Cheap quality products which doesn’t work after 1 or 2 days. Customer service is ridiculous. Never going there again!

If you want to ruin your Diwali, this is the shop to buy lights from.
The uncle at the reception will happily take the money for lights but will not tell you there is no guarantee for the lights.
I bought the lights from their shop and they dint even last 24 hours! Forget lasting till Diwali!
When I went to return the lights they tell me there is no guarantee. Worst place to be buying lights from in Bur Dubai. Totally unacceptable.

The uncle on the reception speaking very nicely with customers, they also repair mixer grinders and pressure cookers.

Have good varieties of lights but expensive compared to market. Shows various options to customer and guides them for selection but prices are not negotiable. In fact next door present electrical shop sell same item for lesser value.

Excellent stuff.the products are really good quality and the pricing is quite decent. Would recommend it to everyone.

I liked the statement of the owner " what is displayed or u see is the one sells" so u walk in n see different led's bulbs and accesorries n that makes easy to make ur decision

Good variety of electrical material from lights to small home appliances. Also has gaskets for cooker and blenders which is very helpful.
