Very disrespectful staff in their head office. No respect for customers.

We have done a shipment with althalib and they did ridiculous work on my product, all my product amount of 105000QR we received with damaged and removed all product label with knife or any and after we asked the reason but they didn’t take any responsibility and after that they didn’t pick our calls and no reply for our email, so please be careful, we loss almost 40K QR
