ربما الشاورما جيدة ، لكني انصح بعدم تجربة المشاوي في هذا المكان ابداً.

My family and I had the best and tastiest authentic syrian shawarma today, thanks to the Syrian chef Mohamad for preparing it! He was very professional in his service and prepared our meals in a timely manner. I highly recommend everyone to visit this restaurant.

Very poor customer service by the cashier. He forgot to give us receipt with the change. When we went back to check if the food was ready after a few mins, the cashier said he doesn't remember us and cannot give food without the receipt. This caused us to panic a little and we went searching for the receipt in the wallet, at the table we were waiting etc. Then we went back to the counter again to request them. The cashier then said he remembers that we forgot to take the receipt from him and warned us saying this is the last time he is going to do a favor on us and next time we will not get the food if we forget the receipt. Isn't it the cashiers responsibility to make sure that people who order don't miss taking the receipt?

Apart from this, there were several small things which made us feel very uncomfortable and we decided we should avoid this place next time. So, one guy destroyed the whole image of this brand for us. By the way this guy was of Arabic ethnicity and could barely speak English (and short statured) so maybe he deals better with Arabic speakers.

We also felt the food was not that great and it was strange we have to pay additional 1 aed for 1 piece of Arabic bread which costs about that much for a whole pack at the supermarket.

Had there been an option to give negative rating I would not hesitate to give one. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff with no training on soft skills. Disappointed with both the food and the staff.

The Shawerma portion is too big but very dry. No tahini sauce no, mayo. Over cooked. Staff are friendly but the recipe needs to be improved.

Food is just ok.but too pricy for the portions.mix grill is half the portion we get anywhere else.better to take a shawarma or falafel sandwich.

Customer services is bad. Waiting time not as promised, way longer.
Food is so so. The chefs used to be Arabs and it was good place like 3-4 years ago. Now they hired Indians, probably low pay, hence the result.

Disgusting food. I feel sick. And on top of that, staff working there are so rude, arrogant and slow. I hope this place shuts down.

Veryyyy bad food. Don't even try it. Waste of money for a zero value meal. Has nothing to do with Lebanese food. I ordered hummus and shawarma. I believe they gave me the shawarma leftovers.the platter had chicken fat more than the actual Shawarma. (And was cold). Hummus doesn't taste good.

Taste is good but price too high for portion size / quantity. But seems better restaurant in Arabic cuisine. They give small Hammus and one bread only unlike typical Arabic restaurants were add on or huge n large n many.

I don't know what the manager's problem is at the Batuta branch. I said hello twice and he clearly ignored me. I asked for a large chicken shawarma and he rudely asked me to select from the menu. Twice. In a very very rude manner. Train your staff some basic manners and customer service before opening up a restaurant. Unacceptable.

Just had the worst Shawerma ever. Bread was hard to bite. Didn't feel fresh. I hated the experience.

The serving became smaller; the manager seems angry when I told him I’m going to use the entertainer, even the order is not complete. W’ll think twice before heading there any more.

Pathetic and rude staff. Also refused to honour entertainer for shawarma. This chain should not survive. PLEASE AVOID. Lots of other options available

Good Indian food.we ordered the mix chicken platter it was served in 10 minutes food was hot staff was very friendly
