Very bad experience, the food is not good at all.we didn’t get what we were promised. I don’t recommend this place at all

Myself and my girlfriend booked to go into the Dhow sunset Cruise and we had a fabulous time. The staff was great onboard were good was delicious and plentiful.
We also had a bit of love entertainment and a magic show which was a added bonus to us both. The views were great and the photos taken on the day were amazing. We would recommend the 17.30 to 20.00 trip as it's not to late if you wish to do something else that evening.this is great for all ages but you must be mobile as there are steps to climb on and of the boat

Do not ever purchased their deals in cobone.worst customer service ever! After purchasing a voucher in cobone, i sent email and whatsapp messages to book but no reply on my messages so i called the registered number to follow up and get confirmation but an indian guy who answer my call doesn't know how to communicate properly.unprofessional, he don't want to confirm my booking unless i pay additional 100 dirhams (4 persons) for additional 1 hour cruise and available only for saturday.i request for friday but he said its full and we can go only saturday but i need to pay extra.he do not want me to go on my preferred day but to go on saturday so i can pay extra! By the way i book 3 days in advance.poor poor poor.i honestly don't recommend it.my appreciation to cobone for refunding my voucher.if i can grade it 0 i would.please read all the reviews first before u purchase their deals in cobone or groupon.

Old boat. Weird crew. Weird food. But then that's what you get for a 25 dirham 'cruise' (read: boat ride)

I loved everything about the Dhow Cruise w/ buffet experience! The food was so delicious and the staff were so delightful and accommodating specially Jing from the entrance and Ibrahim who were so helpful to us.

Though they started quite late from the scheduled time around 5: 30pm I think (supposed to leave at 5) I didn’t mind because the weather is nice anyway.

Will definitely be back again with my family and friends. Great value for your money!

Had tried this out last year. Terrible experience. Had purchased via Cobone. Extremely bad food. As we were waiting for the boat to come to dock with the people from the previous time slot, the packed food was brought in a van and kept on the pavement on the wharf. Some vessels were covered with plastic wrapping and we could see the food through it. When the boat arrived, they were all just hauled inside. Will never recommend this to anyone any time.

This is the most memorable experience i had, to be surprised by my loved one with a very romantic dinner date in Al Hoot Restaurant great food choices, this is a MUST TRY budget friendly trip

Most horrible food I ever had, very bad manners by staff.most arrogant I have experienced ever.
Food was not even enough for 50 % of the people present on the board I will not prefer never ever in my life

Omg the best one is the dhow cruise, very welcoming staff the place we were on the upper deck. All the way we found new things to discover. The buffet food was awesome, tasty food, at the end a spectacle dancing. It's a must very nice.

One of the worst service ever! The guys over at the boat just moved us all to another boat because the actual boat is fully booked. Food is lausy! Do not take this cruise. Its a nightmare!

We arrived without any reservations and were immediatly helped. Great value for money. Includes a very nice meal, a show and the cruise. We were a family of five and we all had a great time. Thanks Al Hoot crew and staff.

We took this trip by chance with Alexandra. I was surprised how friendly the staff were. The food is not the best but it is still good and international. The singer inside was giving very nice vibes! I really loved the staff and the trip and it is worth the cost! I strongly recommend it! You get treated better than you would in 400 AED cruise dinner

WASTE OF MONEY! The boat stinks in the lower deck and eat at your own risk at the top deck with all the engine fumes. The food selection is aakh! First come first serve, if you are late in line there is no refill so you miss out. Overall experience? Pathetic!

First of all the boat was changed to a smaller boat, because it was over booked! Worst service ever! Food was over in like 20 mins, no replanishment was done. The food was tasteless & not worth for consumption. So many people was complaining about service. Not worth the money at all

Worst food, pls don't prefer dis Restraunt. Cudnt even eat a single bite of food, waste of money.
