Their customer service agents lie and say the club apparel card can be updated after the purchase. Which is a lie it can’t be. You have to use it at the time of purchase only.

I will never order Aldo online again, this is my worst experience ever. For a month I write to them by mail and no one answers, I went to the Emirates Mall, they told me that they couldn’t figure it out because the store and the site are different systems. There are no contact numbers on the site. I'm just shocked that it's so difficult to change the size of shoes or return shoes if you bought online!

I went to Aldo MOE branch to buy shoes. Me and my partner asked one staff to get my size Multiples times but she kept on ignoring us. The first time we asked her, she left us thinking that she'll go to the stock room to get my size but we saw her assisting other customers who just approached her while she kept us waiting. My partner reminded her again to get my size then she went to the stock room but when she came back, she assisted another new customer. My partner reminded her again and same thing happened and when I approached her again, she told me that I have no size. I asked her if she checked and she told me she'll check. How can she say I have no size if she did not check at all? Is that she just don't want to assist us that's why she kept on ignoring us? I also tried to approach another staff but she declined to assist us as "she's not assigned in the shoe department" I don't know if the staff are just racist or just choosing people to assist but it shouldn't be like that. This is extremely disappointing. Will recommend others NOT to support this kind of business!

Terrible customer service, waited a week for a "new" pair of shoes to be delivered. The shoes never came, was told to go to deira to collect them, and the shoes were worn. Waste of time, go to any other shoe store but aldo

Very bad experience with no cooperation, we have chosen shoes but size was not available the sales guy asked for my number to order it and he promise us will be same price however once this shoes reached and i got msg that i can pickup it i was surprised that price goes high when i asked why and i show the msg unfortunately answer was we can’t change the price in the system, is this proper way to keep your promise aldo with your clients?
Try other brands who keep them promises no aldo any more

Been there on sale. Bought pair of shoes for my husband. There was Nice sales girl who assist us to find a perfect pair.

But the billing staff there was shouting at her - one bearded guy, when she asked him to mention her name while billing our shoes as she is the one who sold the same to us.

That guy was behaving so rude to that girl in front of us. I don't know how junior staffs are working there. Feel really sad about her.
Don't know what HR 's role there.

Worst quality. Just purchased shoes and a watch 1 month back from Aldo MOE and now watch is losing is color and shoes are full of scratche while their manager says this is genuine leather, This was my First and last experience with Aldo which was very BAD. I dn't recommend it.

I have the same experience as Lyra despite giving 3 weeks of time. It seems that they are only bothered new sales which is thrice more difficult than the repeated sales. When, I went to enquire, I found that my shoes is still lying in stores & yet to send for repair. Staff has once again requested to come after three days but this time shoes present status is unknown/untraceable. I do not know whether they have any regards towards customer service or not? I will not recommend anyone to buy this brand @ Mall of Emirates.

Very bad collection service. I bought 2 shoes they give me time 3 to 4 working days i received only one but 2nd still nobody call me. 5 days over
