We dined here on our last night in Dubai (recommendation from our hotel concierge) and the food was delicious - we had hummus, baba ghanouj, sea bass, and beef. The service was also on point (just like the location lol). We’ll definitely return during our next visit.
مطعم ممتاز جداً على جميع المستويات / الأكل - النظافة - الاجواء - العاملين. يستحق الزيارة لكل زوار دبي للاستمتاع. شكراً لكم A very excellent restaurant at all levels / food - cleanliness - atmosphere - staff. Worth a visit for all visitors to Dubai to enjoy. Thank you
A great atmosphere, delicious food and excellent service. Staff are friendly and very polite. We ordered humus, lentil soup, fish soup and lahmacun. I had lahmacun in turkey several times. But the one I had in this restaurant was the best. After our dinner, they served us a delicious dessert (similar to künefe) as a complimentary. If you visit Dubai, I would strongly recommend you to visit this restaurant.
Very unorganized management or smart way of marketing! The restaurant was not busy but the manager mixed up the waiting list.the food didn't come in order main course before appetizers.most of the hot appetizers came cold. Al riqa and Sheikh zayed branches are waaaaaaaaaay better
I think I did review it before, I love it and me family too, especially this branch at the point, the palm.everything is great, the appetizers, grilled meats, and sure the traditional Arabic desserts
We went there after a full day at Atlantis Aquaventure, following the recommendation of our city tour guide. It was a little cold, so we didn’t mind sitting inside and miss most of the fountain show that the outside seats would enjoy.
The food was tasty and reasonably priced, most between 45-55, with the mixed grill and lamp chops a little pricier. The food were tasty, and portions were very good.
The service was ok, with Mohammad mostly pointing at things and not enthusiastically welcoming us or recommending particular dishes.
Even though the food was nice, the service is AWEFUL! Really Really the worse service we had in Dubai. You could call the waiters for hours and no-one will care. This place has so many customers that they don't care if you need any help. Nore will they care about any review.
Lots of waiters but exceptionally poor service. Having tasted some of the food I knew it would be bland so I ordered some chilli sauce on the side. Served cold bland beef and had to chase them 5 times for some chilli. It arrived when I was done. Also ordered spicy potatoes which had zero spice - just a slice of lemon with cubes chips. You'd expect something special given its location but this is no better than any street Lebanese restaurant.
To start with we waited just to get attention for some time and when we finally saw a free table, we sat. Then we were asked to move, logically we refused because how come you noticed us when we wanted to sit! Then the manager was completely useless and even after complaining to him and his fake apologies! He and his servers completely ignored us. Two tables were sat after us and already food was served shortly after and we were still waiting for someone to take our order! The manage was the least helpful. Worst experience and felt very discriminated against. Thank you Al Safadi but no Thank you
We were ta this restaurant on 14 May, no AC, it was unbearably hot, I was about to die. The manager told us that the AC was under the maintenance, but in this case the restaurant had to remain closed for the clients since serving people at +45C doesn’t comply to the human rights. I will never visit this place again and do not recommend it to anyone.
معطم لبناني جميل جداً وله العديد من الفروع في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. أسعارهم مناسبة ولديهم العديد من الخيارات ويقدم الشيشة.
A very good Lebanese restaurant and has many branches in the UAE. Their prices are reasonable and affordable with different types of meals and they serve Shisha.
The pointe is a great idea as it as the head of the Palm trunk looking out at the Atlantis hotel. Really excellent location and the food was really good not too pricey and the service was typical of good Lebanese restaurants they don't make you wait for your food. Good one, definitely recommend,
I'll start off by saying that the location deserves 5/5. It is situated on The Palm and gives you a beautiful view of the sea & The Atlantis. (We visited at night but I'd say the view during the daytime would be much better) Food presentation, staff courtesy, responsiveness were great. The food in itself was good. It's just that I've had better Lebanese food.
It's good but too expensive for this type of food. U can get slightly less tasty food with half the price.it is worth the consideration especially when it's more than 2 people.
A friend had recommended this place for arabic food and shisha. I thought to give just shisha a try just after lunch at pointe.we ordered cinnamon bubblegum and some juices.the shisha was flat - not that great - we asked the shisha to redo it but all efforts in vain. I plan to visit this place again for the grills and the food. Shisha def a nono for me!
The food was great as always and the views out the large windows added to the experience. Would definitely go back. If you're ever in Dubai I recommend eating a meal at Al Safadi.
Perfect place.one of the best for meeting with friends, family, simply delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will always be met by friendly waiters, a professional manager.always very clean and brilliant as if you were in a palace. I advise you to start acquaintance with Arabic culture is available here.
We just had a horrible experience, the AC was barely working on EID, we were all sweating uncontrollably. Management were little concerned about that. Our shirts were wet and faces covered in sweat. We left before finishing our dishes. Horrible experience
Some of the staff were not welcoming at all (Arabic) and the presentation of the food is not apetiting at all, as the food comes in like a small cups instead of plates.
Al Safadi has built a reputation in the UAE for excellent Lebanese dishes at good value for money.the well decorated branch at the Pointe upholds that promise.there is a nice water view and good outside seating when the weather permits.my only ask is a solution for the noisy chairs.they are a true uncomfortable attraction every time someone sits or stands
Same superb food in the best outdoor setting ever overlooking the sea and Atlantis. Shisha is also available along with a terrace seated area. Prices here are more expensive vs.other branches and there are no sandwiches available.
