This company is same as AlRais Enterprises. Disaster company. Treat employees as slaves literally. Retain passports. Managers - mostly Arab Egyptian, are inefficient and racist. Zero work culture. The owner just want to show to his friend gang that he is running a company filled with people. Wife runs operations and messes it up for everyone else.

Staffs are sincere to their work and well managed and may long last

The top management is good, but the mid level managers and executives are totally ineffective. Best part is, as an employer, they pay on time. The good part ends there. No proper career growth or freedom for creativity. Good for starters. It's a strict no go zone for anyone who is looking for a decent career growth
