Hi, I visited the Amer centre in Al Yalayis to apply for my Daughter's visa. I was directed to Youssef at Counter 7 and he was amazing throughout the entire process. Youssef went above and beyond his job to assist me with the Emirates ID application and change status. I have never witnessed such exceptional customer service before. Thank you Youssef for your help with everything. I appreciate how easy you've made this process for me:)

I came to Alyalayis Amer centre stuck with a problem with my son's visa.
Mr. Saeed Ali on the reception went out of his way to help me and showed me how to get missing documents from ICP app

Very good service. No much traffic, many representative availaible. Everything u can see on screen.

The worst medical center in Dubai, very badly organized
the machine is calling numbers lowly non stop and the actual number is totally different
the security will shout other numbers for the actual one and will move you to again wait in another room
You will wait long time and you do not know what is going on, when you ask every one stressed and rude

Amer centre staff in Al yalayis center do not know the rules and required documents, they asked me to get no marriage paper for my 20 year old daughter from typing centre and got it with payment to typing centre, and was advised by GDRFA that there are missing documents and once verified by the same centre they said I have to get it issued by the embassy and these are new requirements made by GDRFA 2 weeks ago. So why the staff are not being aware of required documents and didn't tell me yesterday?
