Al Rashidiya Health Center (Preventive Health) MOHAP

Best for new born birth certificate service. Prior to the visit it is better to register the birth notification in MOHAP site. But you need to provide baby name in arabic also. If not so, can visit typing center that is available inside the facility itself. If you haven't carry photocopies of all required docs, you can take copies from typing center. PN; it's a private agency. Take both english and arabic birth certificates.
Rest, you will get a guidance from securities itself.
AED 125 for mohap site registration at typing center. Aed 5 for photocopies.
After all, Double check your baby's birth certificate.

رايح اقدم على شهادة وفاة. مسؤول الامن مباشرة قالي روح غرفة رقم 9 وعقب انتظار ربع ساعة قالوا لازم تفتح ملف. انزين ليش من البداية ماتخبرون. ورجعوا عطوني رقم ويلسوني مايقارب نصف ساعة! وكاونتر واحد شغال ويوم يا دوري قالي الموظف بكل برود انا ماسوي شهادات وفاة؟! شوها المصخرررة؟! ويقولي سير عند الي جنبي هو الي يسوي شهادات وفاة علما بان الشخص الي جالس جنبه تقدر توصل عنده بدون رقم للانتظار.
ومالي نفس بعد اكمل باقي الأحداث.
خذلان مابعده خذلان.

I would highly recommend this Centre for birth certificate of new born. Polite staffs, easy process & hassle free.
Kudos to the team.

My husband took the yellow fever vaccine on the 12th of April 2023.
The deducted from the card two times and we gave them the proof that it was deducted twice.
They told us to go to the bank and when we reached there, the bank said that they have not received any refund authorisation.
Imagine we went back to the health center and now they want my bank statement
Why are you requesting for my bank statement?

Will you pay for the 25 dhs charge for the bank statement?

This is so absurd, upto date i have not received my refund.

Really satisfied with the service and approach from birth and death division staff, i got my newborn birth certificate within 10 minutes, Really Appreciate them.

Worst experience ever! Three hours to get a vaccine due to being extremely unorganized.
Data entry people don’t know how to use computer and entering data with one finger
For a vaccine consultation fee is aed 150! This is other than the vaccine cost.
No check and balance and zero customer service!
Better to take a day off from work incase you plan on visiting as they don’t think anyone’s time is of any value.

****BE AWARE****
If someone is going here for personal collection of new born baby birth certificate than the place is very good and professional. But make sure you make payment of the birth certificate online before you go for the collection. Even in case you have to pay for the birth certificate there at the center, it will cost sightly more (10 AED approx).
However, *BE CAUTIOUS* in case the typing center lady Sakeena asks you if you want MOFA attestation. Do not fall into her trap. Please do MOFA attestation yourself as it will cost you only 150 AED (or 190 AED incase you choose home delivery service on MOFAIC application).
This lady Sakeena (not an employee of the health center) is a representative of private attestation services center OnTime. She charged me almost 350 for single MOFA attestation. That is 200 more than the government fee. And she did not explain to me anything. I being totally unaware at that time thought this is the government fee, as it's a government office. Later on I came to find out that they do not represent the health center or the government, they just have an office there.
Also, after paying 200 AED more you are in for a surprise for the customer service she will give you. She is rude and dishonest in explaining all the processing fee details.
Later when I confronted her at the time of collection (for which I tried contacting her before going and she was not responding properly on the contact number she provided), she said you can go complain on my company's helpline or go to the dubai courts.
Great service I must say. Couldn't expect less for paying 200 AED extra.

They have issued my kids english birth certificate in 10 min.
Price for English copy 60 AED

Really bad customer service and shouting to the customer. Don’t know how to speak English so that how they will have good communication with customers.

I visited last month 12 of Sep for my 3 dose vaccine. But I am not really sure if they gave me the 3 dose or the 1st dose because in my record in ALHOSN they indicated 1st dose. And yesterday I received a message for my 2nd dose so I am confused. May I know the clarification about this please. Thank you so much.

Me and my family had visited the center for having the booster vaccination.
All the staff members were very helpful and the whole process was done very well.

Dear Concerned Authorities,

I would appreciate if the concerned authorities would look into the services of Death Certificate Issuance and would please, please, please, expedite the process. It takes more than an hour to get a Death Certificate Issued. Previously this used to be done at Al Barah Hospital and we used to get it issued in less than 15 to 20 minutes. The process here is very long and you should have a special counter for Death Certificates Issuance as it is DEATH and urgent and families are in grief and need to complete the process of their deceased loved ones either repatriation, burial, cremation service. Please look into this time delay and please expedite the process. Thank you

This is one of the best MOH health centers in Dubai when it comes to call center's response and leadership understanding and willingness to provide all they can do. My sincere thanks to Dr. A.head of the center for her support.

Visited here to find details and what is required for reissuance of lost birth certificate. The staff at the counter was very polite and gave step by step information on what is required and documents as well. At the time of my visit there was no queue so headed straight to the counter as told to me by the security. And there is an excellent covid safety measures and restrictions in place. The place is a bit old but very well maintained and very clean.

Was redirected to this place from Al Baraha hospital for collection of death certificate for my uncle.
Friendly staff. Scanner and copier available on site.
Suggest bringing EID, passport and visa copies of deceased and person collecting the certificate.
They accept only cash. Closest ATM/ cash machine is 2 Km away.

Birth certificate attestations for newborn are done here as of August 16 2020. Friendly staff, and quick services.

Polite and quick service. Issuance of birth certificates as well as death certificates. A bit remote location so car or taxi is recommended. Prices for the issued documents was very acceptable. There was a queue, but the people working at the respective desks were quite good at handling the visitors so the queue was quickly disappearing. Prepare all the necessary papers upfront or else you might be sent home and will have to re-visit. Both credit card and cash is accepted here.
