المركز من افضل المراكز التي تعاملة معها وذلك لعدة اسباب 1- مواقف السيارات مجانية
2- موقع سهل الوصول
3- معاملة الموظفين جدا مهذبه ويوجد خبره كبيره لديهم مع تسهيل بعض المساعدات
4- سرعة انجاز المعاملات من دون اي اخطاء مع خبرة الموظفين
5- يوجد في نفس المركز خدمات آمر وخدمات تسهيل وخدمات توجيه وخدمات تدبير وخدمات قانونية وخدمات سياحية حيث انه لا تحتاج الى زيارة اكثر من مكان لانهاء معاملاتك
بكل صراحة المركز جدا ممتاز ويستحق اكثر من 5 نجوم مع العلم اني اتعامل مع المركز منذ اكثر من سنه ونصف ولم اجد افضل منه

They are the best centre. I am feel very comfortable doing my documents work in this centre.staff are amazing, smiling, and supportive, and you will feel that from the beginning, starting by reception until the end to the accountant team.

I strongly recommend them.

Please don’t try to visit this branch, one of the staff I got really slow in work, they are more focused on talking in mobile phone, I have visited on 11-09-2023 morning, counter number 15, in fact most of the staff on mobile phones, we can’t see them on first sight using mobiles, earphones hidden & covered, once you attend the counter directly & sit for 2 mints will understand. Really got pissed! Because they are working something related to government service, Incase if mistakes happens, easily said system rejected or something else which they never admit mistakes came from their side due careless work.

Employees enjoying their time talking to each other, laughing, eating, doing makeup, applying hand cream. No one respects the line - tokens are useless. 7 working counters, 2 customers in front - more than 40 min waiting coz no one cares about work

The location isn’t bad, however there’s always inconsistencies when they provide you details of requirements hence the reason why you have to come back again.
If you ask one of them you have to ask multiple staff just to get correct answer.

Very Bad Experience dealing to them… we applied and pay 3x for getting labor approval which they applied to us, first they did not ask proper documentation needed, second they did not comply the requirement ask by labor department even if it is clearly mentioned in the comment mentioned in the comment.

Delay in responding to all update. More than 3 to 4 calls after each request. In addition, the response over the phone from the reception representative is too arrogant. Claiming that none of the customer care representative is available at 5PM.

Fast deal with transaction, helpful team, good location with free parking on the oasis mall، alot of services under same roof.

المكان مميز وكبير و قد وصلت اليه يوم الجمعة 14ابريل الماضي قبل الاغلاق بساعه لكن الموظفين الوحيدين بتسهيل على الكاونتر رقم 16 و 17 لم يكونا متعاونين معي فالاول قال ان معاملتي تنجز لدى زميله و زميله بدأ بوضع العراقيل لعدم انجاز المعاملة و انا اجيبه بكل احترام على كل ما يسأل و أخيرآ لم يقم بعملها.
ارجو احترام الناس و معاملتهم بصدق و نزاهة
بسبب هذين الموظفين لن اقوم بالعودة الى هذا المركز ابدآ و لا انصح بالذهاب اليه مع احتمال ان الموظفين البقية طيبون و جيدون

I start processing my labour contract a month ago & until now im still coming back there to follow- up. First they forget to change the passport # then after they wanted me to go back because they did not get a copy of the labour contract. Now again they want my emirates ID copy. It is such a hasstle that they don't ask all the documents needed at one time. I spend so much for the taxi. It is very inconvenience. I hope they are more organized

But some times tooooo much waiting period not because of too much customers but the counter is empty no one attend us.

For tawjeeh training session irs a good place.

Waiting for more than 1 hour after that simple answer system down also the staff is making too many mistakes

Worst possible service I have got recently from them.
I had been their customer 2-3 years but not anymore. I have put my family visa for hold paying deposit of AED 2500. At the time of refund staff does not know the process and i am still struggling to get this money back. I tried getting this money online thru website it has strange error messege. It might be technical glitch but the staff doesn't even bother to look at my issue. I have been told to go immigration jafiliya, manara, al kifaf center, al twar, Amer mazaya center. Which i went but no luck. All centers sent me back saying that i can only apply for refund from center where i make initial request. Finally after wasting 3 days i came back to center just to hear this it was a technical glitch. Where is my money how I can get no one has any clue.

Pathetic service from one of the most reputed name in the market. Totally disappointed!

I’ve been to many Tasheel’s in the past 2 years, and this is by far one of the WORST one in Dubai. I’ve never seen a place so unprofessional. Everyone working here are doing everything from drinking Soda to watching movies but the work they are assigned to do. I took a token and waited for nearly 40 minutes even though there was hardly anyone in the place. Quite stupid of me to wait here for that long.
Everyone are so relaxed with their work here as if the customers have nothing else to do with their lives.

You can never call this place a government transaction facility. Some coffee, snacks and light music and this place would be the best cafe in town.
We Starbucks, Costa and now Tasheel Al Reaya!

Just left the place without completing my work because of the attitude of the bold man who is in the reception. He is rude and disrespectful. No one wants to pay and insulted at the same time.

Horrible people in amir Centre. Rude and pathetic attitude. The lady with ID 5189 treated me like I was begging for something. Not that she did something wrong but her questions and answers were like I am some sevond race human in this world. Totally pathetic attitude for sucha hefty fee.

This small building including 3 essential government centers, Tas'heel for ministry of labour transactions, Amer for immigration transactions, and business center for typing all transactions and also there is a lawyer for legal Advice, the only problem is about parking as only a limited paid parking area by the center but the good thing that there is Oasis center on other side of the road with huge parking area outside which is free and basement which is free for mall customers.

I am so disappointed, doing my transaction on feb 27 2021, really they did not give me the copy of the transaction of the nawakas which i ask her on the counter number 10,15: 13h. She told me it was on her system which i am not convince i saw her she did not do the scanning for my document, i double check on my system it was no nawakas done in our apps.you should fired this kind of employees in your center which is not good in the business she is not doing her job properly, i went in another tasheel they scan it and i have the copy. And in our mol apps ut show the transaction nawakas.

It’s a Tasheel Centre providing all MOHR, GDRF, and DED related services. There are a lot of counters to serve the customers which make wait time almost ZERO even at rush hours. Excellent customer service as they are experienced, cooperative and very helpful.
The centre is in very good location in front of Oasis Mall with plenty of available parking.
Moreover, there is Tawjeeh Centre very near.

Prices are really high when it to doing any application work. They should consider lowering the prices so that it benefits the other businesses also.

Worst tasheel branch!
The arabic guy in the reception is just watching youtube and not helping.

Locations is good, but worst services by staffs.
Never agree their mistakes. If any mistakes happen they will say to go to Ministry of Labor or any other dept.

Brunch AlQouz is expensive I made application for Emirates ID in brunch AlQouz 324 AED and another brunch 271.5 AED how this? ! It should be fees the same price

The worst experience ever going to al Reaya business service, unfortunately the staff are not trained at all they don’t know their job, each staff asks his colleague for help at the end no one can handle customers needs. Every time I go their they tell me the system is down. You need to go 100 times for their mistakes.

Avoid at all costs. I've never seen such disregard for customers like I've seen here. The guy at the reception refused to look up from his whatsapp group conversation. He kept scrolling through all his chats and not once did he look up at me. If he was playing a video game or watching a video - I'd understand the distraction - but reading Whatsapp chats? Is Management even aware what their people are doing? Read all the other reviews here - save yourself the headache and go to any other service like the one in Al Khail Mall or Manara Centre.

Obviously not the best service with so technical advancement. Poor approach and careless attitude. Need to go again and again for their mistake of not uploading second page of the document for entry permit visa. Again went because its my work, but they uploaded the document for my wife file and forgot to upload for my son file.no definite way to contact them, they dont share their email or phone number.no reciept on second visit of what has been done.
Inefficient staff with great gadgets bring nothing in hands.
