This company is adding high margins on your cars so the offer they give you will be so low but they will make it sound so good and so reasonable given the status of your car and what not. Just to your shock afterwards you will find out that they sold the car for so much more like for example my car was taken for 82000 AED and they ended up selling it for 131000 AED you can do the math yourself and decide if you wish to make these people richer go ahead and repeat my mistake! It’s so unethical and so disrespectful to the customer mind what they do at this place it’s so sad they don’t have an authority over their heads controlling the margins

As a first time car owner, Saw and Osman made the process incredibly easy. They helped me every step of the way and aided in finding the perfect car for me!

Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE unless all banks that they apply to reject your application. If an emergency comes up or if you’re not interested in buying anymore and you have to pull out of the deal, they keep your deposit - that’s AED 5000.

Buyer beware and be 150% sure you want to buy from them before signing anything.

I urge you not to sell your car here yes it might seem tempting that they offer immediate cash payment but they will destroy the value of your car just to end up selling it for a price even higher than the official dealership. I bought the first car of my life from alba cars in January 2020 and it was sold to me for AED 86,000 and after asking for the inspection report from Daniel (sales person) who works at Alba. He picked up an argument, made excuses but never gave me the report and then convinced me that the car is registered that mean it's good. Little did I know about them, I believed.
Last month I went for the renewal of registration and found out that the car had been in a very big accident. So big that they failed the first test for renewal. The C doors, bottom of the car, pillar every part has been repaired. So I seek Alba's help yet again. Asked them for CEO's contact on which they gave me some info@albacars.com or something. I rushed to the showroom and asked for Mr. Talib's (CEO) contact and spoke to him and told him that Mr. Talib you have to help me. I am so down with money and the car is not what you said it was. On this he said "I don't 'have to' help you. Since you came to showroom after we asked you not to. We will not do any further business with you. Neither in selling or buying".
All the chat proof are attached with this review and I would like you all to read all the reviews before you go to them. There are so many people like me who were tricked and conned. They made the feeling of buying the first car very toxic and unpleasant for me.

What can I say about her, her customer service is completely out of this world, she was also polite and very respectful to all my questions that I asked her. Not only that as well, Annett was very quick with responding to every message/phonecall/voicemail that I sent to her. Great service from the guys at Alba cars, made the process extremely easy on buying a car. Great help and assistance throughout. Nick was always on hand if I needed anything. I highly recommend buying a car from them.

Please avoid them.the car I bought from them had major gear box problem which costs me a lot and the car was used as a rent a car. They are expert in hiding the defects and you would only know when have bought that.

I arrived today at 11.25 am to view an Opel Insignia OPC.
Since I have owned 2 of these great and rare cars in the past, I was happy to find one for sale.

The showroom was quiet when I arrived I was the only customer.
Some ladies were chatting behind a desk and a gentleman was busy arranging files behind another desk.

I was walking around looking for the Opel. I found it, I was trying to open it, it was locked.

By that time I was very noticeably walking around, still noone bothered to greet me or assist me.

Finally, after a few minutes waiting, a young gentleman told me that Nicole, the sales lady will be with me soon.

I was waiting another 3-4 minutes, no results, noone cared that I was interested buying a car.

After spending 10 minutes walking around locked cars and ignorant staff members, I decided to leave.

Even when I made a 5 thousand deposit to hold the car that I will buy, they sold it whitout my knowledge, I came second day after paying the amount because I forgot my passport there and I was shocked to know they sold the car, the one I was running around all day to get the documents for and the one I paid for holding it, this is so wrong in so many levels, how I held the car by paying for it a 5 thousand "which is alot of money comparing with agency dealers " and still they sold it the following day of booking it, I have never seen this kind of scandal in Dubai before
