I would give 0 stars if there was an option to do so. I went to the al garhoud branch, and sat there for over 20 minutes without assistance because there was only one salesperson on shift. The customer service people don’t have any info on offers, models, availability etc. I went to the sheikh zayed road branch thinking I’ll get some assistance there. One sales person told the receptionist that’s her is “too busy” to help a prospective customer and the other one shouted at the receptionist saying “tell him to come here. ” Sure the high demand for new cars and shortage in production is a bit overwhelming and Ford probably don’t need the business.

كنت في دبي وابحث عن رنجات (جنوط) لسيارتي لنكولن واجن وبالصدفة اتصلت على شركة الطاير وكيل فورد قسم قطع الغيار بالموظف الاستاذ (سيد عبدالقدوس) هندي الجنسية وكان باقي لي يوم على عودتي الى الرياض بالسعودية وابلغته ما ابحث عنه. واستمر بتواصلة معي عن طريق الواتساب وانا بالرياض الى ان وجد ما كنت ابحث عنه،،
فاشكره جزيل الشكر على حسن تعاملة واهتمامة وكان خير ممثل للشركة قسم قطع الغيار.

اسوء خدمة مابعد البيع لا اهتمام ولا حتى يعطون سيارات نظيفة في قسم المستعمل قدمت اكثر من شكوى للاسف لاتستاهلون نجمة واحدة

Finally, after a week I got apology as a formality. It shows that how a dedicated and good customer care team is active in Al Tayer Motors.
I rather prefer a Local mechanic then Agency, Do not know what they did inside the curtains with my car.

I am going through a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Now i believe mostly the reviews are paid and some have good experience. My service advisor strictly needs customer services training. I would never recommend Ford brand and Service center.

Shocking customer service. I have paid a deposit for a new Ranger Wildtrak and despite chasing numerous times I have no idea what model it is (whether it is the new gen model or old - i asked for the new gen!), what color it is or much else about the car since there is only a summary sheet and no brochure available. What a terrible car buying experience.

Past 7years I am visiting this service center for my car service. Very good customer service and staff. Ford has the time commitment, I have received my car always on time. No hidden charges.

The worst service center ever!
I have complained about 2 serious issues in the car. They did a test drive and acknowledge the existence of the 2 issues so they took the car for tests for 2 weeks. Nothing was fixed and they told me to take the car with the same exact situation as I gave it to them and this is how the car normally operate!
A disastrous statement by someone who is supposed to be technically qualified for such a thing. If this is how the car normally operate, why did they take the car and do tests for more than 2 weeks! To waste their time and my time? !

Following their statement, I started to ask a lot of people whom I do not know regarding these 2 issues and if they are happening with them or no. All of them confirmed that these 2 issues are not normal and what the service center said is ridiculous.

The car is still under warranty but they are reluctant to repair.
Highest level of unprofessionalism I have ever seen. Will never recommend it to anyone because they might put people's lives in danger.

I own a 2014 ford expediton (for 07 years now since bought new in 2014) and i have brought it to altayer sheikh zayed due to AC failure. Was advised by service advisor deepak that it needs an evaporator and expansion valve replacement. After helping me with a discount, we agreed on AED 2,800. After replacement, i noticed inconsistent cooling. Brought it back and was test driven by a mechanic with me in the car who attested that there is indeed inconsistent cooling. They cleaned the AC and as per them did pressure checks and found the AC perfectly fine. However, i have again observed the same issue. The inconsistent cooling still persists. A problem i never had for 07 years only until now that a major AC component was replaced. Now i am being charged another AED 400 just to re-check a problem which is already evident. I paid hard earned money to what was a reputable company because i thought ford altayer was the best. Even if i know i could get this done cheaper elsewhere, i wanted it done by the experts. But now i feel i am being taken advantage of. Altayer is unfair and is clearly taking advantage and is missing out on service delivery and integrity

Fully automated, once you enter inside service center it will detect your car plate and will show in the big screen for your appointment detail with time and service advisor, it was great to talk with Mr. Aldwin,
Imformarive and knowledgeably.

One of the car service centres across any brand by far. Every touchpoint at the service centre oozes with customer service excellence. The staff is really trained well and understand what empathy is which is sourly missing in most after sales service centres in this region! Supun Mendoza from the Garhoud centre is a charm to work with. Well done, Al Tayer.

Disappointed
Waiting 5 Months and still not resolved to repair a steering rack issue is not acceptable.

Minor accident to my rims and Al Tayer / Ford is unable to resolve this.

Purchased my brand new mustang last Feb2020
From Oct 2020 till today my car is held at Al Tayer with the response that the Ford repair team is working on it with regards to Steering wheel coding.

This is far too long and I am really disappointed with how this situation is being handled.

I have only driven 5000Km and barely got to drive it.

I have never had such situation with any other Brand.

I have been with the same showroom since 2006 when I bought my Ford Explorer from them. Later Ford Escape, Mountaineer and Ford Eco Sport all bought from same place. Why, cause best prices n best service including that from their adjacent service center. Way to go Al Tayer Motors

Early November 2020 - Ford ecosport 2016. Door/ latch fault covered under warranty.

The service was disappointing for a few reasons. Mainly, poor communication of company protocols. Extremely disappointed that the adviser not would answer after calling 11 times. I understand the demand of the job and numerous queries, but it does not merit being ignored when you are without a car for a week. Made a complaint to the call centre after which the manager got involved. He apologised and followed up with the adviser.

Parts - advisers were not sure where the parts were or how long it would take. Making it all the more confusing as to whether I qualified for a loaner/replacement car. I was told the parts were not in the GCC and would have to be ordered from the US which could take more than 14 days. So. I needed a car.

Eventually after a my discussion with the manager they requested a loaner car and got it approved. I was given a rent a car that was not in the best of condition (smelled of smoke and the car steering wheel veered to the left) By this time I was just happy to have wheels!

I am genuinely concerned at the lack of cars available for customers in such a large and busy branch. The car was provided courtesy of al tayer which I appreciated. I had the rental for less than 24 hours when I got a call saying the latch issue was resolved/fixed. But, I was told it would take longer.

A lot of running around and second guessing is not an ideal way to treat customers who have paid good money to secure their investment in a reputable company. The reason I went with al tayer in the first place.

Please sort out your communication and be more committed to genuinely understand customers needs, because being without a car is a major issue especially for young families during the pandemic.

Positives - issue got fixed. The service centre is well located and the facilities are very good (waiting room area/ tea coffee refreshments are provided) good social distancing procedures, sanitizers provided. I have given this a 2 star rating because of my issues. Yours could be better.

For the customer service and the promptitude, I'd give them 5 stars. Most staff are knowledgeable and describe your car's issues clearly. They return your car in seemingly pristine condition. So why'd I dock three stars? Because I don't think they're honest. My Explorer was under warranty for 5 years and they asked me to renew it for another 2 years for a whopping sum. I politely declined and that was that, although I did renew my service contract. During a routine service, they found 7 faults, none of them small, with a proposed bill of AED 8K plus. All these problems existed while the car was under warranty but none of them were flagged then. And they all magically appear when the car is out of warranty. Coincidence much? I don't think so. They're a run of the mill car dealer, out to swindle the next unsuspecting customer. Highly disappointed.

THIS IS HOW AL TAYER MOTORS MIGHT TREAT YOU…
I have bought Ford Edge with 5 years warranty and service contract. At the first service, I have told the service adviser that when I accelerate the is Burt smell coming in the car. They have made a test drive and the adviser said it is normal because it is a new car. After that, this scenario repeated for a few times.
Last service I went on APRIL 2019 again I said the same thing and they said there is a huge problem many things has to change and the warranty doesn’t cover this matter. After arguing for many days and keeping my car at service for many days they agree it is covered by warranty. They told me to take the car for 10-15 days parts will arrive and they will solve the problem. (NOW IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 4 MONTHS I AM WAITING FOR THE PARTS!) Now I understood why they are saying parts did not arrive yet. Because my contract is finishing in 1 month…

I have been calling for 2 days to get a schedule for car service, but i've never been connected to any customer service representative. This happened for many times. I had to call and try many days before i get connected. I hope you can resolve this. Thanks

Despite the fact that i wrote an email explaining everything to them, a representative called me and told me only sorry! So still i did not get any analytical explanation of the charges Or a proper breakdown charges, and in the end the scratch my car and they told me that they going to polish it when i will take it back for some pending maintanance. Really any manager paying attention to this?

Dealership for ford/jaguar/range rover. And the service center is also locater there, you can get also spare parts and in case your car takes a long time to repair there is a rent a car also available
