The timing is not updated yesterday I visited around 5:30 PM and the are closed I asked security why close he replied this is ramadan 3:00 PM close come tomorrow and today also showing the same timing they didn’t update still and we are facing problems.

They do not accept male.only for females as I have been told by security and this is despite that all my family members did the medical for visa there.

Very unprofessional nurse, careless attitude and highly risky for customers. After blood test my wife’s vain continued to bleed and she had lot of pain. Nurse needs to be reprimanded.

All the staffs are nice love the experience, I came for my medical and I feel so loved with these people. The kindness they gave to me especially the reception, thank you so much!

Fastest service. I will give 5 stars to reception staff.but the lady in X ray department is very rude.very bad behaviour towards clients

Today I spent almost 1hr30min for my baby birth certificate, after lo g wait they told me to go dubai health authority head quarters. Its small centre and the service is not as expected. Its very slow.

What's the point of issuing token number, if they are not being used correcr manner.

Announcement and TV screen with my token number was showing to go to the counter, when I went I was told to go back to waiting area still 4 token are ahead of me so I don't know what's their point to announce and show on the screen.

I came here for birth certificate. Unfortunately they couldn’t help because baby was delivered In Sharjah. However one Mr Ahmad just turn as angel and told me I will help to complete this procedure via online. He was soooo kind and helpful and helped to complete the full procedure online. I paid online and completed the procedure in 15 min.

Just an information - birth certificate can be done online and physical copy they will courier. No need to visit any preventive medicine center

Parking is in front of post office not in front of health center. And post office is just one step behind so better park there and walk 20 steps to the health fitness center.

I came here for birth certificate. Mr Ahmed he was soooo kind and helpful and helped to complete the full procedure. I paid online and completed the procedure in 15 min.

Came to process birth certificate and served slightly earlier than 7: 30 opening time but the customer service gentleman helped me efficiently and with great service. I left with the certificate in less than 30 minutes. I was also having a leg problem and the security guy helped to give nearby parking. Great service overall!

Great branch for my medical test to process visa. Fast and efficient service! Happy to know they also cater tests for family visa sponsorship. I didn't know it existed until an Amer staff recommended this for us.

Written timings totally wrong! Friday they close already at 12 noon. Be responsible please to people who driving to your place thinking that time in official page on your website is correct.

Very good experience, visited for birth certificate and got everything done within 20 minutes. I Had no idea of requirements but the customer service representative explained all well. Wonderful service done by Al Rashidiya medical center.
