تجربة سيئة بسبب تعامل الشباب اللي عنده اولا بيتاخرو لما ياخدو الطلب ثانيا جايبلي الاكل بارد وكان كشري انا شايفه اكتر من ١٠ دقايق جاهز ولما جابه قلتله انا عايزه سخن راح حط عليه صلصه ورجعه تاني وطبعا رجعته لانه شخص مستفز وبتفكر انه كده ضحك عليه لما حط عليه صلصه سخنه والفطير مكنش فيه سجق اصلا تجربة سيئة وبصراحة ما انصح حد يروح عليه وانا شخصيا اخر مرة ادخل المطعم ده.

Goods are great but the customer service isnt. The lady who answered the phone were rude. You will know if she wants to take your order or not. Too bad.

Loved the Arabic type Pizza called Chicken Futair! Sitting place outside is cool to have dinner! YOU NEED TO park in the Mall of Emirates because there is no easily parking available!

I order 12: 24 am i got it 2: 15 am cold! I am not recommending this branch totally wasting of time and not respecting their customers

My first point of call for Kushari in Dubai. They also have a wide ranging menu for Fatayer and other delicious Egyptian dishes. On the negative side their toilet is only one and way below any standard and in need of serious attention. Its actually quite off putting. Also their waiting staff could do with more training on how to engage and manage customers but they are nice enough.

Poor quality! We had two sweet and savory pies, and both was too terrible …. This is gonna be the last time …

Very bad branch and expensive more than other branches.
The food is very cold and came very less waited it more than 2 hours and then 1 order missed and other is very cold.

The best food and very good quality very good stuff and service with good price.highly recommended

My friends and I love this place for its pies. It's a welcome change if you are 'food up' of your usually spicy meals. Service is a bit slow but you can't blame them as most of their outlets are huge bustling with hungry and agitated patrons. Definitely worth a try as rates are not that high.

They are using low quality cheese instead of Labna when we ordered Falafel with Labna. Food taste is not good. Not worth to try this branch.

Service is very poor. If you are sitting inside, the waitors will b least bothered to take ur order.
We have ordered 3 dishes, received 2 at an interval of 15 min. Not received third dish even after we have finished our dinner.
Apart from this, food is tasty.

Ordered food worth 300AED. The delivery guy is rude. The customer service is super rude.no one knows how to speak english.

I love the food but i don't think I'll come back and dine again. The customer service is very poor. Seems like they don't wanna give better customer service to kabayans. And the mixed grill platter is also not satisfying. Very small portion of each grill. It doesn't look liked platter but meal only. Waiters also cannot understand english so it's hard to talk to them. We waited 30 mins to get the bill too. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to my kabayans.

It was good. Not preferably for people who like spicy food because its not spicy its just a regular taste. For a foodie it has a good taste to try

I had kushari yesterday, and after eating it, I felt sever pain in my stomach. I stayed up all night sick and vomiting. It was very very bad and not well cooked at all. I am still not feeling well and all the blame on this resturant.

The seating is okay.the food is as usual amazing. But the staff don't understand English. And I have to ask them atleast thrice if I need something. We tried there mix cheese fatayer, cheese egg and had koshari all was good

Quality is too bad! Not as expected from a well known restaurant! Ordered Mixed Stuffed and it was not fresh at all, tasted like burnt and it was too dry like it was reheated! This is not the 1st time. But cravings hit hoping for a better quality food. Too bad there is inconsistency in quality and service!

Worst guest services, disrespect to any previous booking, very rude waiters and handling of situation.really disappointing and shameful! If I could give ZERO star I will definitely do it, below all the standards

If there is less than one star I will give, we order feteer from more than two hours and 55 minutes and until now we didn’t receive, you can imagine?
Update I receive it after three hours and it was cold so I refused

الحقيقة الأكل حلو بس منصحش اي حد يروح المطعم ولا يشوف الأكل وهوا بيتعمل لأن الخدمة هناك تحت تحت الصفر, احنا قعدنا اكتر من نص ساعة علي طاوله مش نضيفه وطلبنا من اللي شغالين كذا مره ينضفوها وبكل زهق وقرف جالنا حد نضف وبعدها بدأت مرحلة اننا نعمل الأوردر وننادي علي الناس لكن محدش عبرنا واضطرينا نمشي ومنرجعش تاني للمطعم ده ولا اي مطعم عنده نفس الاسم

مطعم الامور اسوأ مطعم ممكن تزوره فى دبى اسوأ خدمه واستاف واكل واخر مره فعلا افكر انى اروح مكان زى ده زورته حوالى ٤ مرات مفيش مره طلعت مبسوط دايما اكل بارد وخدمه اسوا من التخيل اخر مره ممكن ازوره ومنصحش اى حد بزيارته ابدا لانهم لا يصلحون للعمل بالامارات ولا حتى بمصر وسفير سيئ للاكل المصرى فى الامارات

Excellent cheese pies (try roumi cheese), tastiest baba ganuj, quick service and relaxed atmosphere. The only thing I wish thry had on the menu is sahlab)

A good located resturant with variety of arabic food.
Their chicken cheese pie is best food item in the whole menu.

This place looked promising but the food was poor. The worst mixed grill I have had anywhere. The chicken so flat it was like someone cooked it with an iron. Only 1 lamb chop with meat for 1 bite.
Potato wedges but no ketchup.
The kiwi drink was fresh and good and the Fatoush was nice and complimentary bread was a nice touch.
The spaghetti was OK and it pretty much summed up the experience. Too many excellent places in Dubai why would I come here again.

Very very terrible service ordered dinner from the ramadan menu, did not bring sweet dessert, did not bring juice, did not bring salad and many sauces, even not give pickles! They don’t react to the message and the comment why you didn’t bring me all the food in wat sap. I do not recommend anyone.terrible staff. I will speak to all my friends not go never to your cafe. By the way and it was not tasty

Always love their Hummus with Meat and Falafel are the best in the town. Prices are very affordable as compare to near by.
Khubbus are freshly served directly from the oven.

Overall recommended at least to cone and try once. Newly opened brach near Barsha mosque is having very good ambiance and seating arrangements as well.

It was an amazing experience to eat chicken cheez fatayer. Highly recommended. For visitors if you want to try traditional food in affordable budget you should try it 100%.

I like this place because of food it’s so tasty but I am putting three star because of stuff because they’re so rude it’s takes a long time to come to you to take your order and if you ask them something they will make that they didn’t hear you and they will take from your table saws even day will not ask can I

Service is low quality and atmosphere is uncomfortable. Atmosphere is a priority for me. However, the food is top notch and very high quality. There was a man that came to check up on how the food was after we had finished so it seems like they are trying to have better service. Also the washroom was dirty. Anyway I would still definitely recommend this place because the food is delicious!

Very bad service.today i have to wait for more than 1 hour. I ordered a chicken pie. I never had to wait so much in any other place in Dubai.i felt badly treated even though im among their regular customer.once i got up from my table the pie was prepared in 10 minutes. Hope noone else has to go through this.

Went there for a late night dinner with friends. The highlight was the service.
Food was awesome. The Egyptian pizza Fatir was really good.
The liver fry -kibda skandani - was the best.
The pizza is a bit heavy and you need a really strong appetite to finish it. And yeah good bunch of friends too.
Overall the dining experience was one of the best that we had in Dubai.
