Al Razouki Exchange

There are nice Filipinas working there and i had no problem with them so far.

Very poor service and low Business ethics

They refused to exchange Euro due to reason by saying the rate is getting low. As a money exchange, how can they refuse these kind of transactions.

Very slow and non convinient a very bad exchange.i paid my credit through this exchange and 5 days passed without crediting i got a late payment fine because of this bad al rozouki exchange

Some staffs are not that Polite and friendly. I had some bad experiences from the Cashiers. I hope next time he won't lie. If not for the highest exchange rate for Peso and lowest commission charge they have. I won't keep coming back to this branch.

This branch is not that flexible. I am under my husband's sponsorship and doesn't have EID that time and they didn't accommodate me, made excuses which are weird. Then, 2nd attempt was to send money to Mashreq bank and they said they cannot. So tell me which services do you have then? The staff isn't helpful at all and even the manager doesn't make any extra help. Overall, I don't recommend this exchange. Very poor service

Everytime we are going to take salary from there, i dont know, but they seems angry. And seems they r not happy at their work specially the first counter filipina lady. I was standing there for 3 minutes and giving my Id, and shes not even try to ask what i need. Shes always angry if im taking salary. This is not the first time. This is happening everytime. And im sick of this. Hoping my company didnt send my salary in that branch!
