I did my pre-employment checkup here. Everyone was friendly and really helpful, from the security at the door, to the registration, to the nurse, the doctor, the lab tech and the radiologist. I don’t think I have ever had an appointment gone so smoothly. The fact the the toilet was right in front of the lab was very convenient too, especially if you need to do certain tests (no walk of shame required).
خدمة سيئة للأسف. موظفة واحدة يالسه تخدم عدد كبير من المراجعين و يوم سألت عن الكرسي الفاضي صوبها قالت لموظفة ثانية مشغولة حاليا في الادارة. يعني السؤال الحين الادارة ما تعرف ان في زحمة مراجعين في الاستقبال علشان تشغل الموظفة عن مهامها الوظيفية! ضحك و سوالف في الادارة و صوتهم طالع لين الاستقبال! وين المتابعة و ين المسؤولين عن رقابة الموظفين! موقع تسجيل موعد للفحص بخصوص التوظيف للمواطنين غير شغال! والانتظار استغرق سااااعه كاملة! ليش ؟ للاسف انصدمت اني اشوف خدمة سيئة في امارة دبي من دائرة صحية حكومية. دوم كنت اسمع عن خدماتهم المتواضعة من الناس و من غيري اللي يكتب في المواقع الاجتماعية لكن اليوم شفتها و عن تجربة شخصية. يرجى من الاشخاص المسؤولين اعادة النظر للخدمات المقدمة من المركز. وشكراً
Best pcr center, They used to do PCR for locals mom payment but recently Expats and Locals pay a fee of 50 per pcr test. Results come within 12 to 24 hours, only problem is no personal phone number to. Contact them on, so it's best to get their phone number when your at the center.
Simple and effective. While it is not a fancy location, staff is very professional and courteous, took more than 20 PCR tests there - haven't felt any discomfort and results were always uploaded during the evening.

Process of PCR and vaccination is very fast of this center and the staff is so helpful and kind. I did my booster shoot from there in just 5 minutes without any crowd and delay
- lots of parking, not busy at all (went around 4 pm), no appointments needed, it took me 20 mins to do pcr test and Pfizer booster, staff friendly and guided me to the counter, Keep on mind: - vaccine centre open from 8 to 5 pm daily except Saturday, - however PCR center open 7 days a week from 9 a.m to 6 pm daily, This update was on Wednesday 2-march-2022
Quite fast process. Received my results in less than 12 hours, but they've used an incorrect MRN number so now I need that fixed, otherwise AlHosn app won't work.
Very quick service. Pfizer and Sinopharm both vaccines are available. No need for appointment. Just need your EID. Will be free from vaccination within half an hour. Staff is professional and cooperative. Vaccination is closed on Saturday. Parking is free.
Well planned vaccination center by MOH (Ministry Of Health), nowadays they accept walk-in for vaccination both Sinopharm and Pfizer. You may expect some waiting time due to walk-in. Families allowed to skip the queue.
It’s a walk-in vaccine center where you can have your Pfizer vaccine. When I went there I explained to the receptionist that I already had my 1st dose of Pfizer outside the UAE and I need to have my 2nd dose, so he recommended that I should go to the DHA website and register that For the vaccine and mention that I already had my 1st dose and then go back to him to fill out a form, then he ask me to go to any counter between 2 and 10 to have my vaccine.
It was quick and smooth process, I was in a out within 20 mins.
PS: You need your physical (EID) not the digital one to be able to get vaccinated.
Unsafe, Unprofessional and Degrading. Like many others, my wife and I have been trying desperately to get our second shot of the Sinnopharm vaccine. Our first shot was received on March 20th and we were advised of the waiting time to receive the next shot and that this would be scheduled for us. We received the date and appointment and this was cancelled by the COVID-19 App and a text advised us to return between a set date range. We complied. We have been now to the Al Ittihad Health Center on two separate occasions and we have been turned away. The reason given is that we don't have an appointment. I tried to articulate and demonstrate the fact that the app cancels the appointments that you set and now there are no appointment dates available in Dubai or Sharjah. Today on the 27th of April the centre was supposed to open at 9 AM. Despite this and the large un-organised, non-socially distanced queues formed outside the building, doors remained closed as people baked in the sun. There was no separate queueing for women or the elderly and security rudely barked orders at people like they were animals. When I finally spoke to a supervisor and demonstrated the impossible booking situation I was told that that's just the way it is. I witnessed 10-15 people granted entry as many of us were squashed like sardines in a tin, they only admitted specific nationalities while others were sent home. I am so disappointed and do not know what to do next as the call centre will not pick up the phone after a 40-minute wait. Undoubtedly the worst service experience I have been part of in this magnificent country.
Disgutsed by the lack of communication and how horribly unorganized this center is. Myself and 30 other people arrive for our 3-4pm booking only to find out that they closed at 2;30pm. NO ONE came to inform us of that.we all left outside in 40 degree weather like clueless morons. I do not think ANYONE should be treated like this. Some work 6 days a week and can only come on there off days, a warning or an alert before spending so much on taxis to come there and wait for nothing, wpuld have be nice.
Took my second dose vaccine today (17 May 2021) within 20 minutes. Please book appointment through the app. They will not allow you to enter inside without appointment. Keep trying for the appointment via app, i got the appointment through app early morning one week before!
Hi i visited today alitehad, first i reached 7 it was crowded so i decided to go 11 then they said no more vaccine come next week security behaviour.what to say any way if there is no vaccine so why there is no msg.plz clarify its my 2nd dose.
Went 3 times now and no vaccines for second dose available They say put of stock come next week Too much crowd and people not following any social distancing Went to grand Hyatt but they not allowing ittihad vaccinated cards Mine is now more than 45 days gap Appointments are closed What options do we have now Mohap also not giving clear picture on the vaccines stock
Terrible experience. Call centers never answer, all lines are busy. Came to get my second shot of vaccination in requested time. Waited for 1 hour in the line and then they ask to book an appointment in the app, but it's not working. Call center isn't answering. NO ONE THERE TO ASK HOW IT WORKS. NO IDEA HOW TO GET THE SECOND SHOT. Very very disappointed with this mismanagement and ignorance.
Update 26.4.21: I went there today to get 2nd dose, unfortunately they don't have stock and told to come back on next week.
5.4.2021 update>>I have vaccinated with Sinopharm Vaccination on 20.3.21 and next appointment for 2nd dose to be 11.4.21 but today I have received a message saying 2nd dose has been cancelled and will advise about alternative walk-in appointment soon. So guys wait. Also for appointment download app from Playstore is "COVID-19 UAE" this is the correct app to get appointment for vaccination.good luck.
My advice for those who do not have time and patience, please do not book in this centre, book on DHA center because my friend told to me that DHA giving vaccine on a timely manner. I visited this itihad center in dubai only because of the reason that my great HR manger of my company booked here for employees vaccination. My insurance is NASCO and my booking time for 1st dose is 05-00PM to 05 30PM on 31st march. I got my first dose without any crowd and fast manner. Thanks to Authority. But for my second dose my experience is really horrible, my company throw away me for second dose, company told me 2nd dose you can take your own, we cannot book for you. Till now i am struggling to get my second dose. I visited the center on 22nd april morning time 11 am (Because in my vaccination card it is written that i must take vaccine after 21 days). What is informed me by the security standing infront of the itihad center door is, " center is closed". Actual timing is 02 pm to be closed but it is closed at 11 Am itself. I returned to office disappointed. Next again i visited the center on same day night time 09-00 PM and what can i see there is a huge crowd i think around 100,000 peoples crowded there i can feel this as a sonapur medical center Queue for labours medical test, that much crowd which i cannot explain to you. That much crowd. I went near to dubai water canal and i went back by 10 30pm night and what is security told is cente is closed.closed for today.kallas vaccine, yalla.go.go. Some peoples shouting to security, some people loudly complaining.oh it is really horrific and i never wish to recollect that day in my memory, my first bad expeirence in my past 8 years in UAE. Just trying to forget that day. Again i visited the center on the next working day that is 25th sunday april 09-00AM and the security informed me that vaccine is finished and no vaccine, come by next week.vaccine is shipping only, on the way. Come by next week, but book by application for 2nd dose. Finally i have booked and my next appointment day is 29th april i got message in my mobile and i am waiting for the next great and wonderful, horrible experiences which is to be expected. Why i am writing this review because atleast those very busy persons, and those who have less salary and struggling to come by paying taxi and metro amounts can manage and plan in advance accordingly to come this center by reading my experiences.any way stay tuned, i will put my next review after i visiting the center on 28th april thursaday. First does was super smooth. No queues nothing. More or less in and out.
For the second does it was little bit more complicated but as long as you made time reservation I’m the app you where good to go. I stood in the queue for 30min because there was a insane amount of people but 95% of them came without booking time in the app. So they where not allowed in. Once I was inside everything was done in less than 10min. So totally it took me 40min. But when I was leaving the queue was much shorter so I would recommend taking time reservation for 10-11.
Came two days for second dose But no vaccination and they are not telling there is no vaccination people's came and wait there for almost 5 hours I feel they can atleast inform
Please note that you need an appointment to enter! I called this place 3 days back inquiring about the second dose which was due today and was told to do a walk-in if I could not book an appointment through the MOHAP APP. After driving to the center, I was promptly told to book an appointment to receive my second dose. It is extremely disappointing to have policy changed so quickly without any notice. Terrible customer service, please call this place up and put all your complaints on their hotline!
Went for the 2 time for the 2 dose. Told that need appointment for the second dose. Try to take appointments for till 6th of May its showing no appointments available. If no appointments no vaccine
First Dose experience was great. But for Second Dose Visited 4 Times, waited for 4 hours every time, but could not get 2nd Dose. After waiting for long time they say, there is no vaccine available every time.
I would say, we got the 1st dose very convenient and well managed, booked and just showed to security 1 family appointment by my husband. (i did for myself too just to make sure)
Getting 2nd Dose is terrible. Walk in not accepted. SMS is no longer accepted as appoinment. Outside, queues of people are complaining and frustrated to get the 2nd dose, considering the heat outside. I understand security personnel need to do their jobs, but the security before you enter the door doesn't allow married couple to come in if you only have 1 appointment for Family. I dont understand why then it worked for the 1st dose? And why do they have that selection in the app? App lags too. It's been more than a month since we got the 1st dose. Til now, we are trying to book an appointment online. Best of luck guys.
Disorganised management and far too crowded. No signage for people with appointments. People with appointments cancelled by MOHAP are turned away. People at the end of their vaccine wait period are turned away. Lines are too long and 0 appointments are available.
One of the useless staff, useless service, calling them no answer, staff don't know what's happening, report take too long to get it, never pickup the phone, please go for better place so many option.
