Horrible customer service from the Asian guy who is serving I told him I need to try a small piece of the Knafa before I ordered then he replies in a very arrogant way "how you wanna try it? ", then he says their knafa is cold and they need to heat it in the microwave first!

Delicious sweets and baklava, delightful dessert. It’s unique experience when you try it with coffee. Staff are very friendly and helpful to present options to choose.

Dianne and Mohamed is amazing customer service. I am keep on asking somany question and ingrident. Theu was keep on smiling and willing to help me. I plan to buy a lityle only. When I saw the test of food is amazing and they are customer service I bought a lot. They make me happy.

The staff are nice and polite. The kunafa is very delicious, cheesy and makes you full. Best sweet shop in my opinion.

Good and delicious sweets. You have to try ice cream, it is creamy and tasty. Resonable prices and kind personal. You can eat inside, seat at terrace outside or take sweets home with you. Recomended.

The sweets are descent, I don't think you're gonna be disappointed taste-wise. However, it is expensive for this area. If you consider that around the corner you can find places that serve equally good sweets with better prices, it isn't worth it in my opinion.

One of the best sweets sold here in Dubai. They have variety of Arabic sweets with seating arrangements indoor and outdoor to enjoy your favorite sweets. The place is a gem for sweet lovers and they also hold a Guinness record for some kind. A must try for sweet lovers.

Love for kunafa! 15dh freshly made next to you it was worth it. I asked for cream kunafa it was delicious. Not that over sweet the top was Crispy. They also serve icecrams 5dh per scoop. Located on riqqa road, parking is an issue. Do give them a try. They also have baklawa packets made custom

We went for Kunafa only becuase we always eat here kunafa. I never tried anything else but kunafa is tasty and heavy for stomach. One plate kunafa and one cup qahwa is enough as a dinner.

It's one of authentic Syrian/Turkish delight shops in the area, dining in gives you way better food experience. Prices could be a bit higher then similar shops around, but I think it's cheaper than other high-end shops in tourist areas like malls.

Whenever we crave for some delicious Arabic sweets, we always go straight to this place since my childhood. They have so many different varieties of sweets which are freshly made everyday. They always give you sample tasters of the sweets, after which you can make your choice of buy. My favourites here are the Kunafeh and baklava.

The best baglaweh in town, light in sugar and ghee. But the prices are very high comparing to its competitors

I don't usually go crazy for sweets.but the things that these guys are selling are very very good. All the cakes that I have tried were amazing.mostly based on cheese and nuts. Coffee was good.ice cream was good also. If you like sweets you have to try this place. Very good prices as well.

Me and my friend was eating very excellent. The surprise was the price was much lower than I expected Worth the experience. The taste is good and rate is affordable. People use to spent 30 mins to 1 hour normally. The place is suitable for spending leisure time with your friends, family or couples.
