It’s not a review. A question: I have an appointment for EID biometrics on December 15,2022. Do I need to bring RT PCR report? I got my 3 vaccine shots in Dubai only. Do I need RT PCR?

Information on working hours are not updated. The centre is not working on Sunday. I had called and checked with staff

Excellent center. Very fast processing of my application. The lady at the counter was very warm and helped with the process. The process finished in 15 min. Highly recommend it to anyone. Only issue is they are charging 0.9% on the credit card transaction extra which was a surprise.

The concept of having all the government services under one roof is really admirable.
Overall staff and service level is good. Customer relations, customer services and security staff is really mannered and best in attitude. They are guiding well.

People here are rude early in the morning and yet they said it's happiness center. Zero for customer service

The security guard has a serious attitude problem, he thinks he is talking to children. Showed him my documents and then he says "why did you put it back in your case? What is your problem? " Extremely unprofessional

The Staff is unprofessional, they will not call back with the progress of your application. Very disappointed as I paid for “urgent “, and 10 days later no answer or any information. They asked me to contact the courier company and get the passport stamped with the new visa

Someone please tell me urgently if a PCR test is mandatory for entering this center. I need to do biometric for new EID.

Went for registering biometrics for emirates ID. It took hardly 5 minutes. Covid RT PCR test required. Dont worry if the phone number is incorrect in your application, they will still take your finger print. One can later change the phone number at metioned "Submitted by" at the bottom of your application. Or online for a fee of 52 aed.
4 stars because i applied in March but got appointment only in May.

Building is good but very rushy and too much far away to main city and it's really expensive trip

Nour at the EID typing centre was gracious and efficient. She solved all our problems and completed our work perfectly.

The fingerprints process for Emirates ID was smooth and easy. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

The office for fingerprints is located on the 1st floor. The security guy will check if you have (EID appointment application, PCR test, and medical results) then will ask you to head to reception where you get a token number and then go and wait for your turn.

P. S using phone is not allowed inside.

I am sorry to rate 1, I tried here for Ejari there was IT issue, owner name was old but they could not find that thing and keep saying that building is not belong to the owner instead of finding it from Land department.i been nearly 5 times, system down for many days but the team was very helpful.
I applied to hold my son visa again the application was moved from Immigration to Amer here for approval but they say we don't have approval access it's been forwarded to immigrantion they say time and another time they say its been forwarded to higher authority to approve not to immigration. I feel this center don't have full access or the team is not trained on what to do well.
Only good news I have passed the car with zero challenges.

Very poor service. Got an appointment at 2pm and i came here at 1.15pm. And they said to stand on the line than why they are providing an appointment time. When we are asking for this they are saying we don't know anything. Very bad experience ever i had.

For Emirates ID Biometric (Finger Print), arrive at least before 3 hours from your appointment time. There usually is a long cue.

The place is far from the city center so plan your trip in advance.

Remember to take all the necessary documents:
1. PCR test with in 48hrs
2. Passport
3. Appointment/ Registration Form
4. Medical Result
5. Employment VISA

Apart from the long cue, once you get in the staff are respectful, empathetic, kind and ready to help.

The staff is nice but it's difficult to find the right office. All looks the same.
And most.its terribly far from downtown.

Bad management for bio metrics for id. My son had an appointment for 5: 30 pm, he was there at 5 and waited in the que till 8: 00 pm. They just closed the doors, no communication. Next day he missed school and again stood in the que for 2 hours only to be sent back with a new appointment date. Why do you give an appointment when you can't service? Also why should we go to stand in a que again?

Came in at 1 PM to get my Biometrics done which was my appointment time allocated. The process was smooth and fast, took 3 mins to be done. Don't forget your PCR test results (within 48hrs) if you don't have a vaccine from UAE.

Visited today 28th Feb there for third dose vaccination. The behavior of the front office staff at Salem is very rude and unacceptable. They don't even bother to wear the mask at that crowded area. Also when I asked the guy his name he said Sherief initially and when I asked him again he said Fayas. Don't know which one is original.

I visited DED department, i never met someone helpful more than the supervisor there (Hetaf) she will help you until the last drop <3 i will visit always visit this centre.thx ms.hetaf thx al yaliays.

There is something fundementaly wrong here.

Updating the review as I had better experience the next time. It’s just that some people know what they do and some don’t. Depends on your luck whom you get.

Best place for all government services, I had a great experience while processing my family visa hold application.

Visited today for my wife's Emirates ID Biometrics. Very quick service & welcoming reception staff. We came out after 15 mins completing everything. Highly recommend. Please avoid Al Barsha Center.

Do take either your Al Hosn App updated with vaccination status or PCR test result. This is mandatory requirement for entry. Hope it helps!

Very good place clean and hygiene even its crowded don't feel. Moat of the staff are friendly and security more helpful. On Friday prayer and break time open at 4pm went for finger scanning its took 15 to 20 minutes only. Please carry your medical report passport original with PCR reports only then u can allowed inside for finger scanning.

Good place except…call them first. Tell them what you intend to do. I.e “car ownership transfer”. And then ask them if the person doing this is working that day. They seem to have only one/two persons doing that so if one is on leave and the other falls I’ll, that service is unavailable that day. I am not kidding. I have experienced it twice. So basically if a person falls I’ll there, their efficiency drops by 15% (for example).

Highly recommend this centre to get your biometrics done for Emirates ID. I came in at 7.10am and I was done by 7.20am. It is a very spacious centre and was not crowded when I arrived. Make sure you bring a negative PCR.

For fingerprints is not good. Only one desk open with a women working very slowly and wearing no mask. There is only 10 people and it’s going to take over an hour and a half as she takes over 10 minutes for each person.

Update - when complaining all they’ve said is “you’ll be waiting a while we don’t have staff watch some YouTube”

I had super bad experience today, I came to apply for the Newborn Emirates ID, I took token number, I was waiting 50 min for my turn and when my turn came they told me that I can’t apply for newborn as their system is down since 2-3 days. I’m super angry because I came from Sharjah, spent my patrol and waist my time. They supposed to inform security at the doors or print the writing “ Newborn Emirates ID is not working”. Really I don’t suggest this typing center at all

Al Adheed services in Al Yalayis center is very unprofessional especially in evening, only one counter open and many people waiting. So visitor's wait more then a hour for his tern. Kindly i request to management that they should take some action for to solve this issue.tnx

The staff at Amer centre  is amazing.   All of them are very  helpful and responds well to all your concerns and guides you well . I had a very good experience while processing for  Golden visa.

Extremely disappointed with slow service of staff for Emirates ID application, from 6 counters only 2 are working, the rest are empty.

The place is great and very convenient, all the document you might need is easily accessible due to the place being a one-stop shop. All personnel's are very helpful, specially Mister Hojjat Ali of booth 13 at Amer. I would like to express our gratitude for his unmeasurable kindness and extended help in processing my family's visa requirements. He made this experience pleasant and easy.

For your Visa medical/renewal services a best place in terms of customer friendly staff, facilities and convenience. There is a vehicle testing facility for light vehicles next to the building. Delighted with the approach from the security to medical support staff is remarkable.

Overall good service here. I was assisted and directed since entering the building. Would suggest people avoid coming during lunch break time. The lady at counter who helped me was very efficient!

I was happy doing transactions here. But today I went for my emirates ID thumb and photo. The lady who assisted me is kinda rude. She showed her annoyance as she could not get my finger print. I suggest to send her gor customer care training.

This is the first time I have rubbed my finger. Their responsibilities and use are very beautiful. Hopefully my very soon. I will get the result. Thanks

No queues for RTA annual check and I found the local UAE National staff very helpful when I had a payment problem.

That was a tough trip to DIP2 to reach al-Yalayis center.it was a real hard drive from al-Quoz mall to this place. I don't know how owners or business alliance would make a huge government transactions center in the middle of nowhere and far enough from the city center.if anyone who doesn't have a vehicle wanted to go to al-Yalayis center he has to spend around 100 aed regardless the hard time and suffering he would get after the trip.if you'd like to save money you can use bus f46 from IBN Battuta, f47 from Danube metro landside, or f48 from Danube metro landside and the trip will take 115 minutes from Dubai town center, 90 minutes from uptown midriff, and 45 minutes from IBN Battuta.the center is really huge good constructed with all facilities and you can finish many transactions at the same place like visa medical services, Eid finger print "biometrics", Dubai courts, notary public services, and much more.but still, it would be a real hard experience for those who will get there using transportations.
