Worst developer ever. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your money and time with them. They just want to get your money and they will not respond after. They don't keep their promises and will penalize you if you do a small mistake.

The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because I am not able to give ZERO.
They are the worst company you want to deal with. They have given handover notice to get balance money from me and did the handover after 45 days from my payment day. Still I am not able to use my unit because kitchen appliances are not completed and I dont have pre title deed to rent my apartment. I have paid fully, and my check will come soon but I couldn't use the apartment and my next due cheque is coming soon. Try to find a better developer. Do NOT recommend them at all. Worst service ever. For past 44 days I had send daily emails and barely got any reply.

Based off of my experience with them I can confidently say that they are not trustworthy and a bunch of people with no mercy for others, they will look for ways to reclaim your property and take your money, and the worst thing is that it's all legal, they use scummy tactics to ensure that they don't do anything illegally, but even if it's legal it is highly unethical and scummy

My experience with them was horrible, they treat you without mercy and they will look for any tiny way to regain ownership of your property and don’t think that just because you have the title deed it means that the apartment is yours, they will look for any tiny slip up to take it back and gain ownership of your property
