They have yummy buger their food is delicious but customer service is poor try to improve your customer service but food was very good

Customer service is unbelievably so bad that my word cannot describe or believe, even the manager is rude. I waiting in the que for 20min just to go and order my food and find my self with male local Arabic speaking guy at the till started giving us so much attitude food is bad. Over rated. I didn’t bother making complaint.

The behavior of their staff (Ali Asghar) was unprofessional and disrespectful. I wish I can give them lower than 1 star.

Upon ordering two combo meals, I politely requested some extra tissue. However, to my surprise, the staff member outright refused my request in a very misbehaved manner. This kind of treatment made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them, rather than being a valued customer.

As a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect basic courtesy and respectful assistance from the staff. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit.

Highly recommend their staff (Ali asghar) to go at least 1 year of customer service training

Worst place to eat fast food.well literally its not fast so it kind of doesnt serve the purpose, takes 1.5 hours to get the food. The taste is no where near like Saudi version. Basically just rubish.

Everyone been waiting over 25 minutes to get his order even its was not in rush hour at 11 morning

Thumbs down for estimated wait time shown on screen, definitely the numbers are fudged. I am ticket 103 and monitor shows they are serving 130 already. Its showing est wait of 12 mins and it took me 50

Literally had a bad experience from the security staff, while entering the line and even the Al Baik staffs joined later on his side and said mind your business.

It takes around 1 hour to receive ur order on weekends prices are so economical tastes better then kfc and MacDonald.

We are standing in queue for 1 hr but for talabat delivery no queue.
After 1hr chicken is not available.
There is separate counter for talabat.
What is this?
Means we have no work so we come to stand in queue and finaly no chicken meal available

Went today and ordered 4 chicken pieces, no taste. Went to eat with high hopes but was disappointed.

Finally I tasted the chicken nuggets is good.
I didn't face any long queue in morning specially in Sunday.

This Albaik does not taste like one in Saudia only garlic sauce same quality of taste different

Excellent quality Food & True Value for money paid!

I ordered the following:

-Normal Jumbo Prawns Meal
-Spicy & Normal Chicken Nuggets Meal
-Double Baik chicken Burger
-Spicy shrimp Meal
-Al Baik Vanilla Ice cream (very similar to the MC Donald’s ice cream)

Taste, Quality, Quantity & Packaging - 5/5

Food is totally Worth it after the long standing queue. (Line moves quick, very well managed)

It's been a bit of a rage this thing, ever since its launch in Dubai Mall. Far better than KFC.
Chicken nuggets is a must. Shrimps were not bad either (a little bland for my liking)

Average food. Not worth the hype. Tried nuggets, shrimps and ice cream. Only nuggets did justification. Rest are not good

Located in the food court area. 3rd floor I guess. Price is affordable but taste is disappointing. Even the French fries also disappointed. Not worthy for the waiting period in the queue.

Double Baik came with too much salt in one sandwich which I couldn't eat, Chicken is average, shrimp is good. Prices in general are reasonable, food average, too salty, also they use too many plastic bags

We tried the famous nuggets of albaik finally. It was good with light mild spiciness and juicy meat and served with french fries and burger bun

Worth the price and very filling

Nice and tasty food. Value for money. They added burgers also in list (earlier nuggets only)
(Please note that minimum 30 min queue in weekends, don't know when it will be normal)

The fabled Al Baik (OG all the way from KSA) is a pocket-friendly, stomach-filling restaurant serving deep fried food and likes in the near vicinity.

To serve water (500ml) for 1.5AED whereas neighbours selling the same for 4AED speaks of the budget friendliness of this place.

For the price you pay, the portion sizes are huge when compared with the peers - KFC, BK, McD and likes.

Tried their 10pc Chicken Spicy Nuggets (w/ serving of French Fries, Dips and a Bun) all for AED15! The meal was filling and enjoyable.

The real star is anxiously awaited - Fried Chicken.

I do not feel I have it in me to wait 1-2 hours to savour any food! I picked up the Nuggets on a Sunday morning at around 10.30 am, being the 63rd person to pick up an order. It was 3-4 minutes wait then. Skip to 2.30pm, the order being served was over 500 count.

Very bad, mediocre food, below average and over hyped. You are in dubai mr baik where we can get n' number of options, thanks to the govt. Such a low level food and long queues for what? Never recommend this food to anyone and will not back one more time.

Loved the food. The prices are very budget friendly and reasonable. The burger is very delicious and the nuggets as well. Worth waiting in the queue.

Tried it in Saudia and here in Dubai as well, great taste with this economical price. If people are comparing it with KFC or McDonald's, sorry to say but they are stupid. They all have different and great taste, i just got my meal in 15 minutes on weekend, so the queue is not an issue it is very well organized. Kudos AlBaik!

Totally over hyped.if you like the taste of garlic then that's your place. Otherwise quite ordinary, I am sure if they remove baik brand name n sell same thing with another brand the shop will shut down.however it's the brand name that they r earning. Also menu is only nuggets shrimps and burger. Tried all of them and all of them are pretty ordinary, nothing special.definitely not worth the wait of 30min.they should introduce chicken soon to menu else people will try once n run away.

To put it simply: Affordable and same great taste as in Saudi Arabia.

The spicy Double Baik burger is fantastic, and just costs 7.5 dirhams, and the 10 pc nugget meal is great as well. Our order was prepared in a short amount of time too.

Too bad their menu is very limited and doesn't include the broasted chicken meal that everyone was hoping to eat. Also the queue was extremely long, and we barely found a table in the middle of the huge crowds in the food court area.

Until this branch adds more options to the menu that actually make it worth all the hassle, I will give it a solid 3 stars for now.

Tried Al Baik in Dubai Mall for the very first time in my life. Had heard a lot about it and since its opening here in Dubai it had been a hype of the town. Ordered the nuggets meal and shrimps meal and taste was different and unique. Waiting time is minimum 30 mins so better to come in daytime to avoid long queues. It's a must try.

Seriously, Al Baik is not serving the ever mighy broast chicken? No softdrinks as well? How can this be? Al Baik please, dont let us down will you?

Excellent and budget friendly food. Huge serving size. Loved their burger and shrimps. Can't wait for the fried chicken to arrive:)

Bad quality- not tasty at all- bad service - staff need training to know how to deal with people

Wow was this the biggest waste of time. Let me try putting my experience in details. I decided to give it a try since the electronic screen said it would be 12 minutes so i said why not, let’s stay. You wait in a line to go to another line then to another line to order/pay and then another line to collect your food. In between one of the line jumps the security start yelling at you to move faster and people actually started running! Really that dude needs to chill. While waiting in line to pay, almost everyone is trying to get you to order for them because why would they want to wait for 50 minutes too. Finally got to the cashier who just can’t speak because he’s spoken to a million people that day…. I was just hoping to god he took my order correctly. At this point it’s been 40 minutes waiting. It’s almost over right? Nope another 15 minutes to get your food. Why are these chicken nuggets worth the wait? I thought I would be blown off my seat by how incredible and mouth watering it’s going to be…. Well i was wrong again. It wasn’t bad but I would never waste 50 minutes of my life again for some chicken nuggets. I’m boycotting Al Baik until people come to a conclusion that this is not worth the hype! I’ll
probably start a black market for Al Baik chicken nuggets because of this stupid hype.

Very tasty checken nuggets, it has the same famous taste as the original branch in Mecca, they have another product (the shrimps) both comes with/without Chilli.

They only serve soft drinks, no healthy options avaliable.

The only disadvantage is that you might have to wait for too long to get your chance to order
