Big and remarkable efforts made by the new management of the company to improve the level of services and achieve customer satisfaction

1 star for this company, 1st answering the phone calls of the person in charge & company tel phone #, is very terible you will wait for how many days to call you back "if they will cal you? " 2nd there service, they will promise you and they will book you an appointment for the service of your pool etc.but they will give you a unresonable reason they will schedule you again for a very long period of time.after that you will not hear anything from them after that.they will not answering your call any more.

Terrible management. They never follow schedule. Prices are high and the quality of work is sub standard. They didnt even complete the job as quoted.

Well, they get 1 star for answering the first call.then they waste your time on the first appointment and do nothing.finally they stop answering your calls period.

Very unprofessional company, does not adhere to the timings given, keeps changing the dates and finally does not respond to calls.
