If i had the possibility of giving you no star I would have done that. How can you give such a bad service, I regret choosing you at the first place. You ruined my clothes and you re ignoring me for some good time now. SHAME ON YOU

Amazing customer service, very friendly AND FAST! Which is even more important in nowadays busy lives. We got our Duvet covers back in perfectly clean and fluffy condition. THANK YOU!

I can't recommend Al Taj Laundry enough! They always do a fantastic job, really nice staff, turnaround time is very fast, and it's great value for money. 10/10 recommended!

Very bad Laundry, be careful guys they steal expensive suits/dresses of an amount AED 3,000/- and then claiming that they lost it to only compensate you with nothing. We have been trying to get our expensive clothes back that they have charged us for dry cleaning however claimed they lost it and want to only compensate 5 times the value of their service which is barely covering the cost, time spent and value.

There is no care for their iron services
they don't even look at their work after it is done

Damaged and dirtied an expensive Persian carpet. No refund provided for the service which was not delivered to any appropriate level of quality. Manager acknowledged the mistake, but wouldn't refund the service cost. They did offer to clean it again, which is pointless given their failure the first time around

Great, rapid service and friendly, my dresses are very delicate to clean with embroideries and pearls and they performed an amazing dry cleaning. Will definitely contact them for further services.

Will not use anymore as they ruined my wife's pants and wouldn't compensate. I guess i need to complain to the Economic Dept!

Taj Laundry damaged an expensive clothes and refused to compensate. They admitted their mistake but yest no compansation I would never trust them with my clothes

Bunch of non professionals in market. They give time to visit and last moments cancel. Pathetic services.

I am very happy with their service and customer care. All laundry is perfectly clean and pressed and also done and delivered on time. The staff is very nice and helpful. I come back everytime with my laundry there.

I recommend their service they are professional and turn around time was so quick, I had a bunch of blankets dubet covers and other sheets which piled up, they picked up the same day and managed to deliver the next day. Amazing service and have met customer satisfaction. 100% hassle free!

After several times using Al Taj Laundry, they have “misplaced” my clothes twice, worth over 4000 AED and not taken any responsibility. Rude reply’s and no answer is what you get if you use this company.

Decided to try them since they were close to my place, even though their prices were higher than other laundry. I was honestly impressed with their quick delivery.
However, they sent back some of the items which are still wet, and that’s unprofessional.

This is my first using Al Taj Laundry and I am so happy with their service, they showed up on time in the afternoon to collect my Duvets and returned it well cleaned and packed the next day. They didn’t bother me for the payment and just sent me a link to do it online. It was smooth, efficient and definitely clean process. Highly recommend.

I twice asked them to do the proper cleaning, but the result was surprisingly inappropriate! The curtains have shrunk and no proper ironing was provided unfortunately.
