I've been trying to contact them for several days. I haven't received my order and all my messages are being ignored. I have an important order and clients are waiting, but they let me down with the canvases and didn’t deliver them

Very bad service. They are not on time at all! They dont reply to massages and the never answer the phone! I ordered 4 canvases they confirmed my order and i was waiting for delivery but they didn't deliver nor answered my calls, just wasted my time!

I have a very important project that I trusted with Adnan, the owner of the company, but for some reason, I never got a reply and have been trying to reach them for a few weeks now but still no response. They are active on Instagram and are still posting but my messages are ignored and I have no idea why considering I have been transacting with Adnan very smoothly before.

If any of your representatives could read this, please have the decency to talk to your client.

They delivered a damaged canvas and they told me they were going to make me a new one and they will sort everything out. It’s been a month now and I’m waiting for my canvas. They don’t reply back on WhatsApp and I can see them online on WhatsApp! This is not professional ignoring a customer.

A shady and untrustworthy company. They are very responsive as long as you are giving them business - but as soon as I had an issue with an order, they ignored me. I am still waiting for a response over a week later. There are other great printers & framers in Dubai - use them instead!

I recommend artists to order canvas from them, as they can customize the size of the canvas as per your choice which is great, also super fast delivery. ASI the quality of the canvas is great. Was a great experience

Very good quality of canvas. The wood frame is also very sturdy considering the size I ordered- 100*150cm.
