I was need an urgently to make a big and an amazing bouquet of flower. Its was a sunday evening, but Fantastic staff of Alissar Flowers maked all perfectly.
Delivery very swift.
Ordering was easy and very comfortable for me. I didn't even have to call my friend and ask for his address, he would have guessed right away that I wanted to make a surprise. Cecilia herself called and found out the delivery address, and until the moment of receipt for my friend there was a complete surprise who and what wants to give him.

Placed order (Order #QA1703) to deliver flowers in Doha on 8th Match before 5 PM. Order was confirmed but there is no response after that. Tried sending emails two times no reply. What kind of service is this in 21st century. Totally ridiculous.

I've been ordering flowers from Alissar Flowers for a few years now and they always deliver beautiful, fresh flowers consistently. They have same day delivery and amazing customer service too so that's also a bonus. I highly recommend them!

Once you place an order you get a confirmation email. After that there is no one to talk to and your money is gone. It is really sad to see that even Allisar is not responding either. I would.like to get my refund and inform people that be super careful before placing an order.

There is an answering machine on 800 number which seems like broken loop and hangs up after 5 minutes of wait.

I wish I never place an order with them. I lost 1500 AED and there is no one that I can speak to. I have been scammed.

What's going on with you guys? Any company can make mistakes, we're all people at the end of the day, but you should take steps to fix it. Lying to customers about delivering products or taking orders you can't fulfil. Come on guys, these are your customers, treat them with a bit of respect.

EDIT: the company called up and said they had sent a discount code but in exchange I should rewrite my review on here and give them more stars now. I'm not going to use their service again, so might as well be honest with other potential buyers.
