Went there by accident, transitional food aka butter checken (18 aed) with frish Roty (oven bread) (I ordered 2 for 2aed total) with free unlimited salad (simple) if you order over 10 aed, I ordered also fresh milk cark (tea) for 3 aed

I have not been able to eat properly due to my busy schedule, I had my day off & the 1st thing 9 30 in the morning I woke up n did was to order on Talabat from SHORAFAA, I was exited coz I ordered my favourite ALOO PARATHA, LIVER MASALA, GULAB JAMOON & 2 KADAK TEA'S, I got a call saying LIVER MASALA is NOT AVAILABLE, I said send KEEMA instead, he started trying to sell me stuff I didn't want, I specifically told him DO NOT RING THE BELL, he came within the time frame shown on Talabat, I KNOW WHAT GOOD FOOD TASTE LIKE, 11YEARS IN THIS COUNTRY I'VE ONLY BEEN EATING OUTSIDE, THE TASTE WAS SOOOOOO HORRIBLE that after taking the 1st bite I left the food, There was NO SALT NO TASTE IN THE ALOO PARATHA, it was like eating boiled patatoes with an over oily paratha & the KEEMA WAS FROZEN, THE GULAB JAMOON WAS NOT FRESH (BASI), the TEA HAD NO SUGAR & this person rang the door Bell not once but TWICE & now my morning is ruined coz I hate writing bad reviews & my stomach hurts, I'll not ever order from here again waste of money & the charges are high too for food that doesn't match half the level of the price.

Really friendly staff and great customer service and food quality is the best in the area. Great delivery time as well.

If you look at the location and prices, I think they should improve the food quality and taste. I have tried almost all of their dishes, breakfast, lunch and dinner, not able to give 5 star to any of these. If I stay fair the best will be 3 * to 3.5*.

Customer service was really good. They asked us to go for mutton steam. It's a combo meal for about 120.
It includes rice, paratta, mutton 5 -6pcs kabab and long kabab, 2 drinks.
Mutton was tender and moist while too salty. We have a great tolerance for salt but couldn't tolerate this. May be next time we would try something different.

Just because the food is yummy and affordable, the crew is very intertaining they care about there customers, and they give an excellent services, So that's why if u past Selicon oasis don't forget to drop and eat to this restaurant and experience the delicious food they serve for you, yummmy yummmy on my tummy, see u there guys.

I tried most of their dishes. Never got bored of any of them. Whenever I am eating outside, the destination is always Al Shorafaa only. That is the kind of love & bonding I have with this restaurant. They always took care of that relationship whenever any issue happened with any order.

I love this place.lots of memories here. We used to visit this restaurant while I was studying in University. Restaurant is upgraded now & its looks awesome. Now, I visit there with my family. My recommendation are- mutton chops, mutton pulao, Bhindi and kebab masala.

Our morning routine starts with aloo paratha & karak tea here. Always have this authentic yumminess. Their menu is budget friendly. I am a regular customer from last 5 years. Hope they maintain the quality.

The staff is helpful the ambience is great good effort and hospitality that makes the food even better the food is awesome hygiene is followed and the Pakistani culture cuisine is perfectly served here in great taste️

That even this 1 star should not be given to them. Recently, the staff at the Silicone Branch wanted to uplift the chicken pickle, so we placed the same order. Make sure the chicken curry outside is better than the chicken pickle we ordered. The chef played cleverly, mixing it with flour without tomatoes and onions. We paid the full bill.instead of apologizing the staff was arguing that we would have done something if you guys had complained before the meal started.not recommend at all.don't watse your money and time.

Not a good restaurant at all.
I ordered chicken roll which was not cooked properly.chicken was smelling and roti of chicken was third rated.it was too big for the roll.
And price of masala chai is 6 dirhams which was not mentioned at all in the menu.

Just for a small order u need to wait 30 minutes in the restaurant they have only 1 waiter nd u need to remind him 2 or 3 time that what u order just waste of time

One of my most ordering restaurant as i live nearby as well! The guy at the reception is very friendly and always very receptive unlike other restaurants where you call them and they are always in hurry! Highly recommend this restaurant, however, i find their prices a little on the high side!

I first ordered mutton biryani from this restaurant, meat was not tender, to give them a chance, tried a regular chicken biryani, and surprised that the chicken was tough too! I've been to Ravi, Shahi Mughal and Karachi Darbar (the best mutton biryani, tender and not smelly), and the meats on their biryanis were tender unlike on this restaurant. Will not order from them again.

On my visit to Dubai from London. I tried this restaurant on my friends request and I fell in love with tasty and spicy food they have and the quality is superb I am wishing that they open a branch back in London.

Really great place and food is also awesome. Moreover the staff is really friendly and cooperative. Whenever you visit definitely try chicken pulao, mutton grill kebab, bhindi karahi, chicken jungli and chicken fried rice plus in sweet their Jalebi and kheer is awesome. I love this place.

I have tried Sultani chicken, Alu Gobi, Alu palak which were delicious. Morning desi breakfast is also very tasty.

It's a very good restaurant, the service is very professional and quick.we are vegetarian they serve us good vegetarian food and free sweet dish made of sushi which is extremely tasty and very fine.

I bay 1 sandwich then I say them you have salad, they have but they say no I have no salad, then after few minutes they close the restaurant,

Good enough food in affordable price. They offer free complimentary salad bar and dessert. Went there 2 times, it was Zarda at one day and Custard on another day.

Breakfast is almost good than other restaurant.
But Today I visit afternoon with my friends I was really shocked the behaviour of the restaurant cashier I ordered sandwich and tea he make late but I didn't say anything but that cashier abusing with bad works and shouting my boss called me same time I left he is lucky that I didn't take action and calling police.
If their behaviour with customers like that I hope insha ALLAH this will be closed soon.but I make complaint online against this Restaurant at least next time they will not do again with anyone. Soon Ministry of Consumer took action.

Aloo paratha is nice. Parking is an issue. You csn only park for 1 hour and even if your food is late. The restaurant staff will only give you 1 hour and you have to pay around 10 dh per hour. Its is even charged if you just stay for few minutes above one hour.

Then gave it a last shot. Ordered Egg Fried rice thinking luck is bad with Non veg but the egg wasn't in rice but the rice was in the egg. So much egg the whole restaurant was smelling of egg.
In order to share experience I requested to meet the manager but the waited said he is busy, so here you go. I'm posting a comment here. Hope you got the message and hope you change your CHEF / COOK.

We ordered chicken karhai and kababs.they were good.we came at 11 pm and they took their time to deliver but the food was really good.we also ordered saag and it was also amazing.the only thing we didnt like was the biryani we ordered in the end, i guess they gave us rice with chicken karhai pcs.

The worst restaurant you'll ever find in dso. We bought mutton curry and chicken curry and both were worst. I kept the mutton dish in the fridge and heated it the next morning to eat but bubbles started dining out of it and the mutton pieces are not getting hot. I cannot heat it because it's bubbling. Also the taste is weired. We even felt like vomiting after eating that. I don't know whether the people who had given good our normal reviews actually had food from here? They spoiled my day. I'll never ever visit them again.

It's a life savior for students especially from Indian subcontinent. Reasonable prices for delicious food.

Do not ever try to order what their waiter will tell you because mostly its the oldest food he wants to push and it will be disgusting in taste. The wait always wants to impose his order on you and if you want to change order the minute you placed he will be furious. Had Chicken karahi many time they will put last days chicken Tikka boti to make it karahi. But you can feel the grilled chicken obviously. Horrible way of pushing their food instead of throwing it out.

Staff has to be with pleasing personality and paricularly the person who sitting in the cash counter has to keep his face peacefully not angrily and talk pleasently.
