Al Reem Building

Building is very old, not maintained and infested with cockroaches. Apartments are the same with broken window locks (which they say they cannot fix but we fixed ourselves) and moldy walls. Maintenance team is very poor and management is worse. I had to chase for my security deposit for 8 months and finally got it back only after filing a legal case against the landlord.

They don’t give the security deposit! Giving one star just to put this message out. Don’t give yourself the headache of living in such a rundown place and then chasing behind them to get the security deposit back which is 2000+ aed. Lived there for 3 years and the AC was not working for 4 weeks, the pool was dirty, there was mold in the apartment and so many shady activities going on. Not safe! Filing a complaint with the authorities because this seems like a big scam!

Al Reem Building and Real Estate Al Marri - worst experience so unprofessional management, so dirty, the garbage rooms is awful, no maintenance, Cockroach are everywhere. Ltheir parking area smells like dead animals, alot of flies everywhere. Their team is lier and tell you promises and will not speak to you after you signed the contract. The flat price is so unreasonable to leave in this kind of dirty place.

Oh by the way, those photos they post in ads is an old picture and post fake photos like scammers to sell their flats, no swimming pool access no gyms, they do it for business and rented for everyone.

Building location with nice view, timely maintenance with good parking space for every tenants. Overall good family building to stay in

Currently living here, nice area with all the availability to all the transports especially buses, restaurants, atm.works well for family! Go on

Friendly management clean and well maintained access nearby metro beautiful location swimming pools very good

I experienced my Air Conditioned was not working and found-out electric motor malfunction. I requested to repair and they made it on same day.
Thanks to Mr Shabeer for his kindness and response urgently.

Prime location, flexible management all time cleaning and secure car parking, easy excess for shopping dinning, same building has good restaurants, safe and secure for families with card excess
