A former nurse employee is voicing concerns about joining Alleanza due to several experienced reasons:

1. Consistent delays in pay.
2. Unethical and ill-mannered HR Manager who presents hypocritical, script-written statements during HR orientation but ignores staff inquiries and concerns once onboarded.
3. Assignment of non-medical tasks.
4. Unpaid training days and pay deductions for required trainings.
5. Challenging resignation process, accompanied by rudeness from HR head Ms. Evangeline Buenaflor.
6. An Operations Officer in Abu Dhabi displaying incompetence and rude, unprofessional behavior.

The recruitment process with Ms Marissa was smooth until signing the offer, but afterward, dealing with the rest of the HR team and the process became a nightmare. Hopefully, the management will reassess Ms. Evangeline's capacity, as her actions may further tarnish the company's reputation.

I used Alleanza services for a blood test at home.
I had to be fasting and felt it would be comfortable to do it at home first thing in the morning. A doctor called me prior to my appointment to verify exact test I needed.
The next day a nurse came home as per my required time and withdrew the blood. It was easy, comfortable and fast. I received some of the test results within hours.
What I can say is the service was amazing, the staff very professional. It saved me time and the trouble of going to a clinic, wait, fill forms.

I was hired to work with them during UAE celebration of National Day thru different events. It was a good experience especially dealing with their HR Officer Maam Marissa Vallejos. I was also offered an opportunity to work full time however due to personal matter, I decided not to proceed. I had 3 levels of interview with the company regarding school general practitioner.and after that they said i was selected and i signed their offer letter too.i was in such a happiness bcz after waiting for 5 months i got this job.they said they will call me and I came back.but after 2 weeks i have no response from them.so i called the hr and they told me they didn't get the tender with the school yet.soon they will get.and after one more week again i called.they replied same and added one more thing that u can search for other jobs too.and i don't know why these people make us sign on their offer letter if they don't get the tender.it was really heart breaking for me.i cried a lot.pls don't play with the emotions of a candidate.atleast get the tender first and then make them sign in the offer letter.than giving them false hope.

I am very thankful to the professional care I was given by Dr. Meerim and the two nurses who came with her during the home visit. I suffered a flu with strong symptoms lasting for one week. Although I did visit a clinic when I first started to have the symptoms but the prescribed medications were not helpful and it didn't seem that that doctor knew what was exactly going on. Dr. Meerim was very thorough in her diagnosis, explained things clearly and with details and was very kind during the visit. The two accompanying nurses were also very supportive and kind. I felt that I was in good hands. Dr. Meerim also kept following up with me for more than a week after the visit. I would like to thank them so much for the exceptional service.

Best experience in Dubai overall with Doctor on call services. Very professional doctors and quick response. I had fewer and called them for doctor visit, they arrived to Marina within 35 min, did the check up, arranged medication delivery and gave me Vitamin drips for Immune Boost.
