My physiotherapist is really good, helping me very well in each and every exercises. All staff are friendly easy to communicate with, They're giving excellent care to their patient.

Please be informed, we have experienced a bad service from your team at Deira AL shifa al khaleeji center.

As per doctor, we came for the review for giving the blood report.

Reception people made us to to wait more than 1 hour and 30 mns.

This is nothing but a bad service, and we are really dissapointed.

I will never ever come back again to this clinic and moreover I will never suggest anybody here.

I was not supposed to give even 1 star because of the bad behavior of staffs.

Dr. Qudeer Ahmed Quraishi is very well experienced. He is well versed in providing excellent medical advise for all age groups and is very kind-hearted. He also motivated me to take care of my health and based on a recent conversation, I was very pumped up and charged about my recovery.

I recently visited Al Shifa Medical Center on Al Siddique Road in Deira, Dubai and had a positive experience. The doctor we met with was incredibly friendly and provided us with excellent care. Dr. Shefna's approach was very patient-centric and the medical treatment was top-notch. The facility itself seemed world-class. However, I did find the healthcare costs in the UAE private sector to be quite expensive. Despite the cost, I would still recommend this medical center for its high-quality care and friendly staff.

The front desk are very rude, I had a surgery, i came to your clinic with my reports to just take an injection by a nurse, the reception told me that I need to see Gp doctor, I paid to visit a doctor, afterwards they asked me to pay 70 Aed for just getting injected, when I refused, rudely she asked me to go and take it in the surgery hospital which is so far and I can't even walk.
There is no feeling or empathy with the patient even.
When I called for a manager, someone came as a manager and he said I should pay.

Worst service ever. Dont go there. They dont have much facilities there. On 28/1/2023 i consulted one doctor (Shafna) there. She insisted me to take test like cbc (blood test) and nebulisation also. But for blood test they dont have concerned person to take that. So that they told me your insurance dont cover blood test. My insurance is not a basic one and i did many tests with this same insurance earlier. After, this i went to another another hospital tadawi and they did all these tests and give me proper medicine.
I lost consultation fees and time in Al Shifa hospital. Please stay away from this hospital, if u need good treatment.

One of the best clinic in deira area. They used to come for our staff PCR and i have found they are very professional and always on time. Rishav is my best person to whom i love to call any time for any assistant.

Last night I had my 1st checkup with Al Shifa Al Khaleeji Medical Centre in Deira. I am totally impressed and mesmerized by how I was treated & handled.

I was really hesitant to be checked, however, since I am bothered and feeling unusual about my health, so I went to Al Shifa last night.

I met Dra. Sruthi (GP) and uncovered all my fears. We had a talk, and she really spent time to know how will I be treated then, she referred me to Dra. Rubia, Obstetrician-Gynecologist on the same day without leaving the clinic & without so much waiting.

Then, I met to Dra. Rubia.

Dra. Rubia spent time listening to my quick health history and background. I felt loved and taken care of. I felt special. Someone is listening to me and someone is interested to know what is going on with me. Last word I from her, "Do not worry we will treat you, I will do my best".

This might take a lil more journey ith Al Shifa Al Khaleeji Medical Centre, and I am looking forward to letting Dra. Rubia is the master of my health.

I've been there many times.for consultation with Dr. Ejaz qadir (orthopedic surgeon). And for physiotherapy as well.
The doctors are very good and satisfying۔
physiotherapist lady also is very friendly and good in her profession.
Nursing staff is very good friendly.but i am very disappointed with your receptionist person.one Pakistani lady is there i don't know her name even don't want to know.she doesn't have any ethics to talk with the patient.instead of receptionist we can say that a bulk of attitude, which doesn't suit to a reception person.if you really want to do this job then you should left your attitude at clinic door and please pickup after finishing duty.this type of ethics will not work for this job at all. Please improve your reception services

Very Good doctors and the service which they provided is excellent. Specially the basic required service like Lab, X Ray etc could done from the same location and for a Patient its very much convenient & Helpful. Even there is limited staffs in reception they handled the things fast and nicely. Keep it up Al Shifa Team.

Excellent doctors and facilities. Even the service which is not available with them, they guide to the proper place and support for get it done.

Average clinic with specialties, on my experience Dr. Binu- Internal Medicine specilaist is a good clinician with medical experience and knowledge. Dr. Ejas is a good specialist Orthopedic surgeon available in U. A. E, I went to him for the back pain and fracture related concerns. Medical centre ambiance and hospitality is good, but car parking is not available in the front side, however spacious car parking available in the back side of clinic. Doctors are gentle and polite in attitude especially Dr. Qudeer he is having a huge crown of patient but still he giving personal care and attention to each patient. I would like to go this clinic as I am getting medical service at a reasonable price since years before and till now.

Great clinic to get medical service, Dr. Shalini Sp Gyne and Ob is my favorite Doctor, she is very caring and loving person and she is available to clear any doubt related to pregnancy and maternity any time. My younger Daughter preferred to see Dr. Kasim pediatrician, his presence is enough to cure the sickness.
