بصراحة الوكالة تعامل سيئة وعنصرين ويعطتون السياره حق ناس وناس وكل مواعيد تسليم السيارة جدا جدا بعيده واسعارهم وايد مبالغ فيها وحتى الموظفين الي اهناك شايفين اعمار ومتكبرين ورافعين خسهم وتعاملهم سيئ جدا وحتى اسعار السيارات غاليه جدا عندهم وحتى يعطونك موعد التسلم وعقب كم يوم يسلمونك السيارة شباب وبنات انحصحكم نصيحة لا تتعاملين مع وكالة الطيار لانهم كل شي عندهم سيئ وصاروه عنصرين بدرجة اولها وييبيعون سيارتهم على زباينهم وحق ناس وناس …

I visited the showroom to view Ford vehicle, The sales person behaved as if he was doing big favour in telling about the car, going extremely fast rudely, I asked him if he really had time, he later just walked away to attend a different customer. I went to a second Sales person who explained a few things while working on PC and then later just walked away aswell, I went to the reception and told her clearly that I had booked an appointment, she kept asking which number and who I talked to at the helpline and discussing with others in Arabic. Later the sales person told me they had no vehicles of model I need for 3 months, and when I told her I needed car earlier, she made me feel that I had wasted so much of her precious time.

Overall, I believe the sales team deserve a 0 star in terms of behaviour to attend a customer who came with an appointment to hand them a load of money, it made me worried if a sales conversation went so rudely, how a warranty claim conversation or later delivery conversation would go.

Very bad experience with FORD Territory and the worst customer service from Al Tayer Motors- Sheikh Zayed Road- Dubai.
I bought my new car by mid of Jan 23. Until now I've been facing issues again and again with my car. Very bad car delivery (They recalled us and arranged again the car delivery.)
1. Car fuel meter issues- (Solved)
2. Car A/C issues (Unsolved - No update from FORD as per Al Tayer)
3. Car pulling at the left side (Unsolved - No Solution for that)
4. Car dashboard time keeps changing (Unsolved- Reported more than 2 times)
5. Heavy Vibration from Engine (Unsolved- Now car under service)
For above all issues. I need to arrange an alternative car during the service period. Even though it's the car's fault.

Very bad customer service from Al Tayer.

I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes now, and I am not pleased with the lack of attention from the sales staff. They seem uninterested and even display a dismissive attitude towards potential customers, as if they were working at a high-end luxury car dealership.

Horrible experience at Body shop. The Warranty packages are complete scam. Very poor service and bad treatment by employees at Body shop. I have been extending warranty from long time but when i needed to use this for my repairs they started giving me u realistic excuses to charge me more money. Very Greedy Body shop team and extremely bad experience at Al Tayer Agency.

I had an airmatic problem in my Range Rover and brought the car to Al Tayer on 25th of April. As car was under warranty they told me I have to leave the car and they need to speak to Land Rover UK for the parts and warranty. 2 days later they asked me to fill a form to transfer warranty from previous owner which I did and than they said approval is taking time so I have to wait after the Eid. In the meantime they shared 51,083.55AED proforma invoice for the works and they were not sure how much would be covered under warranty. Considering car is about 300.000AED I told them to do only what's warranty is covering. After Eid on 5th of May I contacted them to see if my car is ready but no response. I also contact on 6th of May again where they told me they still didn't have approval from UK. I lost it and I reached to service manager whom helped me and fixed the car at the same day! Same day! They delivered the car to me on 06.05 where they told me they still didn't get the warranty confirmation. If I reached to service manager on 25th of April I could've get my car same day and save myself more than 1500AED of car rental. Till now (9th of May), I still didn't receive the report of what's changed in my car and Al Tayer application still shows my car is in service. They delivered the car to me on very dirty condition but I want to believe its because they were in time constraint. Long story short, my warranty ends in November and I was planning on taking the new Range Rover but with this service I am sure I wont do it but lets be honest there is high demand with low supply so who cares.

Very bad Customer service! Lazy people! Most of you should be fired. It’s a Range Rover, not any bad car but Customer service in this branch make me hate my car! 2 full days you keep my car inside your service area and you are not able to tell me whats wrong! No call, no communication, ignorance 100%. You keep car so long, every time I have service done I don’t see my car for 2full days! Unacceptable! And usually you change only oil and filter and that’s all! Unhappy customer

Took my wife’s car a couple of times for the preventive maintenance. Easy to find booking slots and they always finished the job in less than 24 hours.

Also once car had a breakdown: they made a very quick recovery to their workshop.

Prices are very reasonable and actually quite competitive for an Agency

I want to give zero star but have no option. In last three months took my car 4 times for same issue they are not able to sort the problem out and keeping car for week or sometime 10 days in garage without out providing courtesy car. Don’t bother about how someone, s is being effect by there laziness or unskilled employees. My first mistake was to buy a Linclon and second to extend my service and part warranty

I went to the showroom twice to order a bronco. First time i didn’t go forward because the sales person was genuinely disinterested in the sale, felt more like i was annoying him. Second time was recently and the salesman (another one) was giving me way too much attitude, even making fun of me because i wasn’t an ‘expert’ in dune bashing. Both had insufficient knowledge on the packages available and didn’t give any advice on what would suit my driving best. I do want to order the bronco but just going there and being hit with that much ego makes you think twice about giving them your money. It’s a shame really. I’ll go a third time, but maybe i’ll try the Garhoud showroom, hopefully better service there.

No response to follow up on with the vehicle during the repair as well no phone call answers and trying to get your car as much as possible on costs for repair if it’s under your insurance company

Dealing with al tayer motors is fine until you have a problem. Then you have to deal with their customer center who are generally rude and full of attitude. Latest interaction was with a lady named noor from the call center. Not sure how these people can hold a job with such an attitude. These means that there are no one monitoring them. Hope management wakes up and sees this

Was interested in purchasing a new Ford which they advertised
I got a call back from a representative regarding my enquiry
She offered me to come for a test drive and visit the showroom
I came to the showroom and they haven't even received the car yet and none of the staff has seen it but only on social media
And it's only available from end of the year to purchase
You could do much better than this

Horrible service and horrible service staff. My Range Rover is under warranty. I got it checked and paid AED 1600 for inspection and they haven't told me that there is a problem in the differentials because they have to change it under warranty then. Engine mount was cracked and they are telling me that this is normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty. How in the name of God Almighty the engine mount comes under normal wear and tear? Managers need to be on their toes to avoid such miscommunication from their staff.

From experience with Al Tayer Motors, specifically Land Rover (Mr. Hikmat) and Ford (Mr. Bandar) I can say they are the best car dealer from sales to car service. Never faced any issues with the quality of service. Thank you.

So bad service, i was waiting there for more then 2 hours just to talk at reception! After that they didn't check properly what's the problem in the car and told that you have to leave the car with us for 2 or more days then we will tell you what is the problem in car, i suggest everyone to go in a normal garage rather going to al tayer center

1st the service is very expensive and the 2nd thing the staff are very unprofessional with very bad attitude one guy called Mohamed arasse asking about my number and my private life wish completely not allowed in big company
And the last thing I couldn’t find the stuff I kept in my car

I was warmly welcomed by the receptionists and introduced to the sales advisor who was very extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I’m seriously thinking about upgrading my current truck to the all new Ford F-150! Amazing truck

I’m not new to Altayer. Their services are truly a peace of mind from the moment I bought my current truck to the regular service in their after sales outlets so yeah why not getting this new truck

Once a place that was customer friendly, proactive, prompt and helpful, run with utmost professionalism has now turned out to be a nightmare for unfortunate customers like me. As a loyal 9+ years customer it is indeed sad to see. False promises, keeping customers in tge dark, extending support by pointing out it is a ‘priviledge’ that it is being provided - in one sentence the brand of Ford stands to lose most from this shamble. And more importantly there is no accountability shown by anyone. Just going thrpugh the motions, getting the work some somehow and get over with job cards. Very disappointing to see a brand on the wane.

Terrible experience.

They made accident with my car while it is on road test. Another car hit but does not matter. They did not repair the car (painting) at Al Tayer Service and asked Car to go another non-Agnecy Garage as per insurance policy.

This is weird. When you gave they to Al Tayer Service, car is not under their guardian, it is not in safe hands & trust. They are not taking any ethical responsibility while your car is there for any accident.

I have very good experience with this branch. Service Advisors are very professional as they explain everything in detail. Working hours are till late evening so you can drop your car in the morning and get it back on your way back after office. Most importantly there is free shuttle service to metro or MOE.

I wouldn't have continue my Mustang service or even extend my warranty service if I wouldn't have come across Mr. Mahmoud Abo Ali. Extremly helpful, well spoken and what a gentleman! I suggest everyone who is having slight trouble with service advisor just approach Mr. Ali who is Service Supervisor and he will make sure he self drive the car to check before handing over.

In my 40 years in Dubai, I have dealt with every single car agency numerous times, high end and cheap cars. But I've never had repeatedly bad experiences with one agency. If this wasn't a monopoly, I would never deal with this agency in my life.

My experience with Altayer (alkhubasi branch) was the worst ever, although they said your car has tyers issue because of Altayer, but we can't solve this issue, and we need a decision from sales team, and the sales team said that we trust that the issue in the car because of Altayer but we can't support you, so I don't advise anyone to get anything from Altayer at all.

I've lived in Dubai for a long, long time and I've dealt with a lot of service centers. I can, hand in heart, say this is among, if not, the best.

The efficiency, customer service and sound advice you get at this center is amazing. The fact that there is a decent kids play area that the center is openly connected to the showroom means that the big and little people have something to do while they wait.

Coffee is aweful though. Bring your own.

I faced a lot of problems while selling my beloved Lincoln. I bout it from pre-owned shop at a very low milage. Now we found out it had been repainted already. My trust to this company is totally gone away. I had a big loss in value and experienced difficult days.
But I should say I had a very good experience with Mr. Marc in the service centre.
Lincoln has a very good customer service but they weren't onest to me and their product is not perfect.

The below sums up my vehicles 10 years of service at Al Tayer. While under warranty the service was decent. Despite having continued to do all my vehicles service at Al Tayer after the warranty expired - I quickly came to learn the service advisors and the establishment as a whole really just want you to find somewhere else to go. You’d think they would be more interested in the older vehicles out of warranty with the expensive repairs.

The most unpleasant experience with service advisors from any dealer. I had much better experiences at Porsche and even at Toyota. AlTayer leaves not only a lot to be desired from a service perspective but also from an overall quality of repair perspective. Not only were staff incredibly dismissive and disrespectful - they couldn’t properly diagnose or carry out a repair. At one point they returned the vehicle in worse condition then I had given it to them with warning lights appearing within kilometers (literally) of driving off the driveway.

Its not all bad though. The call center is usually good with quick turn arounds on appointments. Unfortunately though this is overshadowed by the stupid long process to handover vehicles pick up drop off.

Avoid at all costs, feel free to recommend a better service center, such a shame.no reliable oem service center for our range rovers. Just a bunch of extremely rude staff at Altayer.

Very well organise service centre but the technical check up need more details and better accuracy and the prices are expensive for the spare parts and labour but the average overall experience over the last the last 5 years for my ford explorer maintenance were very good and if the technical check up was more accurate and they have better spare parts then I was to highly recommend them for everyone but they still need improvement

The worst ever car and agency! Ford loses 50% of its value in less than a year, the agency tries its best to rip you off and squeeze problems during major services! Stay away from ford cars not worth a single dime. In less than 18 months I have to pay more than 5000 AED for things that should be covered by what they are supposed to have in the warranty
The sales men there take don’t say the truth and never tell the truth for the depreciation prices

Won’t buy a ford car again, the agency takes you for a ride and sell you untrue stories about the car market value, they are not open on the service parts and oil brand they use. The booking timings doesn’t go with working people and they are overpriced for service packages. Al tayer no more, my next car will be from another agency

My experience today was amazing as always. Mr. Ziad Baroud is always helpful, caring, professional work done. He always answers my calls for any questions or help. He insisted to Ali drive me back home.
Mr. Rashid as well very kind and helpful.the service was quickly done in a very kind caring and fast way.
Last. Mr. Ali he is soo kind, drive very grand and polite.
He remembered where I live! Was impressed.
I love the friendly ambiance in a professional way.

Be careful if you buy extended warranty from Al Tayer Motors. They will not tell you the truth about the product. Two-year service contract will only cover one year. Very dishonest marketing. And of course no refund after they have your money.

Al Tayer the Best in Service and best in Sales!

I have been dealing with the same people for the past 5 years from Sales to service. The complete team really puts an effort to make the customer feel important.

I'm glad I met them.and wish them all the success in their endeavors. I have visited many showrooms in UAE but none stood out as Al Tayer!

Polite staff but not all helpful. My favorite service advisor is George, very friendly and helpful.
It's convenient to get the car serviced, but it seems that the "Service Contracts" are good for normal service & under warranty issues, except the "Break Pads"!
If you have a Service Contract & Break Pad issue, you're in trouble with their strange policy. I only could resolve my issue & get the pads replacement after visiting 3 times & complaining to the manager.
Very difficult & costly if there is major issues.
