Poor service, i sent my Landry for dry cleaning they came back dirty same as it sent, when i ask why is like that.they said you told us only iron, they even make you a liar too not even bad service, zero customer service

Bad service and unprofessional staff specially the one who is calling himself the manager.
I gave them my new suite bought it from Sacoor for dry cleaning and I got it back completely destroyed
apparently they washed it like normal clothes and now the fabric is damaged and I can’t wear it anymore

I gave the store two brand new t-shirts for ironing that I had just worn once. The brands are Steel and Jelly and Finch Hattton. These guys lost my t-shirts and told me they couldn't find it. I was so agitated wit this poor service because they just wasted my money and my efforts by loosing my items. I can't even believe the unprofessionalism of these people. I believe this laundry should close down so they don't repeat this behaviour with others. I don't recommend it and I am disappointed with their service. Please don't visit this laundry.

There another better laundry in the same area called Hollywood.

There's good service from the team!
But since you Changed other person he's not friendly and not serving well.
Honestly I will not go there.
Weekley we're washing sometimes 3 to 4 time.
And we're recovering our staff in our door.
But now we're not even reaching yo collect it.
Once he close he will not open again and not even delivering the goods.

I just feel sorry for the owner of such Business who is not aware how his staff are ruining his business. I was told that the driver is coming NOW to pick up the laundry. Now after more than 1 hour no one came. After calling the shop, he was surprised that driver is not yet here and then he found out that driver is in Rimram.so the driver does what he wants and not what the business needs. Now I am told that driver will be in 15 mins here. I am not going to deal with this laundry because I am not sure if he will finish by tomorrow as he promissed as it seems they just give empty promises. And I think the owner is notvaware if anything. I asked for his number and I was not given.

Sorry for that but no wonder that you guys don't last for long in businesses.

By the way this would have been my first time with you and I am only 500m far from you.

Very bad quality, they don't know how to work on delicate and expensive fabric.

The guy I dealt with has very poor communication and hardly understands English.

Not recommended at all.

I give them 3 very expensive clothes I told him please take care it’s so expensive.
He destroy 2 of them and the 3 shirt he told me you bring it like this. Even if I give him something clean to iron only and he find dirty why they iron it.
He told me call police so for sure I will to make sure that he don’t make this again I hope the owner see that
