The best nursery i am dealing with.my baby is there for more than 1 year he really feel very happy and each day i can touch the improvements in his personality.clean and net all the time. Highly recommended

Deyaar is the worst company of Maintenance, earlier when it was not under deyaar everything was working fine now swimming pool lights all are gone, Gym is totally destroyed, there was a child play area 3 years before which is also closed.
Building own staff (watchman, cleaners) are good but all remaining admin or managerial staff are worst example of management.
I am in this buiding since 3 years i have seen everything got destroyed by DEYAAR MANAGEMENT. I am on 2nd floor even its 47 degree outside my floor AC is always Off to save the electricity Bill. Water presurre is always less, its been 6 months i have raised few complains regards to my apartment there is no response from management. They donot even care. WORST DEYAAR MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The building was very good before it went into the hands of Deyaar Management,
Since 2020,1.the Gym is destroyed and now permanently closed.
2. The pool is not maintained,
3. Deyaar is not providing proper maintenance to the tenants.
4. The stuff at kids play area is removed and now is permanently closed since 3 years.
5. No near by Mosque, park or area for kids to play.
6. Deyaar is not listening to any complaints.

The Gym has no equipments, all are broken, the owner is not changing, the pool is not clean.
The kids play area is also closed and has nothing for kids.
