Hi, I used Al Fares Cargo to send my car from Dubai to Limassol. The car was submitted to Al Fares on 31 JAN and was later loaded in a 20ft container on three consecutive vessels by the shipping Line CMA CGM. The first vessel sailed on 13 FEB and transported the container from Jebel Ali to Port Said. Then a few days later the container was loaded onto the second vessel and was transported to Piraeus. Then a few days later the container was loaded onto the third vessel and arrived and was discharged at Limassol port on 09 MAR. The container was sent to me on 14 MAR due to some customs delay at Limassol. I was able to take my car on 15 MAR (my birthday) after completing some customs documents.

Overall, a very good experience and receipt of the vehicle in very good condition with no items missing and absolutely no damages. I would recommend Al Fares and especially Ms Hajer she has been very pleasant and helpful despite my frequent impatience, she did not react negatively. The car arrived about one week late, but this was not a problem for me and not a fault of Al Fares. The only aspect that Al Fares needs to improve, is more transparent information at the pre shipping stage in Dubai.

I highly recommend Al Fares and please people who leave UAE, do not listen to clever sales persons, who want to buy your car at a low price to resell and profit. These people sometimes sell your car and export it to other countries. You worked hard to buy your car and deserve to have it with you in your home country.
Al Fares makes this happen.

قمت بإجراء تخليص جمركي لسيارة قادمة من أمريكا لدى الشركة، حيث قام الموظف عمران بإجراء العمليات اللازمة بكل سلاسة ورحابة، ولم يكن هنالك أي تأخير، علما بأن كلفة الإجراء 1000 درهم فقط، في حين أن الكلفة لدى بعض الشركات الأخرى 1500 درهم ، وقد انتهى إجراء التخليص خلال يومين، وتم إرسال السيارة من ميناء جبل علي إلى منزلي مباشرة.

Tried them for Customs’s clearance. Worst possible customer service you can get. They’ll never give you a straight answer. I ended up having to pull my documents from them and giving it to another office who was able to clear same day! Never another business from me. And I don’t recommend them. Look at all the 1 star ratings. All share the same feedback!

They are not helpful at all. Consultant replies in WhatsApp very slow and doesn't know anything about custom rules but tried to pretend that he is aware. The only thing which he knows "give me weight etc. " to make a quotation. Guys try to understand before make a shipment person needs to find out custom rules which you suppose to know.

Thanks for the good and fast service.had some problems in the port in Thailand because of the clearance here but still AlFares Cargo tried to help as much as they can.all the boxes and things arrived safely except some little crack in my drawers. I was expecting my TV will be damaged but alhamdulillah it was fine.
