Very good centre for all services, quick ,staff is very friendly and helpful,great as all other government services.

Perfect and professional services, Blood test took me less than four minutes.

Worst service from the security, my wife went to center, that time it was empty, she ask for token but security ask her to wait, later instead of 1st available token security gave the last token (25th token) and the result is she waited hours to do the process. Security name is Umair Danish Muneer. Request to please make this service as FIFO and remove such unprofessional people who will put your complete effort to null.

I took vip medical check. Stupid security guy in the counter not even listening and given normal token. I was waiting with normal check and the doctor only told me no need to wait. They wasted 20 minutes of time. Person who works in counter or the floor should do their work. That guy was very irresponsible.

Me and my company also we all are very impressed from the staff of al yalayis medical fitness center my companys all new visa medicals came here and all medical staff are given to us very good response and halep. Thats our work become easy with the staff of medical

Every day i come at al yalayis, they have the best service. Everyone helping us.all staff from security, regestration, doctors. All are positive with smiles and helping us where necessary. I bring staff every day for medical and get the best service all the time.

Very bad experienced. There is no good system in this facility unlike in Karama medical center. The procedure or steps in taking the medical test is confusing the numbering system is wrong, they are calling the patients even if it's not your turn. The employees are very very rude. Many patients are getting confused with the system and these employees are not giving their assistance, if you will ask them they are not accommodating. The male employee is bossing around in the female waiting area. We waited for 20 mins and they said that the system is an error so were able to so our medical. I noticed that the security guards/ employees in dha is making fun of some patients for not understanding the directions. I hope that the employees will be more helpful and polite to the patients/customers especially for the workers.

Have been here for medical test for visa renewal.
The venue is accessible by lift.
There are Separate men and women sections.
There are staff who would help you and guide you. It would take hardly 5-10 mins on a normal day. There's free parking available in the facility. Even thought it's not nearby, we prefer to come here as it's easy to arrive and get the job done without a wait. The staff who took the blood sample as well was kind, quick and professional. You also can also call to enquire before booking your appointment.
Overall a good experience.

There are 15 counters here and only two are operational. Have been waiting for 20 mins with only 3 candidates before me. I got token number 91 and the current no. Is still stuck at 88. Currently waiting here on a Friday afternoon at 4: 30 PM.

Very bad service. Despite being just one person waiting for vaccine the employer went for break and after 20 mins when I asked for him/her the counter staff defended and yelled at me. Even after saying that I need to go back to my small baby they asked me keep waiting. I left the place as the counter man kept raising his voice defending his colleague. Pls don’t prefer this place. They don’t respect people time / request. Break is most important

Dear UAE; Regarding this finger print and medical for resident visa, why it take so long. We are living in 20th century and UAE is the leader with all the latest 5G technology. Why can't u just take finger print at the airport, same like KSA, and for resident visa u can make a counter for blood collection, and make everything online and let the resident get their ID, within 24hrs, same like KSA. I hope u will consider my request and can save billion of Dirhams rather than investing on this YALAYIS CENTERS. I know u r doing all this for UAE Nationals jobs, but same time do consider time and money we Expacts are waisting. Now a days it takes almost a month to get finderprint.

Very rude staff and specially for elderly woman. Only 10 min late for finger print. And didn’t allow us to do it. So disappointed. And specially came from downtown. And due to rain we got stuck for 10 min.

I went for visa renew medical today but i am very dispointed because there some staff not good they have not good manner but atitude like owner

If you have very late appointment for biometric scans then you can come to this center and change the appointment from the typing center at ground floor and pay 26.75 AED.
You can also change appointment by yourself online if you can scan the barcode on right to get more information on your application.
For biometric they now require Green Pass in Al Hosn app for visitors.
Resident can use Universal number and Toueists can use Passport to register on the app.

Got My medical renewal done in 10 minutes. There is no Rush in the evening.
The center is open till 10 pm From Mon-Thu.

Just visited this place for domestic worker medical (visa renewal). It was very clean, quiet, and efficient. There were no queues and it took around half an hour

Seems to be a hub for quite a few government services

I came to this place make photo for residence id. And the women who works there was very rude with me. Hurt my fingers when she take finger printing, then she said “go out! ” if I don’t want to relax my hand. It’s very sad to see that kind of people who works in GOVERNMENT OF UAE. It ruins good reputation of Emirates

Come to this place if you want to waste your time. It provided good service during first 6 months after start. Now the worst service. Staff not available at the counters. Very slow service. Now waiting here for 2 hours served only 5 persons. Very bad experience. Really disappointed.

They booked me 8: 10am but vaccination only starts after 8: 30am. This is not mentioned anywhere so be aware that vaccination only starts after 8: 30am.

Absolute @&$! & it’s a nightmare since you enter main door 1 hour to find parking, 2 hour wating and standing up as usual their lack of common sense limit the long sofas to 2 people and having half of Islamabad and Mumbai there obviously I had to leave wait standing the whole time. DISGUSTING

Was in and out in 5 min after a medical fitness test. Priority token given for senior citizens.

No organisation here, even if your ticket number is displayed on the display system you still can't get past the staff. The security guard behaves as if he owns the place and the staff is just incapable of organising the crowd.

Superfast processing.
It took almost 5 minutes to do the medical for my Visa renewal on September 2021.
There are enough staffs to guide you.
Parking might be little bit confusing.
This centre is relatively new and it is maintained properly.

Can't believe such a good service. Right from entering to exit officials wud approach you and guide. Very clean and beautiful ambience. Surprised! Hats off and thanks to the team.

Mismanagement at its peak in this place. Went for Biometric today at 9.30 Am and waited till 1 PM and couldnt to it. No token system. No arrangements.no FIFO system. All you need is luck only to get the work done.

Having the Yalayis Business Services center nearby is a blessing, the centre is very clean and services generally are quick and organized, once your in there things move fast.

There is an issue they need to deal with urgentlt and that is the security staff downstairs, I arrived there at around 6: 50, asked them where the medical fitness center entrance is as I did not see any DHA signs in the ground floor and I literally had to negotiate an answer from then, the insisted on answering me with "have a seat is is still not open", and while I was very clear that I just wanted to get there to wait at the entrance as I wanted to get done fast after arguing with thwm they said it opens at 7: 30, I argued on the DHA website it says 7: 00 and they insisted it was 7: 30 with around 10 people waiting downstairs following their wrong instructions, I finally understood it is in the Mezzanine floor at around 6: 59 when he said it is still not 7: 30, I ignored him and went upstairs to find all staff are sitting behing the cpunters waiting, in conclusion the security staff caused a delay whereby people where waiting for the center to opn at 7: 30 and the staff upstairs are waiting for people to help them get their tests done!

The reason I am rating the center with 5 stars os because the DHA staff were there on time and once there I was done within 10 minutes and can't rate anything lower because of the security staff's mistake.

Very bad experience! We went there on a thursday by 1pm & the centre works till 2pm. But the security sent us back saying they cannot let us in because they have some maximum limit of people for a day & asked us to come back on sunday.

Arrived at the Medical Fitness Centre with a female colleague to have her biometrics taken. Told to wait for a female staff member, who was standing chatting. We were given no time estimate and there seemed to be very little sense of professionalism. Disappointing in what would otherwise be a pleasant experience. The building itself is new and has nice facilities.

I have never experienced such a smooth and pleasant medical in all the time that I have lived in Dubai. From being greeted with a warm smile, and then it taking no time all to have the actual medical. To then being given a chocolate when exciting, I will definitely be coming back at each renewal. Thank you so much to all the staff for such a pleasant experience.
