Yesterday I went this Amer center for one of my work. Counter 41 lady really did a very bad consultation regarding my requirement I am really dissapointed. I have spent around 500-600 because of her careless way of responding me. She said I don't want to check the documents tell me what you want. When i say her i need a travel report she said go terminal 3. When we go terminal 3 they said your visa sharjah then go sharjah tomorrow morning now the offices closed. Today i came sharjah and it costs me 350 AED and 250 AED for the car I hired. When i get that document its already was with me where I showed that woman yesterday. She didn't care even. She can read Arabic I know since we only read english. Who is responsible for my expenses. I need an inquiry regarding this. Or else don't ever go to this place if you really want a better explanation or want to save yout money. Specially the lady on counter 41. Very bad the way she did to us.
I came to Amer for EID typing and I got a token at 21: 08. There were zero customers before me as mentioned in the token. But 25 minutes I waited and no one attending, I came down to the next Amer in tawar Centre, Receptionist didn't give token but asked me to wait. 25 minutes nothing happened I left as I have morning shift tomorrow. Let me try in private typing Centre tomorrow
We had bad experience with the counter 23. The counter asks for document from immigration that never exist. We went forth an back to immigration twice. And still insisting. We ask for supervisor and he was not there. What bother us, the no respect to the pro saying to him"! هوا بيستهبل" We gave up and went to another center and had our service done in 2 minutes. This review is writter to the owner to improve the quality of service.
In one of your customer services point, the job was done smoothly, but your system has error which not support to all email accounts, I have visit your counter twice because I can't receive the invoice in my company email and i have to share my personal email. I hope you would work out on this and solve the issue.
Poor service in Amer even after 2 hours didn’t finished only one transaction. Each counter has different requirements, lack of knowledge. Disappointed.

A worst customer service experience from Al Taresh (Real Estate Services Trustees) One counter is managed by a Supervisor who is responsible for issuing the token numbers only.
Surprisingly I noticed that the supervisor start accepting customers without token number while others with token number are waiting in the queue including ladies.
I had great time at this branch this morning. The staff were friendly and committed to their great service to the public. The office’s modern style interior and the atmosphere was just awesome.
Al Twar Center, for businesses agencies and offices for doing documents of residency, companies registration, house rental and too many other governmental and non governmental services, like Official Dubai Court branch, and also printing services and money exchange, all staff follow health instructions for COVID 19.
I found the process of cancelling our Ejari to be extremely efficient & the service provided by Mr Gholam & the Reception Staff to be excellent. Congratulations to you all.
Al Twar centre, literally at the exit of Al Qusais Metro on the Green Line, a centralized point of contact for - if not all, most government related queries and applications. Home to Du, Dubai Economy, Real Estate Trust, American, Dubai Civil Defense, to name a few. Well made and the quickness of service astonished me.

I like this place, you have option of all the Ministerial services under one roof. Staffs are thorough and supportive. Online inquiry system for Al Twar Center is one of the best, they are quick and spontaneous to respond on the queries with perfect reply.

Very supportive and prompt response received on online support. An update 12 Oct 2020. I was told by online guy that there won’t be any fee but I had to cancel my old ijari as it was not renewed and had to pay an additional fee.need to update your knowledge online guy before guiding anyone.
Ms. Ferdos at the Al Twar center was very helpful. She shared all the informations I needed to cancel my Ejari. She was very confident with the rules as well as on the documentation. Since I was scared on the fine and payments during cancellation, she gave me all clear details and made me to come out of my fear. I really don't even wana give even one star. Really disappoint with your services, specially both of your reception guys. They have zero information. And very rude. Is this your customer services. People are already surviving here in this panic situation and your indian reception staff treat them with really rude attitude. Kindly train your staff and give some information about the rules and regulations in uae.

Worse experience, call centre say al tawar centre has business services when I go there they don't have people to serve business accounts.
Not Br mg Mr Salah bother to help. Struggling to renewal business account services from past 4 days via call centre and branch no success du system info is not sync with facts in reality.
Finally planned to switched the services to etisalat for better services.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Absolutely POOR SERVICE, staffs have a very bad attitude and are so RUDE (specially counter 44 & 41), hardly any smiling or welcoming faces around! I met two lady staffs today (counter no. 44 in morning around 12: 40 and counter no. 41 in evening around 3: 50) and both of them were not interested to do their job!
However it's a good facility but staffs need to be trained even how to smile rather than pasting Smiley's all around! Visit Al Twar Centre only if you have few days to spend as these staffs will make you super crazy. I would strongly recommend Manara center than this place from my experiences, only because of the staffs!
Its a Dubai municipality building for government related services, like RTA, Dubai Municipality, Etisalat, Residency and Foreign Affairs, Ministry of HR etc. Excellent services across the counter and through automatic kiosks.
Alot of services there. New DCD office is located there for cuatomer service. Many other services related to typing and authentication sevices. Serviced by caffe and some shops
Major Government offices under one roof. Municipality Immigration RTA DEWA offices available. All Family visa issues can be cleared from the immigration office here
