Mr Amit Kar is an amazing person, he served the food amazingly, very well mannered, very professional.
The food was so tasty and fresh. The mango and pistachio ice creams was so fresh and tasty.

1 -You have to check the bill before paying, the waiter directly asks you to scan the par code to pay but you will find the tips option is automatically set on 10% of the total bill, most of the people doesn’t check the bill properly so it's kind of a scam, 2 - privacy is zero on the table, I couldn’t even talk with my wife because every sec one of the waiters jump on the table to remove a pice of tissue or do clearance for a plate you feel that you are always monitored and not comfortable.

I visited first time but i must say it was authentic Lebanese taste. Ambiance is also good. I loved their kababs, fatuous salad highly recommended.

For parking we struggled alot.

This place is under renovation and will open soon.
I hope it will same as before in taste and service

The owners themselves follow up on the tables, kitchen, delivery and staff.
Always taking every comment seriously. That’s why they are the best.

Convinient parking, great food, drinks and deserts, high on quality and hygiene, very consistent taste service is quick and very professional, first floor shisha area is small but still very enjoyable.

OMG food. Best in town shish Tawook and their kabab khashkhash is the Tender-est most juicy. Ask for warm bread as they can do a better job at increasing efficiency of service

Worst reception and unprofessional lady I have ever met. The lady told me that there is a waiting for 45 min which we agreed.
We left keeping in mind we have to be back in 45min.

Within 5min she calls me and tells me pls come the tables are there for us. I requested her that kindly keep it 45min and give the table to someone else as we had left the place and will be back at the exact time. But this lady was stubborn and said if I am not there in 5 min from the call she made to me that she will cancel it and will not entertain us again for the promised time form her side.

A take away Small Shawarma sandwiches for 12 dirhams Each - expensive - and not amazing! At halab restaurant taste better and for less money

Worse fish dish ever. Staff friendly and nice salads were wow, bread too. Main dish fish fillet was horrible. Not fresh at all. Idea I left the plate 3/4 as is, nobody cared to ask why, or did you like the food or why leaving so early! They took the money and good bye

Always have great food and view of Szr road. It takes a while to bring them food but in the meantime you can enjoy the hot Arabic bread

The Al Safadi chain of restaurants is one of my favourites in all of Dubai. This particular location is the first Al Safadi that I ever knew and have been coming here for approximately 15 years. Unfortunately, the service in this location has become increasingly worse as the years go by, not to mention that they've become much less generous in their complimentary offerings. This is very sad for what used to be a really great restaurant.

The chicken shawarma for me personally is one of the best I have had on SZR. It was quite juicy, well cooked (not burnt like most other places), right proportion of garlic sauce, fresh bread, right number of French fries inside, along with just a little veggies. Their packing is top notch to boot. Loved their service as well!

Have been visiting for a long time. Food and service is always on point. The hummous with meat is awsome and i also tried the Markook shawarma which was great!

Well, overall experience is acceptable. Decent food menu with amazing dishes starting from appetizers to main courses. Humus is a must. Chicken and beef Sharma have been delicious and full of flavours. Outrageous lamb chops. The only big remark is that portions in the menu are totally different by size when served. Kind staff. Fast service. Reasonable prices.

Food and the service is good but no dedication parking for the restaurant.
We have to use the normal RTA parking.

A decent place to have your favorite Arabic cuisines. Not too expensive and food quality and taste are magnificent. I personally think that 4 star is fair

Ahhh one of the best restaurants out here. Quality of food is just perfect and the taste gives you a taste from home. It definitely compares to restaurants in Lebanon. I recommend their mana'eesh, lahme b ajeen trabolsi (squeeze some lemon on top please), spicy potatoes, hummus, orange juice, ughhh their fresh bread, mozzarella cheese sticks those are only few of the items I like there and are a must try. I've had great experience at all the locations I visited here in Dubai

Favourite Lebanese in Dubai. Not very comercial our touristy, amazing quality traditional food and very reasonable prices. Service is excellent, each branch has 30+ waiters that provide a very fast service. Food is served within minutes of ordering and is very fresh. All staff is very kind. Always has parking available. Highly recommend.

We decided my friend & I to have lunch and sheshas in this restaurant, we have been ignored for over 30 minutes by all waitresses & waiters, other customers in between were served and ordered been taken. We do not know why we were ignored for almost 1 hour, most if not all restaurants in dubai dont treat customers this way and I have been in the country for 10 years. We finally decided to call the manager who said sorry, what do you want, as an order. We left obviously, and he just looked and smiled as if it is a funny situation. Not going to this plaxe again and dont recommend it! Complain to Dubai customer rights has been done!

We are locals.and it’s our number one family choice.each member of our big family looovve it. It’s the best Arabic food ever. It a casual atmosphere with. 7. Star food sooo delicious. At v convenient prices for everyone. Honestly best Labanies food ever. Excellent service. Very well trained professional staff. It’s a family feast restaurant. Quality of food.

اسعارهم مبالغ فيها جدا جدا أستطيع إطعام عشره أشخاص في مطعم اخر بسعر وجبة غداء لشخص واحد عندهم أين سنذهب من الله ان اكلنا بمبلغ مبالغ فيه بينما غيرنا لا يجد ما ياكله

Very disappointed with the quality of food, ordered 2 shawarma plates for take away, the portions were super small, not even enough for a wrap let alone for a plate. The meat was half burned, no drinks, the tahini was spilled all over the food container while the tahini container was almost empty itself (this means packing problem), price is unbelievably high for such small portions and bad quality. I don't think i will go/order from there anymore.

A must visit for every trip to Dubai. Authentic Lebanese cuisine. Good size portions and addictive fresh bread. Definitely worth a visit.

FOOD and SERVICE – EXCELLENT, especially if you are fond of kebabs and grilled fish. Their Shawarma and other sandwiches are pretty amazing too. In the cooler months al-Safadi offers the added attraction of a cosy open-air seating area, be it overlooking SZR, allowing guests to enjoy their warm hospitality outdoors.

Split over two floors, the top floor is for shisha smoking but the ground floor is smoke free. The outdoor area is of course a smoking area which is a bit of a bummer for non-smokers like me.

Prices are expensive compared to the quality of food, where you can get service and delicious food elsewhere, I recommend you to visit Al Hallab restaurant.still its #1 Lebanese delicious food in Dubai

Libanesisches Restaurant! Typische libanesische Gerichte top Qualität! Das Personal ist freundlich und schnell. Die Preise sind in Ordnung. Die Portionen recht klein.

My all time favourite Lebanese restaurant. Good food, crowd and ambience. Both veg and non veg dishes are delicious. I personally like the sheikh zayed franchise i.e. Next to dusit thani hotel.

Pretty good restaurant. Ambience is best in class. Have indoor as well as out door seating. Two story floor restaurant. Proximal to financial center Metro station. Got wifi eventhough the connection is poor for outdoor seating.
I had shawarma, dessert othmaliye and Mint tea. Staffs are quite efficient. I got my order pretty soon.
Its a little expensive but I think its worth at least once.
I guess I will come again

Amazing food. Kahan Or talk and grilled meat were very good.with hot bread.but no sauce or hummus or mutabal.there should be something served with it.it maybe in less quantity.
