but once you're in things move very smooth.

Best place to visit for visa medical, you can find all the other visa services in the same place i.e Al quoz mall all under one roof

It’s a neat and clean centre now with good seating arrangement and speedy process. When I visited last time 2 years back, it was a mess. They have made a lot of improvements

Organised Place and Friendly Staff. I went for Visa Medical today got in just 10 mins. Its like a lightning Quick Procedure. Covid Vaccine booster shots too available!

Waiting long time from the Salem counters the agents are busy their talks wasting time nothing else.

The testing procedures were so fast than before and the staffs were welcoming with great smile. It’s hardly take only 10 mnts max (came on afternoon).

On website is written that Results are completed, but they are not issuing certificate for couple of hours now!

I am extremely happy to had my medical from Al qouz medical because from the entrance to exit the whole system was well managed.
I want to thank each person who was there as customer happiness executives for their smiling face.

It was overall good experience, whole process of medical test from registration to exit from center took 40 minutes.

At website mention timing until 8pm but after 7pm the close entry I drive 25km for medical test but very bad

Went for medical to alqouz, usually it's quiet busy but luckily I met Mr. Zahiyan. He helped me out with everything, I was the teamwork also! Great job Team

Absolutely horrendous experience. Nasty Woman who spoke terrible broken English kept shouting: “number! ” But what she really meant was “Name” and I couldn’t understand what she wanted. Sometimes customer service is just awful here. Incompetent unprofessional workers who can’t even speak English are put precisely to work with clients. This is just awful. I wish I could give ZERO stars. Awful rude people. Give them another job. Horrible.

It was fast, there was no much big que. Its less than 30 min I finished it. At reception, billing and sample collection they are very kind and welcoming with smile. It was a nice experience

Did my medical for the 3rd time since coming to the UAE back in 2016 and I was impressed. The level of organisation is out of this world. The flow of efficiency is commendable. Staff are fast, friendly and professional. The process is flawless from registration at the queue to waiting in line all the way to blood being drawn and finally the X-ray area I was impressed. In just under 40 minutes I was in and out. I would advice to either visit super early in the morning or mid afternoon. Overall I enjoyed my experience at the facility great job to the entire team.

It's quite crowded, one has be very careful while visiting the place. Try and visit as early as possible. Otherwise it's all well managed

The positive thing is the checking staff is very helpful and entire process was completed in 10 minutes.

The issue is with the medical staff who took my blood sample, not sure they are professionally trained as my hand is still hurting after 5 days and the bruises are there. Generally, it doesn’t stay for more than 1 day in my case.

Please be careful while giving the blood sample, it can damage your veins.

Came during Ramadan timings at 3.15pm. Wasn't busy, managed to get it all done within 10 minutes. Staff helpful and directed efficiently. Nice one

The guy who is with the security guard is too rude. He wanted me to get another ticket and fall in line again after I waited for one hour, only to miss my que number. The mistake is with there system. The security guard told me to watch my number on the small screen, however, the number jumped from 6640 to 6670 and did not able to see my number. The rude guy told me he called my number, but never heard it. I went home not able to do my medical exam.

I just visited the center this morning and was really pleasantly surprised by the efficiency. Their level of patience and politeness starting from the security at the entrance to everyone else was A+. Well done!

Worst in Ramdan. People are standing outside in que in the scorching sund and they are not letting people inside

No system for online token so people can come on time. I m waiting since 2 hours

Very bad staff behaviour.yesterday i did medical there.xray doctor don’t know how to speak with labour or anyone.including female staff behaviour is very bad.arabic female did not respect non arabic people.for blood collection doctor used injection like animal for labour.

Excellent & Fast service by team at the medical Centre. Went walk-in for visa medical on 21/01/2021. Would love to recommend as I was extremely satisfied by their service excellence. Good Job team Al Quoz visa medical centre.

Iam here in Dubai 15 year's but first time I went al quoz mall medical fitness centre it was just amazing totally Hassel free you can't believe my medical was done within 15minutes very fast service staff was well trained and no waste of time and they knew value of time in Dubai.
Staff was very friendly and helpful as well from starting to end all are superb.

This is not good place. They lost our documents. It's not showing online. Always visa rejected from emigration. Now we have pay and need to do remedical, wast of time and money

The staffs are very nice and accommodating. Facilities is wide and clean and the services is fast as well.

I come to al Qouz medical center regularly for company medical and services are being provided in a very professional manner.

Staff is really cooperative specially security guard from First security group named ‘Nasir’ and customer care representative named ‘Syam S. R’

When you enter in the medical centre maintenance security will guide you to the reception area according to your requirements,
Reception staff will check you paperwork and you ID, guide you to next area for token collection, there for you will meet medical doctor.

Good and supportive staff. Highly recommended for others. Good customer service. Typing fast, test fast and efficient. Lots of free parking. Center timings also good.

I keep on calling there number a lot of times but no one is picking up my call. I have waited for the medical result but they didn't send it to us. Bed customer service.

The doctors doing the blood test are unprofessional & untrained treating everyone as sheep, i got a bruise on my hand while doing the test also unhygienic they were not changing the gloves after doing the test. Any one going for medical test please ask the doctors to change their gloves or it could give diseases. I would like to Dubai Health Authorities to look into it.
