I will always keep coming for small mixed grilled platter which cost 80 AED and amazingly made Turkish tea. For two people bill is coming around 100 AED. It’s perfect for my boyfriend and me. We enjoy Al Sultans food. Always fresh and tasty.
I recently dined at this restaurant and was highly impressed with the overall experience. One of the highlights was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I entered the restaurant, the staff members were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They made sure that all my needs were met and went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was enjoyable. Their professionalism and knowledge about the menu were commendable. I felt well taken care of throughout my visit.
Excellent orientatalb (turkish / levant) breakfast. Foul was the star. The cheese, honey, zaatar, muhamara, everything was perfect. Only wish was that if the bread was freshly baked instead of ready made kuboos. Free flowing red tea! Good leisurely breakfast. Next time will try their sweets
Delicious Syrian sweets and food for all tastes. There is a big parking space beside it so no parking hassle. The staff are nice and available around all the time to help. They sell the best Ghraybeh ever)
One of the excellent restaurants in the area. There sweets known as well for there quality. Good place for big groups lunch as well. Staff are very warm and welcoming.
It was my best place for sweet at Ramdan but some dessert taste dropped I tried kounafa it is no tast! And Madlooaa was really bad Plus the high spike in their prices. Warrbat was very good but it cost 10 dirham per one piece!
Best place to have Arabic sweet's. We had Madhooluka there. It was amazing test, this is the first place I ever tested so it becomes my benchmark of quality.
Really it's worth of quality to visit here. Must visit place and must have the food quality.
As always can't help my sweet tooth cravings specially when sultan sweets is around. I actually prefer sweet over savory, just can't help myself everytime we go to sultan. Where ever the location is the expectation is always the same. If you've been following up with my reviews well my advice is a huge visit them and u wont regret it. That sweet tooth cravings will surely be satisfied and I guarantee that. They didn't offer me anything free for this, but I dont mind if they will? Love the sweets, love the place and love the ambience. Nice work guys.
They apparently take orders online and collect payment but they don’t fulfill them, missing the main concept of online ordering which should not be “taking the order” but “fulfilling the order”, so either the website is fake / fraud which is still their responsibility to fix, or they have missed the “fulfillment” part of ordering which is sad and funny at the same time, in both cases I don’t want anything to do with them anymore
They have a good Sweets but three times in raw I place an order and wait for a couple of hours and evantualy they fail to deliver it. Very disappointing
I’m wondering how you guys getting sales and your not answering any way of your contact numbers or WhatsApp! You guys have a very very poor service of this side!
If you want to enjoy the Arabic sweets then you came to the right place. They have one of the best Madlouka as well. Prices are super affordable and Bon Appetite.
The best Syrian sweets ever in Dubai Enjoy the Authentic Syrian sweets taste, with excellent hospitality Cannot recommend best sweet to try cause all their sweets are so delicious
One gets good quality of the sweets BUT the prices are on the rise and the supply & service are not what they used to be. The development of this store is not a positive one.
Refused to sale the raw konfa dough as all other sweets shops around Dubai do Firas, Ibsais.even they have a big factory for konfa dough.very very strange.profit first? !? Not customer needs.
Clean low sodium beef skewers, and cheese Barak, and lamp chops.
Very weak customer care experience, 40 minutes to receive a single hummus plate. I do not recommend it, unless you order 35 minutes on the phone before deciding to set on the chairs.
Place was so bzy on staurday.downstairs sent us upstairs, upstairs they sent us outside, outside after they seat us, they said this table not allowed, they sent us upstairs again.the place felt like hammam of sultan.
Amazing fresh kunafa, Baklava, cordial staff, very good quality, different sizes to carry while traveling, expiration is upto 12 months. Absolutely loved it!
It’s true that is good sweet but true to be said is expensive in compare to other arabic sweet places, i used to come with my family each time to take sweets but I’m not gonna come anymore as each time I’m noticing the prices are increasing
Super bad behavior by staff, they give you a price over the phone and then upon delivery something else completely! First and last time, not recommended at all.
Authentic taste of Syrian sweets, perhaps baklawa and kunafa are most popular as they are available also in Turkey and all over Levant but Syrian version is worth trying. I would suggest to those exploring to also try Arabic mix, harise, graibeh & barazek.
The best Syrian sweets in the UAE hands down. Excellent variety. Excellent quality. Slightly over priced. But, not too bad keeping in mind that this is the UAE
