We spent a total of six nights at Aliyah Azizi Unit No. 328, initially for three nights and subsequently extending our stay. Upon re-booking the property, we requested fresh towels and toiletries. In response, the owner'S (JIRI'S) colleague, sent us a price list for these items. When I questioned why we couldn't receive them as part of our new stay, he eventually agreed to provide them as a complimentary service. This approach is unacceptable and unprofessional since they should be changing towels every other day, especially when they charge extra for cleaning and other services. Moreover, their fees / room charges exceed those of a high-quality hotel room.one should remember, you get cleaning once only when you check in and you don't get fresh towels even if you stay for several days, which is absolutely not acceptable. Building and units are okay.its better to stay at any good hotel.

This place was really good a couple of years back and now it's turning into one of the normal buildings like in the low line areas. Pathetic management response to compalaints when raised, poor quality of building maintenance, air-conditioning at lift lobbies and recreational area is horrific, garbage rooms started entertaining roaches and flees and the list goes on. With competition built up nearby under normal circumstances everyone tries to up their standards but unfortunately these guys fail.

Nice place to live and enjoy the view of the creek. Azizi gives a nice living experience with all comfort.
