Al Saqr Business Tower

An ideal location for offices servicing DIFC businesses. Very close to Dubai Metro station. Good quality tea and snacks available in the cafeteria in the same building. For some quick bite, there is Wendy's fast food outlet also. Plus, a small grocery store also serves the requirements of the building tenants.

The tower may be around 20+ years old. But, well maintained with 24-hour security. Plenty of paid parking space available. But might get filled during peak business hours. Approach to the building is easy from Sheikh Zayed Road / Burj Khalifa Road.

I saw many Business centers that contain small offices for rent in this tower but parking in sheikh Zayed road is so difficult to find it

It's one of the best building for business purposes and it's in agud area with good transportation

Al saqr tower is a comercial building this building back side difc area and emirates financial tower also there back side.and nearest metro is emirates tower metro station. And this building inside Wendy's. So u can sit there and enjoy. Good building. And masjid also available for prayer inside the building. So u can prayer.

Can't say much about it, but it's convenient location off SZR, and that it is housing several offices and businesses.

Very good, neat and clean. There restaurants in front and back. Earlier this tower name was Alattar business tower

Obe of the beautiful office space in Dubai. All auditers of E&Y sit there. Many business houses have office there. Most amazing thing is you will have Lebanese resturant adjacent to the building.

It is really an amazing medical center in terms of Doctors, Servises, Offers, Hygiene & Location

One of the best commercial establishment on shk Zayed road. Opposite the Emirates tower landmark and metro station

I usually visit this tower in the Dubai financial district when going to the bank (HSBC which has recently been closed) or having lunch at one of their restaurants - Wendy's or Shakespeare and co. My last visit surprises me negatively since the bathrooms on the ground floor were closed down for refurbishment which has left all restaurants guests without a WC.

Only issue is parking but its available if not a peak time

there are beautiful restaurant available inside the building for total privacy meetings

It's a nice building with banking and ATM facilities by HSBC, Windy's restaurant, SPA, real estate agencies, corporate offices, business centers, law firms and many more.

Amazing building with really nice office space and business centers you can find in Sheikh Zayed Road and walkable distance to both DIFC and Emirates tower metro station.

Clean and efficient.the lifts are fast.they have a HSBC bank and Wendy's within the building which is good
