Bought iphone with a commitment of apple warranty. But after switching ON came to know it is an old device sold in America and no more warranty. Shop people not taking device back or giving money back.

No any credibility.selling expired (no warranty) iPhones but looks like new.take care while purchasing any items.

Don't expect any response when you send them any inquiries on Whatsapp, especially the person supposedly handling Apple products, he will just read your messages & simply ignore them. Customer service? Not sure even if the person knows the meaning.
Sadly they lose many potential buying customers. Hopefully the manager will look into this matter, and try to find ways to improve some of their staff (s) customer service skills.

Do not come to this shop. Salesman are very rude. They don't know how to talk with customers. Very unprofessional people.
