Al Usood Cargo DUBAI HEAD OFFICE

I have used Al Usood Cargo Jumbo service + additional cartoons while sifting from Dubai to Kerala. The packing & other support at Dubai as well as clearance was ok. The customs clearance time took whole day! However up on delivery & after unpacking, few of the Furniture accessories were missing (Like TV wall mounting Brackets, Base stand & Arm chairs accessories) & upon contacting them they are not taking any responsible action & advised that they cannot arrange any alternative to missing parts or will not pay for the lose partially or fully.
Please rethink if you are currently considering cargo options & ensure that they are taking end to end responsibility & in case of any missing or damaged parts, they help with fixing it & or pay for the lose!

We received our goods intact, and the services of Al Usood Cargo were appreciable. Thanks to the entire team, especially Fahad and Anas in Dubai and Sreeja in Kerala. The Packers did an excellent job. Once again thanking you all.

2yrs and 8 months still not received my cargo can u imagine. Its September 2023 and I shipped my cargo from Dubai to Mumbai on January 2021.

Still I have not received my cargo now almost 32 months is any one there to help me.
I have all my important documents of my life in the cargo.
Please when u book cargo get a written commitment from them if they say they are going to deliver cargo by 35 to 40 days in Bombay.
As booked cargo on January 2021 from Dubai to Mumbai & and now September 2023 still not received the cargo in Bombay.

Is there any help any law we can put them in jail as fed up calling them from India and wasting my money on calls.

Can't understand why Dubai Government is not taking note of the reviews and cancel there's trade license. God alone knows how customers are suffering by shipping goods through Al Usood Cargo.

This is my experience with them from DXB to BLR via Kochi Jumbo Box.

Packing was done brilliantly but you have to tip them. Bed, dressing table, dining table they will open it but make sure you know how to reattach them because its not including, Delivery to kochi happened in less than 15 days but clearance date took another week.

Clearance in kochi you have to go with passport and it will take almost half day to do all the procedures, in port you have to pay again 700 INR customs documentation + 350 INR for repacking as they will unpack the box to show officers + VAT if any for electronic (TV) + 500 INR Tip to packers again.

Delivery took place next day here the problem begins

Delivery guy is just driver so he will not open the box you have to open. Box will he in vehicle itself and Its a wooden box so make sure you have materials to open also you need to arrange guys to do offloading items.

I paid INR 3000 again for 3 people. Also reattaching bed, tables you need another assistance from carpenters again you will pay there.

If they do delivery and keep items inside your house its a good or else it will be hectic to arrange rest. Make sure you have everything on the record whatever they tell. Once you go to india communication wont happen like you are in Dubai so you will struggle to resolve issues. Cheers.

We hired this cargo to ship while relocating to India from Dubai. They have done an excellent job. All our goods reached safely. Packing was good. Staff members are professional. Custom clearance assistance was commendable. It is cost effective as well.

I sent my cargo on Dec 2020, and I got the delivery on April 2022, so they took more than 15 months to deliver the cargo. At the time of booking and pickup they told me that it will be deliver in 30 days or max to max 40 days and they took more than a 15 months to deliver it.

For that period of 15 months, most of the time I was in India and was calling them every week for follow up, I am telling this because I spent almost same amount for calling them as much as I used to send the cargo.
For 1 year they have an excuse for every months
First they told me it is waiting at port,
then custom problem,
then lockdown,
then clearance,
then inspection,
then documentation,
than evaluation.
Than final stage
Than this year end for sure (2021)
Than container started relesing
Than few containers are only remaining
Each reason took more than a month to get clear.

All the eatables things are expired, all the cosmetics are expired, from the remaining most of it are broken or ruined.

When I told them that I will go to police, they said no problem, please go.

So if you want your goods to reach in one year, go ahead with this company or else please find another good company.

Don't ever send cargo through Al Usood they have worst service. I have sent my cargo from Dubai to Mangalore. The packers who come to pack the things they say they will pack in their warehouse infact they remove the things. My things were taken out 2 cartons were found in damage condition and only few items I received. When we complained to their Dubai office they are least bothered to reply on our missing cargo and asking us to trace with India team. India team is saying to check with Dubai. This went almost 1 month but none of them replied to our calls.

I have booked D to D lcl cargo of personal effects and found to be prompt in service which resulted in faster delivery

I have been using Al Usood cargo for more than 4 times for my P/E from Dubai to Kochi. Their Dubai office team never hesitated to meet my requirements to collect things from various collection points and accommodating last minute purchases as well loading extra long pieces outside the standard boxes. Their Kochi partners were equally good in timely arranging clearance to delivery. Special mentioning to Geethu and Pradeep. Small small hitches could be neglected. I am more than happy to use their service in future as well recommending to others.

Worst cargo service. They ll never respond after getting the things from you. All the positive reviews are paid reviews. As in my room and office whoever sent cargo to their families None of them have received their cargo

Experience was good. Got the cargo even before the actual delivery date.packing is commendable. Nothing was damaged. Also be sure to carry some cash with u when you go for clearance. Staffs were also really helpful.

I sincerely appreciate Al Usood Cargo service& I recommend others. Recently I shifted to Kerala after staying 25 years in UAE. I contacted Al Usood Cargo & they arranged everything to shift my belongings from apartment itself. They took my goods on 24 th Feb from apartment& delivered
all my goods as such without any damage at my home in Thrissur, Kerala.

I have sent my cargo in Dec-2020 (Serial No-501792 and 501856) but still not received and not getting any update from them, they're just saying waiting for customs paper, no response from them. I trust on them but they are keep ignoring my calls and whatsapp messages.
Please requesting all people don't trust them they are not professional, don't know how to clear cargo. Forget all positive reviews maybe their own guys reviewing.
My experience is very very.bad with them, so don't trust on them, they are just fooling peoples.
First they collect our items and after that no response just forget the cargo.

Goods were handled from Dubai port to cochin port very professionally. Transportation of goods from cochin port to destination was not great. Appreciate if goods are shifted to destination during day time and not in the night. Had bad experience handling goods in the night.

Unprofessional. No update available for the cargo sent. More than a year my cargo is pending.i sent cargo in Dec 2020 from usood cargo warehouse. They are piling up all cargo in warehouse and doesnt know even if they have sent it or not.
Usood doesnt even know where the cargo is nor have any update.

I have send the items through sea cargo. It's almost 11 months now, the cargo has not yet received. Whenever asking them about the status of the cargo, they blame mumbai customs clearance and said thatthey haven't received the clearance date yet. Not even worth for 1 star rating.

Worst cargo service simply don't go for it. It's been 50 days since I send my cargo. They are telling for last 30 days it was in Mumbai port waiting for clearance. Give some extra money and go for any other well known cargo service. Simply waste. Don't do the mistake I done.

Everything arrived in a big mess, 3 Beds and it’s parts are all separate and we can’t find where it is.
Screws and bolts are also placed haphazardly without any description.
The dining table and chairs are all missing screws and bolts.
Will have to spend a lot to fix the mess made by Al Usood packing.

Terrible job,
and I regret giving this job to Usood. There is absolutely no symmetry to the job and there is breakage of glass, crockery and wood from the Bed parts.

I used the services of Usood in Jun-21. Onsite packing was excellent, boxing in Jumbo boxes and shipping was on time. DXB -COK. I was interacting with Anil who was helpful and ensured all went smooth. The clearing at COK went smooth. Their agent was efficient. As per contract, they ensured that my stuff was delivered to TVM without any hassles. No hidden costs. Communication throughout was good. Recently I shipped my house hold items from Dubai to Kochi. My experience with Al Usood Cargo team at Dubai office was very good, Mr. Anees coordinated well and the whole team packed and shipped very efficiently and professionally. To my surprise cargo reached just within 8 days and Clearance and delivery done in one day. Clearence team Oceanic shipping especially Ms. Geethu followed up perfectly and their team done absolutely wonderful job in Clearence and transportation activities. I sent a cargo through Al Usood in December 2020. Now its been 9 months. Still we are waiting for the cargo. And Al Usood gives no date for delivery. Everytime we ask, they say, Customs is inspecting it and its stuck in Bombay. Looks like they tried to ship something illegal and customs have found it. Sad that I had so many precious things in it from my sons childhood.

We had chosen Al Usood DTD Cargo service, when we were leaving Dubai, because of Past good experience. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the Highly Unprofessional Behaviour of the Packers. They knew there was quite a lot to pack in our house. They agreed to come at 9am. 2 packers came at 12 noon and 3rd one came at 1.30 pm. Even after coming late, they expected to finish early. How they thought that, it's a wonder. There were 82 boxes out of which 60 was already packed by my Dad before the packers came. At 9 pm they closed the Truck saying it's late, also without my Dad's consent. They left out many stuff which were told to be packed. Didn't expect such a Highly unprofessional behaviour from Dubai Branch packers.

The Kerala branch was very co-operative and friendly. They nicely delivered our Cargo.

Recently I shipped my house hold items from Abu Dhabi to Kochi. My experience with Al Usood Cargo team at Abu Dhabi was very good the whole team packed and shipped very efficiently and very well coordinated and cargo reached just within 7 days and Clearence and delivery done in one day. Clearence team Ocianic shipping done absolutely wonderful job in Clearence and transportation activities. I really appreciate whole team of Al Usood cargo and Ocianic shipping. I recommend all people who wish to ship their goods to India utilize Al Usood cargo services. Once again my appreciation.

I have send the items through sea cargo. It's almost 8 months now, the cargo not received. Whenever asking them about the status of cargo, they blame mumbai customs clearance and said they haven't received the clearance date yet. I made a big mistake to send through this courier.they will charge the cargo high rate and afterwards they dont care for your cargo or the days they mentioned for your cargo to reach.

I am reading all the reviews and getting scared of my cargo from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai. The packers themselves told me that do not put any golden item in the cargo as it will be opened and stolen. So in India boxes are opened and things stolen? Very bad state of affairs. I hope my cargo arrives intact as I have sent 14 boxes. I hope nothing is stolen in Mumbai.

It's really sad to see that Al Usood Cargo had provided the worst service to my parents who are 50+. Firstly they fail to inform us once the cargo has reached kochi. Secondly since they fail to inform/update us about our cargo delivery status they have charged a storage fee of 2500 which is absolutely ridiculous.

Al usood is one of the most horrible cargo companies out there. We had send so many items and especially during these desperate times we asked umpteenth number of times will the items be broken and they assured as it won't be many times. Even when we had packed one of our monitors which was very expensive into our luggage they made us take it out and put into the cargo and when it had finally reached here the monitor and among us other things were broken. It was my mistake that in hadn't read the reviews but I hope you don't make the same mistake. Al usood has cost me a lot of my personal belongings and especially the dealing of Sandeep was not upto protocol. It is better to leave the items in the trash than choosing al usood to transport it.

If you are looking for a professional cargo in UAE to send your stuffs back home then I will definitely recommend Al Usood Cargo without second thought. Especially Mr. Sajeesh Bhasker is very cooperative and always available to assist you. I did send many individual cargo's last year and all reached without any defect or delay. The latest service which I utilized was a Jumbo Box which was received in month of Septemeber 2020. The guys who came to my home were highly professional and very well versed in what they is doing. They packed each and every stuffs with utmost care ensuring the stuffs reach the destination in proper condition. Also Mr. Sajeesh called them to ensure things are done properly and also took feedback from me if everything is done as per my expectation. The follow up and support from his end is highly appreciable. After taking the delivery at my home in Kerala I was happy to see that everything was in order and not even a single damage happened while in transit. Would highly recommend to use them for your future requirements.

My parcel left from dubai on 9th of june
1st july i got a call from there mumbai people that ur parcel is arrived and confirmed my address
After that its been 1 n half month they are still waiting for transport to arrange
From dubai office they gave me contact of person in mumbai
That person gave me another contact
That another contact gave me another contact
Even though lockdown for tranport is lifted long back in june they give reasons that its is lockdown

People never use Al Usood Cargo, as they don't have experienced people to pack the luggage and they will manhandle your luggage. My entire household appliances have been damaged and post sales service suck big time. No proper support to address the issue. Better go for other options available.

I sent my box in February. And untill now no news of that where it is. Nobody call me for update.
