This company is completely unprofessional and non transparent in communications. They take every penny in advance and when they have to deliver it, they will make you pay even more money to get it delivered. They won't respond to you over calls and will email and wait for people to respond to them post coming back from work only for them to say that it's post usual working hours for them. It seems to be their modus operandi. I would highly recommend staying away from them. Absolutely ridiculous behavior.

HAVING USED ALLIED ON 5 OCCASIONS BEFORE THAT WAS EXCELLENT THIS TIME ROUND WAS THE WORSE I HAVE EXPERIENCED! NO MANNERS NO CLUE WHAST TO DO RUDE AND ARROGANT ESPECIALLY EVEN AFTER A TIP WHICH IS CUSTOMARY NOT EVEN A THANK YOU …. WORSE TEAM EVER

Packing up and leaving my Dubai Home of 11 years was made so much easier thanks to the helpful, patient and professional team from Allied Moving Services in the UAE. I would like to appreciate Mr. Dheeraj Kumar (Sales Consultant) for great advice on all aspects of the move, and Ms. Carla de Castro, my Move Management Consultant. But my biggest thanks and appreciation goes to Mr. Gani CL (Supervisor) and his wonderful crew Mr. Jimmy, Mr. Mike, Mr. Johar and Mr. John. They were all AMAZING! Very professional, hardworking, friendly, helpful and kind - I cannot thank them enough. They made a challenging process so much easier and are wonderful ambassadors for their company. Thanks to all.

Had a great experience using the premium home moving service from Allied. They managed to finish a 4br move (packing, moving and unpacking) in under 10 hours! Highly recommend this service if you're looking to move and also recommend asking for Jameel to be your team lead!

All dealings with Allied were timely and helpful. The actual day of the pre-pack the team arrived on time and were respectful, careful, methodical and efficient.

International move from Dubai to our new home in the UK via a Pickfords storage in Gloucester. Excellent service throughout, both in Dubai and the UK. It will probably be our last international move, but would not hesitate in recommending Allied Moving Services to anyone in the UAE.

Absolutely terrible. Misleading "door to door" quote with a bunch of hidden costs popping up repeatedly. Despite following their plans and instructions, horrible delays with no justification (other than the casual "this is beyond our control") and obvious lack of programming. The difference between their fancy sales pitch (by a slick British salesman) and their follow through (a hapless, out of her depth "moving manager" barely speaking English, sitting somewhere in Asia) has been disastrous. Bait and switch. We re 7 weeks into a "4-6 weeks max" move of our livelihood, and still getting the "next week we ll know more" lip service. Shame we couldn't rate 0 stars.

Avoid this company. They initially gave me a decent proposal, but once we did a virtual survey they presented me with an unbelievable volume estimate requiring a 40ft container leading to a 50% increase in price. Following that, they still didn't want to talk to me via phone and I opted out of using them.

Very poor customer service. Charged a premium price and delivered substandard service. Operates as a different company in different countries and continually places blame on affiliate companies in other countries for poor communication or misunderstandings. Takes no responsibility - everything is the customer's fault. To add insult to injury demanded additional fees to deliver to final destination even after customer demonstrated there was no credible reason for extra charge. Resolved after weeks of argument in favour of customer. Every box is labeled Allied Pickfords - The Careful Movers yet we received boxes where no packing was used at all - shoes and purses were just heaped into a box. Some shoes were damaged beyond repair and a dozen purses were so crushed it took days of leather treatment to restore to their original shape. Disappointingly, a number of small items went missing, several more were badly damaged. Delivery at the final location was entirely focused on how fast the job could be done, not how carefully. Finally, 2 cartons were never checked off the load manifest. Reported to office in Dubai but never received any follow up. There is no good reason to pay Allied Pickfords higher prices - shop around.

Very Unprofessional - I definitely would not recommend this company. Their quote was not the lowest however as I understood that Allied Pickfords were a professional and reputable company I decided to proceed with them for my move. The representative who did the survey and provided the quote was professional.
The packaging was effeciently carried out. After the goods were removed to their warehouse the remainder of the move was not managed by the 'Move Manager'.
Inadequate guidance or feedback was provided on the filling out of documents and paperwork to be submitted for customs clearances. Thankfully the local shipping agents at the destination were helpful in completing the documents for submission. The documents which were submitted to the UAE team were unchecked by them necessitating resubmission to obtain customs clearances. The shipment sat in Dubai for three weeks after the goods were collection by Allied Pickfords and taken to their warehouse which resulted in the shipment arriving in the destination port during the Christmas and new year holidays which resulted in significant demurrage costs which I had no option but to pay. At the outset it was highlighted to Allied Pickfords that the shipment must not be delayed so as to avoid this situation. When the Allied Pickfords team were contacted regarding this they informed that their Customer Service Manager would contact me to discuss and resolve the issue however one month on I am still awaiting the call.
The position of the Move Manager is that the shipment was delayed due to missing paperwork from my side - her role was to coordinate and manage this process which did not happen.
Disappointing and costly experience.

The Worst service I have received from a move Company: 30% more expensive than others, no reply or solutions given, the container was delayed a month due to their lack of planning, damage of my household effects was huge. I have made several national and international moves, and this has been my Worst experience by far. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

The person who came to our house to give us the original quote was helpful and professional. Based on this initial contact and recommendations from friends who also used AP to move to Australia we decided to pay a bit higher than other quotes received and go with AP.
Packing guys were great and efficient.
Once the full money was paid and the container left our house in Dubai, the service and communication from AP Dubai went downhill fast. Incompetent office staff. No updates on our furniture. The tracking number we were given didn’t work and the Dubai office were useless at sorting this out. Very disappointing after sales service during which is a stressful time for most moving overseas.

I called yesterday and today but no one was picking up the phone. I emailed as well but no response.
