Despite the low quality of photos i have shared, the team was able to manage to give an amazing output. The canvas photo came out very good and I am so happy about it. Top it of with the very accomodating and responsive team who had sent me multiple emails to ensure that I am satisfied with the package. Surely, this is my go-to gift item.

Had to order a box frame as a parting gift for one of our managers. It was our last minute thought and we already informed the guys at Al warda to help us out on this short notice. Mr. Shabir understood our situation and did his best to get the framework before time and it turned out to be amazing! ThankYou guys for everything.:)

I dropped two pictures to be framed in late January, I still do not have the pictures back. I collected them nearly two weeks after dropping them and they were filthy, broken, chipped, scratched and all round a terrible job. I had to take them back to be re-done. I was promised they would be dropped to me on Thursday and still they are not here. No one returns calls, they don't communicate clearly, they ignore Whatsapp messages and they're rude.

They had my address for delivery the driver kept calling the mobile which was not with me did not bother ringing the bell or contacting security just left then charged me AED 200 to come back Day Light Robbery and blackmailers will not go back to them

I went in for a custom shadow box- it was a pretty unique request for an art project and I was nervous that it would be compicated to understand but Abdul was great at helping me find solutions and delivering quickly!

Great Service, response quickly to any queries on whatsap. Have advice on sizing, mounting, frame choice. My piece was ready in 2 days. Would highly recommend.

SCAMMERS. They took my money and wasted my time and gave me a big problem with my client and gave a damaged product. Bad customer service. Unprofessional and I will file a claim against them to Dubai's authorities.

Love this framing shop. They always carry a wide selection of frame types, sizes. We needed a tapestry that has sentimental value to us framed with re-enforced glass. They did an excellent job on this.best in the bizz

Worst experience ever. Gave them the job for two small frames on March 28, we are today May 13 and I can finally have my artworks back. Still not satisfied with the (rather simple) work done. First time they called me, after one month or so, to tell me it was ready for collection. I was horrified by the state of the frames: stained, damaged (many, many dents), full of glue. After an hour spent to convince (!) the guy in the shop that it was unacceptable and they had to do it again, they finally accepted to do it all over again. Since then no news. Today I decided to pass by, only to see my two pictures waiting in a corner. And one of them, although they did it again apparently, still has dents (small holes as if hit by something) and glue. Still the guy in the shop pretends it is not there. Decided I cannot keep on waisting my time, payed more than 300aed for this and not one commercial gesture from their side. Will obviously never go back there.

I had to go 3 times for corrections and still the frames were not done properly. They did mistakes on every step. One of the frames was even delivered with a coffee stain on the margin. Each visit took one painstaking hour to explain and for them to investigate, only to find out after a week that new mistakes or same issues remained
